Democrat candidate delivers stunning response to Kamala Harris’ endorsement

August 15, 2026 MMN Editor Filed Under: Uncategorized

There’s no doubt that the Democrat party in America has been in disarray since Joe Biden was president, then candidate for president, then dropout from the 2024 race, and Kamala Harris was installed as the nominee by party elites.
Of course her campaign was blown out of the race by President Donald Trump.
And shortly later, extremists in the Democrat Socialists of America started taking over, a movement that continues.
But there’s probably no stronger evidence of the disarray the party faces than the fact that “an aspiring congresswoman” seeking the Senate seat from Alaska, called a “rising star” by some, has “bluntly rejected” an endorsement from failed 2024 presidential candidate Kamala Harris.
Daily Mail report said, “Mary Peltola, who is competing for one of Alaska’s two senate seats in November’s midterm elections, distanced herself from a recent email endorsement sent out by Harris.”

An official with Peltola’s campaign confirmed to the New York Times, “Mary isn’t seeking endorsements from anyone from the Lower 48 — her focus is and always will be Alaska.”
That campaign official pointed out that Peltola did not approve the message from Harris, who had mentioned Peltola in a call for cash donations that stated, “If there’s anyone who can flip Alaska and secure the Senate majority for Democrats — it’s Mary.”
Trump, in the 2024 race, beat Harris in Alaska by 13 points.
The report said, “Her performance there was so bad that Republicans are now using Harris’s endorsement of Peltola to try and damage the latter woman.”
A spokesman for the National Republican Senatorial Committee, Nick Puglia, charged, Peltola worked “hand in hand with Kamala Harris to put Alaska last, so it’s no surprise that Harris is backing Peltola.”
In the race there are 16 candidates, seven Republicans, three Democrats, three Independents, a Libertarian, a Green and a member of the Alaska party.
The top four in a primary will advance to the general election.
