Scripture tells us, “Be diligent to know the state of your flocks, and attend to your herds; for riches are not forever” (Proverbs 27:23-24).
Part of your herd today is your equipment, including machinery, computers, motor vehicles, and cash registers.
Take some time to review all of your equipment. Make sure you don’t put off preventive maintenance and service calls. Look for possible problems and repair or replace any part or machine that is on its last legs.
Then establish a regular schedule for reviewing and maintaining each piece of equipment. The extra time you spend will prevent breakdowns at the wrong time and ensure uninterrupted service to your customers. Then you will not lose business or customers due to equipment failure.
