A suspect was arrested moments after throwing a Molotov cocktail at a man in a wheelchair near police headquarters in Oklahoma City, authorities said.Surveillance footage from outside the headquarters showed the man in the wheelchair crossing a street diagonally at around 8 a.m. on July 2.
