Video emerged Sunday of an emotional Mexican man who claims he is leaving the U.S. with his American wife because of his illegal status in country for two decades.

“Today is my last day right here in the United States after 20 years,” the crying, unidentified man began.

“Don’t get me wrong, I’m very happy, I’m going to my country. I’m going to Mexico. I’m bringing my wife with me.”

The man’s purported wife is featured in interspersed clips, saying: “The truth is, we basically just reelected Hitler. And I don’t feel safe.”

“I’m super annoyed that the things going on in the world are playing on any level in the plans of our future because I do think that it’s just putting such a damper on something that we could be very positive and excited about.

“It’s so weird I’m not going to be living here anymore.”

Is the news we hear every day actually broadcasting messages from God? The answer is an absolute yes! Find out how!

Some comments online include:

“Had 20 years to get his paperwork squared away … Entirely his fault!”

“After 20 years, why isn’t he a citizen? Most get it in 10. This is on them for not doing what should have been done 20 years ago. Are they really married or is it just a cover story?”

“Why didn’t they work on making him legal in the last 20 years? She can also move to Mexico if she needs to be with him and loves him so much. I am not trying to be cold but good God. They need to play another card other than victim!”

“Emotions don’t determine if a law was broken or should be enforced. I still have empathy, though.”

“20 years is more than enough time to pay the fine for illegally entering the country and getting your paperwork in order. They rode the wave too long. Time to wash out.”

‘Wake me the [bleep] up’: Potty-mouth Dems think swearing like drunken sailors will make Americans like them

Democratic members of Congress have upped their use of profanity in an effort to be more relatable to Americans, Politico reported Sunday.

The upsurge in swearing comes as Democrats face criticism for their conduct during President Donald Trump’s address to Congress, when they remained seated and rarely applauded during Trump’s address, even when Secret Service Director Sean Curran presented Devarjaye “D.J.” Daniel, who is battling brain cancer, with credentials during the speech. One Democratic strategist told Politico that some of the increased use of profanity by Democrats was an affect, rather than being “authentic.”

“If the first time you’ve used a cuss word in public is reading off a script, it’s probably not authentic and not something you should do,” Democratic advisor Lis Smith, who reportedly was responsible for an “R” rating for a documentary about former Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg’s presidential campaign due to her facility for salty language, said after over 20 Senate Democrats read the same script on a video posted to social media that included the word “sh**.”

The haughty, out-of-power GOP Establishment types’ new political bedfellows!

‘Potty mouth’ Democrats have some new fighting words we can’t put in this headline – POLITICO https://t.co/AOYcpLauw3

— Laura Ingraham (@IngrahamAngle) March 9, 2025

Democratic Rep. Jasmine Crockett of Texas unleashed two notable instances noted by Politico. On Feb. 25, she told White House senior advisor Elon Musk to “f*** off” during a media interview, before saying someone should “slap” her to “wake me the f*** up” when talking with a reporter after she walked out of Tuesday’s speech by Trump.

Crockett also posted a contrived dance video to social media before Trump’s address.

Democratic Sen. John Fetterman of Pennsylvania, known for cussing at times, questioned where the profanity came from when asked for comment by Politico. “G*****n it, tell me who started that?” Fetterman asked Politico.

Democratic Sen. Ruben Gallego of Arizona, an ex-Marine, pointed to his military service as a reason for his colorful language. according to Politico.

Democrats have appeared to struggle with messaging since Trump defeated then-Vice President Kamala Harris in the Nov. 5, 2024, presidential election.

Democrats have also made widely-panned outreach on social media. Democratic Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, Lauren Underwood of Illinois, Katherine Clark of Massachusetts, Judy Chu of California, Jasmine Crockett of Texas and Susie Lee of Nevada took part in an 18-second video similar to the character selection screens of the arcade and console franchise that influencer Sulhee Jessica Woo posted on Instagram Wednesday evening.

A Quinnipiac University poll found only 21% of respondents approved of congressional Democrats, compared to a 40% approval rating for Republicans in Congress.

China’s war plans

March 9, 2025 Ogghy Filed Under: THE NEWS, WND

A Chinese fighter jet

A Chinese fighter jet
A Chinese fighter jet

The People’s Republic of China (PRC) makes no secret of its ambitions for global hegemony (though it uses the word “leadership” in place of hegemony). China’s quest for worldwide dominance is rooted in the shaky claim to power of Xi Jinping and the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). This might seem like an odd contention to outside observers, including the Trump Administration who see Xi as the unquestioned dictator atop a party-state-economic monolith dominated at all levels by the CCP.  Xi, however, does not see his position in that way. He is, in fact, deeply insecure about his power and authority. His insecurity, in turn, feeds his ambitions, which creates more insecurity, and drives him to expand his power both domestically and internationally.

Xi’s insecurity manifests itself in a panoply of policies that include the introduction of a Maoist cult of personality for Xi himself; his personal assumption of leadership of all party internal security institutions, the continuing growth of mass technical and human surveillance both domestically and internationally; the destruction of Hong Kong’s last remnants of democracy; the classification of any internal disagreement as foreign directed; hypersensitivity to criticism from abroad; and a global program of economic espionage, sabotage, and bullying.

Fear of losing power has led Xi and his lieutenants to study the fall of other one-party regimes, like Iraq, Libya, and most especially the collapse of Communist rule in the USSR in 1991. One lesson Xi and the CCP have drawn from the Soviet collapse is the need for absolute control of the military. For Xi, the failure of the Red Army to defend the Communist Party in 1991 led to the party’s collapse. By contrast, the responsiveness of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) to CCP orders in 1989 enabled the CCP to preserve its monopoly on power.

Insecurity, bordering on paranoia, drives Xi to ensure the loyalty of the PLA through permanent purges and indoctrination. Xi has appointed or replaced all the top leaders of the PLA, and has dictated that the PLA units devote between 20 and 40 percent of their time undergoing political and ideological indoctrination, which includes glorification of Xi himself. “Political power,” as Mao asserted, “grows out of the barrel of a gun.” Thus, Xi thus spends whatever he thinks necessary to ensure that those who wield the weapons are loyal and responsive to him personally.

One might reasonably conclude from all this effort at control that Xi sees the principal purpose of the PLA as defending him and regime against potential domestic opponents rather than winning wars against foreign adversaries. After all, every hour of indoctrination is an hour not training to fight. This interpretation would make sense if the indoctrination requirements were applied only to the army, which would be expected to play the main role in internal repression, as it did in June 1989. However, these requirements apply across all forces. It is not likely that the PLA Navy, Air Force or Rocket Force would be used against protesters.

Therefore, it is likely that Xi’s efforts to dominate the military imply a desire to ensure his unlimited freedom to deploy the PLA for warfighting, without having to consult colleagues or worry about the military’s loyalty. This means that Xi alone can make decisions about resorting—or not resorting—to military force to achieve his ambitions, and he alone will pay the political price for any negative outcomes of those decisions.

The most consequential of those decisions is whether to use force to bring Taiwan under CCP rule, an explicit and central goal that has eluded every leader of the CCP since Mao. Achieving that goal would confer near mythic status on Xi. The question of whether Xi would risk using military force for that purpose is central to estimating the probability of a shooting war between China and the U.S.. China would prefer first of all to absorb Taiwan without firing a shot, second, to use the PLA to conquer Taiwan while deterring U.S. armed intervention, and third, to engage in direct combat against U.S. forces only as a last resort.

Until China’s economic deceleration, the probability of war was slim. This was because Xi maintained a relatively long timeline for realizing his ambitions, noting that PLA modernization would be completed by 2035. This timeline was based on Xi’s age, PLA needs, and the CCP’s assumption of China’s inexorable rise in comparison to a declining U.S..  China’s economic and political strength would grow, and the U.S. would sink into economic, political, and military irrelevance, leaving China free to act in the Western Pacific without need to consider U.S. reactions. However, that is not what is happening. Instead, China’s economy under Xi has stalled in the face of declining productivity, overproduction, weak demand, deflation, massive debt, and a shrinking population of workers.

None of these problems are susceptible to a quick fix. Therefore, China must contend with low levels of growth for the long term and a likely economic decline relative to the U.S.. This turn of events has changed the timeline for Xi. The more time that passes, the weaker China’s position becomes relative to the U.S.. Furthermore, without economic growth, Xi must rely more heavily on nationalism and foreign threats as a basis for legitimacy. All of this will incentivize Xi to act against Taiwan sooner rather than later. Given that Xi now exerts uncontested control of the PLA, the pressure on him to use it to realize his Taiwan ambition will be immense. Therefore, U.S. and allied leaders cannot presume they have ample time to decide how they would respond and coordinate in the increasingly likely event Xi does resort to the military option.

Four ways to strip Planned Parenthood of funding it doesn’t deserve

March 9, 2025 Ogghy Filed Under: THE NEWS, WND

President Trump and his administration have an opportunity to protect vulnerable human lives while at the same time ensuring that women and families receive true health care in the comfort of their own communities. That opportunity starts with defunding Planned Parenthood, which is currently raking in nearly $700 million each year in taxpayer funding, all while have committed serious ethical violations — from covering up child sex abuse to aiding sex traffickers.

Here are some actions that could be taken to end the funding flowing to this corporation, which has increased its abortions to end the lives of nearly 400,000 preborn children in its most recently reported year, even as most of its legitimate healthcare services have plummeted.

1. Restrict Title X funding

In 2022, Planned Parenthood regional groups brought in $16 million in Title X grants from the Department of Health and Human Services. Title X is a federal program that dispenses grant money to organizations that provide family planning services, including contraception, sex ed, pregnancy testing and counseling, infertility, STIs, breast and cervical cancer screening and prevention, and abstinence counseling for adolescents.

Section 1008 of the Title X statute prohibits abortion as a method of family planning. However, money is fungible, and giving money to an organization that commits abortions will free up other streams of income to pay for abortion-related ‘services.’

While Planned Parenthood does provide services apart from abortion, those services have been rapidly declining. Over the last 10 years at Planned Parenthood, contraception services dropped nearly 40%, cancer screenings and prevention dropped 59%, breast care declined nearly 62%, and Pap tests declined nearly 60%. Overall, clients decreased by 30%, yet Planned Parenthood taxpayer funding rose 29%, from $540.6 million to nearly $700 million. In that same time period, abortions increased by over 20%, from 327,166 to 392,715 a year.

The first Trump administration ensured that any organization, including Planned Parenthood, that either committed or referred women for abortions did not qualify for Title X funding unless it financially separated its abortion-related practices from its actual health care services. The decision to revoke Title X funding for abortion-friendly groups meant that Planned Parenthood, which refused to make the necessary changes, was barred from receiving millions of taxpayer dollars from 2020 to 2021.

The current Trump administration is capable of restoring this Title X rule.

2. Redirect federal Medicaid funding

The Trump administration can also disqualify Planned Parenthood and any other abortion business from being reimbursed for services provided through the federal Medicaid program. This has already been achieved at the state level in both Texas and Arkansas, which both excluded Planned Parenthood from receiving state Medicaid funding after it failed to meet medical and ethical standards.

While abortion advocates claim that defunding Planned Parenthood through Medicaid would cause a maternal health crisis, the federal government can redirect that funding from Planned Parenthood to federally qualified health centers (FQHCs) that provide comprehensive primary care, prenatal and postpartum care, and cancer screenings, specifically in underserved communities. There were approximately 15,000 FQHCs in the United States by 2023, outnumbering Planned Parenthood facilities 25 to 1.

As Live Action founder and president Lila Rose explained in an op-ed for Newsweek, “This change would be a victory for taxpayers, ensuring government resources are being used to benefit the people, not a progressive political interest group.”

3. Permanently strip Planned Parenthood of taxpayer dollars

Outside of these efforts, Congress can also permanently remove taxpayer funding from Planned Parenthood through budget reconciliation, a process under the Congressional Budget Act of 1974 that allows for changes to Congressional spending. It allows the Senate to pass budget-related measures with a simple majority, bypassing a 60-vote filibuster.

While Republicans hold the majority of Senate seats with 53, and Democrats and Independents hold a combined 47 seats, pro-life efforts will not pass the Senate if an opposing Senator filibusters them. In the event of a filibuster, the bill would require 60 votes to pass.

Through the reconciliation process, Planned Parenthood could be defunded by the Senate with just 51 votes — a simple majority.

4. Defunding at the state level

In addition, the Trump administration can issue guidance to pro-life states so that they can move to disqualify Planned Parenthood from state Medicaid programs as well.

Planned Parenthood boasts $2.9 billion in net assets, and its most recent annual report shows a profit of $178.6 million. And while it makes money from killing more than 1,000 preborn children every single day, Planned Parenthood is being handed $1.9 million each day in federal taxpayer funds. It has experienced a 245% increase in taxpayer funding since 2000.

It’s time to defund America’s abortion giant.

WATCH: Adam Schiff self-owns Dems in attempt to bash Trump on high prices

Democrat California Sen. Adam Schiff admitted his party lost the 2024 election due to not being “laser focused” on the high cost of living while attempting to bash President Donald Trump’s economy Sunday on ABC News.

During former President Joe Biden’s administration, the economy reached a peak inflation rate of 9% in June 2022, a significant increase from the 1.4% when he first took office. However, both Biden and Democrats tried to downplay the economic crisis throughout Biden’s four years in office, with the former president repeatedly touting his economic legacy despite Americans’ concerns about the cost of living.

On ABC’s “This Week,” co-host Jonathan Karl questioned Schiff about a Democratic representative being removed from the House Chamber Tuesday while attempting to disrupt Trump’s speech. Highlighting an X post from Democratic Pennsylvania Sen. John Fetterman, which called out the disruption as more harmful to the party, Karl asked if Fetterman had “a point.”

WATCH:

“Well, I think the lack of a coordinated response to the State of the Union was a mistake,” Schiff said. “Frankly, it took the focus off of where it should have been, which is on the fact that the president spoke for an hour and 40 minutes and had nothing to say about what he would do to bring down costs.”

Schiff went on to state how Trump’s speech did not offer Americans help to “afford a new home, pay the rent or afford health care or child care,” adding how Democrats need to keep their “focus” on the economy.

“They’re destroying the economy, and they’re making it harder and harder for Americans to afford things. That’s where we need to keep the focus,” Schiff added. “That’s why we lost the last election, because we weren’t laser-focused on the high cost of living, and what they’re doing now is just making it so much worse in the administration, and that’s really what we need to emphasize.”

During Trump’s joint address to Congress Tuesday, Democrat Texas Rep. Al Green was booted from the chamber by Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson after the Democratic lawmaker repeatedly yelled at Trump just minutes into his speech. During the address, the president highlighted his administration’s early victories, as well as his plan to “unshackle” the economy.

During the Biden administration, Republicans attempted to warn fellow lawmakers about the state of the economy, but Biden’s White House repeatedly assured Americans it was growing under Biden despite lower-than-anticipated job creation, inflation and record-setting immigration drying up opportunities. While some Democrats have admitted that their push for bad policies may have cost them the 2024 election to Republicans, others, like Democrat Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, have stated that voters just didn’t “realize how much” the party had done for them.

‘So egregious’: Police demand residents take down Trump sign

March 9, 2025 Ogghy Filed Under: THE NEWS, WND

It’s being described as a First Amendment victory and it involves a town in Ohio abandoning its censorship of political signs on private property.

A report from the American Center for Law and Justice explains the fight got its start when police officers in Carrollton, Ohio, showed up at a front door and ordered a resident to remove a political sign from his front yard.

It was because of an ordinance that read, “Political signs may be exhibited not more than thirty days before nor more than seven days after the date of any election.”

The residents, confronted with the town’s censorship plan, contacted the ACLJ, which has a long history of fighting for constitutional rights.

“On behalf of our clients, the ACLJ sent a demand letter to the village of Carrollton, demanding that it stop enforcing this unconstitutional ordinance and preventing our clients from displaying political signs in their yard. Only one day after receiving our letter, the village of Carrollton responded and agreed to meet our demands – a major victory for free speech,” the legal team reported.

“We are also thankful because the village has now completely repealed the political sign prohibition. In a newly revised ordinance, the village explicitly acknowledged that ‘governmental regulation of the posting of political signs implicates free speech rights under the First Amendment.’ It stated the desire to ‘avoid the threatened free speech litigation over the Village of Carrollton’s current regulation and restriction of political signs,’” the report said.

The result was an amended ordinance that entirely eliminates a subsection that had banned political signs.

The report said the residents initially thought the police officers were joking, as their order to remove a political sign “was so egregious.”

The political sign that prompted the fight, in fact, was one promoting now-President Donald Trump.

PALM BEACH, Florida – President Donald Trump believes there’s “something wrong” with Democrats in power and the party itself is in serious trouble, possibly becoming a “minor party” in American politics based on their recent actions.

Trump appeared on “Sunday Morning Futures” on the Fox News Channel, and host Maria Bartiromo asked the president about the Democrats’ behavior at his joint address to Congress last Tuesday.

“They’re gonna sit there angry, insolent,” Trump said.

Bartiromo noted: “I was surprised at the Democrats behavior. You delivered among the most diverse, expanded audience – Republicans and Democrats, Independents. Is it just that the Democrat leadership that does not see that?”

“There’s something wrong with them,” Trump replied. “I can’t even believe it. They lost an election in a landslide. They were talking about men playing in women’s sports.”

“I made a speech, the Republicans were going wild and the Democrats were having their little signs up … and I said it’s unbelievable.”

“They don’t get it, they don’t get it now. And I think they’re gonna end being a minor party if they keep going like this, ’cause people don’t want to hear about these stupid issues that they have.

“Transgender for everybody. And again, the men in women’s sports. What is that, a 90-to-10 [percent] deal? I don’t even know who the 10 would be. But they’re in there fighting for it.

“And I try to say to myself ’cause you always like to understand where your opponent is, whether it’s in business or anything else. Is there something I don’t understand? But we don’t understand it.”

Is the news we hear every day actually broadcasting messages from God? The answer is an absolute yes! Find out how!

Bartiromo also asked Trump about his “smackdown” of Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky, saying, “It looked really rough.”

Trump responded: “It was like taking candy from a baby, what he did, he’s a smart guy and he’s a tough guy.”

“He took money out of this country under Biden like candy from a baby it was so easy with that same attitude. I just don’t think he’s grateful.”

Regarding gold cards Trump is planning to allow foreigners to purchase a $5 million path toward U.S. citizenship, Bartiromo asked: “How do you know the Chinese are not going to take advantage of it and exploit it. Didn’t they do that with student visas?”

“They may, they may,” Trump said. “But they don’t have to do that. They can do it in other ways.”

Bartiromo asked the president about his tariff proposals and the U.S. stock market going down: “Now we’ve got tariffs, and the market has been going down.”

Trump: “Well, not much, in all fairness.”

Bartiromo noted, “You said, ‘We’re going to have a disruption, but we’re OK with that.’ Is that what you meant, the stock market going down was the disruption?”

Trump responded: “Look, what I have to do is build a strong country. You can’t really watch the stock market. If you look at China, they have a hundred-year perspective. We have a quarter. We go by quarters, and you can’t go by that. You have to do what’s right.

“What we’re doing is we’re building a tremendous foundation for the future.”

Bartiromo: “Now we’ve got tariffs, and the market has been going down.”

Trump also discussed his tariff pause on some Canadian and Mexican imports:

“I wanted to help the American carmakers, until April 2nd. April 2nd it becomes all reciprocal – what they charge us, we charge them. It’s a big deal.”

Trump also stressed: “I’m not gonna touch Social Security or Medicaid,” adding he would root out fraud in both.

Regarding Iran and its nuclear weapon ambitions, Trump said he could handle the Islamic Republic militarily or negotiate a deal, and he would prefer a deal.

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, in an apparent response to Trump’s call for negotiation, said, “The insistence of some bullying governments on negotiations is not aimed at resolving issues but rather at asserting dominance and imposing their demands. The Islamic Republic of Iran will certainly not accept their demands.”
