Social media is delivering a verdict of “treason,” not just from one commenter, but many, after the revelation by Tulsi Gabbard, President Donald Trump’s director of national intelligence, that the Joe Biden administration allowed some 4,000 people from Asia to use an ISIS-linked network to illegally enter the U.S.

Of that crowd, about 100 were arrested, but only eight eventually were deported or jailed, she confirmed.

Did everyone catch what Tulsi Gabbard just said at the border yesterday?

On a visit to the nation’s southern border, which was left wide open during the Biden regime but now is closed down under the Trump administration, she confirmed that the 4,000 from central Asia came to the U.S. during Biden’s tenure using an “ISIS-affiliated network.”

That would include “hundreds of known terrorists and [people] associated with known terrorists,” she said.

Kristi Noem ID’s ICE leakers, who each face up to 10 years in prison

DHS Chief Kristi Noem said her investigators have identified two leakers within the Department of Homeland Security and are preparing to refer them to the Justice Department for felony prosecutions.

“These individuals face up to 10 years in federal prison,” Noem said.

“We will find and root out all leakers. They will face prison time and we will get justice for the American people,” Noem warned.

Earlier this week, Kristi Noem said she would not be deterred by leaks after Vanity Fair Congressional reporter Pablo Manriquez tweeted out a warning about the imminent raids in Virginia.

It is unclear if the two individuals caught leaking are related to Pablo Manriquez’s knowledge of the raids.

TGP’s Kristinn Taylor reported earlier this week on Pablo Manriquez’s tweets:

“ICE RAIDS are planned for Monday & Tuesday in Northern Virginia, per multiple sources who tell us ICE has obtained between 75 and 100 judicial warrants.”

“NOTE: Judicial warrants mean ICE can go into your homes, so plan accordingly.”

“NOTE: Remember that state police have been deputized to help ICE, so highways, etc, are unsafe.”

“We will not be deterred by leaks. If you come to this country and break our laws, we will hunt you down. Successful enforcement operation this morning—getting MS-13 members, 18th Street gang members and perpetrators of sexual crimes off our streets.”

Trump cracks down on Perkins Coie lawyers who worked on Steele dossier

March 6, 2025 Ogghy Filed Under: THE NEWS, WND

Hillary Clinton (video screenshot)

Hillary Clinton (video screenshot)
Hillary Clinton (video screenshot)

The Washington law firm of Perkins Coie long has been involved in “dishonest and dangerous” leftist ideologies – and practices, according to President Donald Trump.

And according to a new executive order from him, “The dishonest and dangerous activity of the law firm Perkins Coie LLP (‘Perkins Coie’) has affected this country for decades. Notably, in 2016 while representing failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, Perkins Coie hired Fusion GPS, which then manufactured a false ‘dossier’ designed to steal an election.

“This egregious activity is part of a pattern. Perkins Coie has worked with activist donors including George Soros to judicially overturn popular, necessary, and democratically enacted election laws, including those requiring voter identification. In one such case, a court was forced to sanction Perkins Coie attorneys for an unethical lack of candor before the court,” he said.

In fact, the firm was involved with the Steele “dossier,” a made-up set of claims about President Trump that was given a high profile by legacy media during the 2016 presidential election. The wild claims made by the former British agency in the documents have not been supported by evidence.

Further, Trump pointed out that, “In addition to undermining democratic elections, the integrity of our courts, and honest law enforcement,” the legal team has imposed racial quotas for hiring and promotion, and “proudly excluded applicants on the basis of race for its fellowships, and it maintained these discriminatory practices until applicants harmed by them finally sued to enforce change.”

Remember how Steele Dossier was facilitated by Hillary & Democrat law firm Perkins Coie to illegally spy on President Trump?

He’s going after these people
pic.twitter.com/d3PPGgnDsO

— DC_Draino (@DC_Draino) March 6, 2025

One of his presidential term goals is to end such discrimination, and crack down on organizations that exhibit “disrespect for the bedrock principle of equality” which, in fact, is “good cause to conclude that they neither have access to our nation’s secrets nor be deemed responsible stewards of any federal funds.”

His order, then, requests the attorney general, director of national intelligence and others to review and “take steps consistent with applicable law to suspend any active security clearances held by individuals at Perkins Coie.”

Further, the Office of Management and Budget “shall identify all government goods, property, material, and services, including Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities, provided for the benefit of Perkins Coie. The heads of all agencies providing such material or services shall, to the extent permitted by law, expeditiously cease such provision,” he said.

He’s not “going after” anyone. He’s holding them accountable for being bad actors.

— Matt (@Matt092891) March 6, 2025

And to further protect tax dollars, government contractors now will be required to “disclose any business they do with Perkins Coie and whether that business is related to the subject of the government contract.”

Those contracts will, “to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,” be terminated.

“Within 30 days of the date of this order, all agencies shall submit to the Director of the Office of Management and Budget an assessment of contracts with Perkins Coie or with entities that do business with Perkins Coie effective as of the date of this order and any actions taken with respect to those contracts in accordance with this order,” he said.

Discrimination by race also shall be investigated, he said.

Perkins Coie employees also will be barred from federal buildings, “when such access would threaten the national security of or otherwise be inconsistent with the interests of the United States.”

At Gateway Pundit was the comment, “Recall that Hillary Clinton and the DNC paid law firm Perkins Coie more than $1 million to hire oppo research firm Fusion GPS to peddle the bogus ‘Trump-Russia’ dossier during the 2016 election. Former British spy Christopher Steele compiled over a dozen memos alleging the Russians had blackmail on Trump and that his associates were conspiring with the Kremlin to win the 2016 election.”

It reported, “In 2022, the FEC fined Clinton and said her campaign violated the rules because they failed to disclose payments funneled to Fusion GPS through DNC law firm Perkins Coie. Hillary Clinton got a light slap on the wrist for her crimes.”

“This was a coordinated effort by Hillary Clinton Campaign officials, by executives who were working with them, lawyers who work for the campaign, all attempting to defraud the federal government… Defrauding the government is a felony, making false statements to federal investigators is a felony,” John Ratcliffe said in 2022.

“And when multiple people do it together I think that is a conspiracy and I think that’s what is being revealed in John Durham’s filings… If multiple lawyers from a law firm are attempting to defraud the government or lie to the government, not just commit a campaign dirty trick but to peddle a false narrative to mislead investigators an entire law firm like Perkins Coie could be subject to indictment.”

Trump to agencies: Demand bonds from plaintiffs when government is sued

March 6, 2025 Ogghy Filed Under: THE NEWS, WND

For a long time federal law has allowed the government to ask courts to order plaintiffs who are suing the government to post bonds that would cover “potential costs and damages from a wrongly issued injunction.”

Seldom has that provision in the law been utilized.

But it will be now, under orders from President Donald Trump, who explained in a new order Thursday, “In recent weeks, activist organizations fueled by hundreds of millions of dollars in donations and sometimes even government grants have obtained sweeping injunctions far beyond the scope of relief contemplated by the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, functionally inserting themselves into the executive policy making process and therefore undermining the democratic process.”

Those cases include challenges to Trump’s decisions to fire executive branch employees, to cut off inappropriate funding and to eliminate fraudulent activities in the federal spending.

“This anti-democratic takeover is orchestrated by forum-shopping organizations that repeatedly bring meritless suits, used for fundraising and political grandstanding, without any repercussions when they fail. Taxpayers are forced not only to cover the costs of their antics when funding and hiring decisions are enjoined, but must needlessly wait for government policies they voted for. Moreover, this situation results in the Department of Justice, the nation’s chief law enforcement agency, dedicating substantial resources to fighting frivolous suits instead of defending public safety,” Trump said.

He said a key to fighting such abuse is “Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 65(c) (Rule 65(c)).”

That mandates “that a party seeking a preliminary injunction or temporary restraining order (injunction) provide security in an amount that the court considers proper to cover potential costs and damages to the enjoined or restrained party if the injunction is wrongly issued,” Trump explained.

He said enforcement of that provisions “is critical to ensuring that taxpayers do not foot the bill for costs or damages caused by wrongly issued preliminary relief by activist judges and to achieving the effective administration of justice.”

He then ordered that it now is the “policy” of the U.S. to demand that parties seeking injunctions “cover the costs and damages incurred if the government is ultimately found to have been wrongfully enjoined or restrained.”

His instructions are that the heads of executive branch agencies are “directed to ensure that their respective agencies properly request under Rule 65(c) that federal district courts require plaintiffs to post security equal to the federal government’s potential costs and damages from a wrongly issued injunction.”

The instruction covers “all lawsuits filed against the federal government seeking an injunction where agencies can show expected monetary damages or costs from the requested preliminary relief, unless extraordinary circumstances justify an exception.”

He pointed out that the rule actually “mandates the court to require, in all applicable cases, that a movant for an injunction post security in an amount that the court considers proper to cover potential costs and damages to the enjoined or restrained party.”

In some cases the requirements could prove incredible. For example, in one case recently litigated, plaintiffs demanded that the government hand out $2 billion in cash to various organizations. Should a case such as that ultimately fail, the plaintiffs could be liable for the $2 billion in damages.

What to do if measles is in your area

Measles has been found in Florida as well as Texas, and you may be wondering where next?

Florida’s Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo is under fire for allowing unvaccinated students to attend school during an outbreak. Dr. Ladapo, and also HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., support requiring informed consent for vaccines, and respecting parents’ choices.

Dr. Rana Alissa, vice president of the American Academy of Pediatrics in Florida, criticized the decision. “When you have an outbreak, to contain it you have to follow the public health and safety recommendations, not give people a choice. Frankly, giving people a choice is what got us here.”

Some facts to remember: No vaccine is 100% effective. Persons vaccinated with MMR may still be susceptible to measles, either because the vaccine did not work for them, or immunity has worn off. You cannot catch measles from a person who does not have it, even if that person is unvaccinated. Vaccinated persons may be carrying infectious virus in their secretions even if they don’t get sick. Persons who recently received MMR (a live virus vaccine) may be contagious.

All vaccines have side effects. One cannot obtain a single-antigen measles vaccine in the U.S., but only Merck’s MMR. The rubella component, for example, can cause arthritis (usually but not always transient) in up to 26% of adult women. Mumps vaccine can cause inflammation of the testicles, nerve deafness, Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS), and other rare but serious effects.

For both vaccinated and unvaccinated persons, the following are sensible actions:

* Keep infected persons home. The first symptom of measles is likely a dry cough, appearing days before the rash.

* Consider the use of nasal sprays and mouthwashes with potential antiviral effects, including those with povidone iodine, hydrogen peroxide or xylitol.

* Take adequate vitamin A. For persons diagnosed with measles, CDC recommends two doses of high-dose vitamin A: 50,000 IU for infants younger than 6 months of age; 100,000 IU for infants 6-11 months of age; and 200,000 IU for children 12 months of age and older. For those who don’t like to take pills, one cup of carrot juice contains nearly 40,000 IU of vitamin A.

* For persons diagnosed with measles, particularly immunosuppressed persons, measles immune globulin can provide temporary passive immunity.

* Consider repurposed drugs. Nitazoxanide, an antiparasitic agent, appears to be a broad-spectrum antiviral agent with activity against measles virus.

* Consider high-dose intravenous vitamin C.

* Watch for and treat concurrent bacterial infections, such as pneumonia.

There have been two, at least, high-profile assassination attempts against President Trump, both while he was a candidate.

In one, a bullet nicked his ear and he publicly has expressed the belief God saved him in order that he might work to save America.

That culprit was shot and killed by police. In the other, a suspect was spotted by Secret Service, chased down and arrested.

Now the president says he wants to see the investigation results into those incidents.

REPORTER: “It’s been 7 months. Why do you think we don’t know more about the guy who shot you in the ear?”@POTUS: “And the second one with all of the cell phones… I want to find the answers… They are giving me a report next week sometime. I want to release the report.” pic.twitter.com/AqykjBZCFe

— Rapid Response 47 (@RapidResponse47) March 6, 2025

He is asked, “It’s been seven months. Why do you think we don’t know more about the guy who shot you in the year?”

“I want to find the answers,” Trump responded. “They are giving me a report next week sometime. I want to release the report.”

He did say there could end up being circumstances that would prevent the release of all the information, but he didn’t know right now.

Trump did openly wonder why one of the suspect’s had “six or seven” cell phones, suggesting that there would have been a conspiracy among bad actors in the plot.

While speaking virtually at a Morgan Stanley Technology Media & Telecom conference on Wednesday, Elon Musk called for the privatization of the United States Postal Service, Amtrak, and other government-controlled entities.

“I think we should privatize the Post Office and Amtrak, for example,” Musk declared.

Compared to national rail systems in other countries, such as China, Musk called Amtrak “kind of embarrassing” and a “sad situation” for the U.S.

“It’s like, if you’re coming from another country, please don’t use our national rail. It can leave you with a very bad impression of America,” he stated.

Donald Trump: The working people’s champion

March 6, 2025 Ogghy Filed Under: THE NEWS, WND

President Donald J. Trump enters the U.S. House of Representatives to address a Joint Session of Congress on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 (Official White House photo)

One of the egregious examples of the disastrous Nixon presidency was his “revenue sharing” scheme. Richard Nixon made federal tax revenue available to states and local governments, as the dollar was separated from gold and the feds could print as much money as they “needed.” That development crushed local government. And now, as President Donald Trump pointed out repeatedly in his congressional address this week, even the government has no idea where all that money is going.

Local cities, counties and special agencies were eager to grab federal money, but restrained in doing so by the public. Conservatives pointed out if you take the federal money, you will lose control.

A political slogan was needed to frustrate common sense, and it came as locals parroting the idea they were “willing to accept revenue sharing so long as there were no strings attached.” They were saying the federal government should not attempt to supervise how its money is spent. It was like the parent giving the teenage son a credit card with no limit and no supervision.

The bureaucratic response was predictable. Agencies popped up like mushrooms to funnel federal tax dollars to local government and later to NGOs mouthing the goals of the bureaucracy or the dominate political party.

Thus, Nixon’s revenue sharing is one of the primary reasons we have a $36 trillion debt and DOGE is finding billions of dollars tucked away or spent on advancing the political ideas of the federal bureaucracy. The federal bureaucracy is self-funding today, and it has gone international.

Thanks to the press, Nixon’s legacy is focused on Watergate, yet Watergate is insignificant when compared to the devastation of the president’s revenue-sharing scheme. That disbursal of federal money throughout the land revolutionized government in America. Someone born in 1969, the year Nixon took office, grew up with the idea the federal government should fund whatever the people want or whatever some bureaucrat declares they need. As Donald Trump tries to gain managerial control of the financial chaos, Democrat governors and Democrat judges seek to block fiscal sanity. If successful, the Democrats will have repealed the 2024 election.

This really is not a contest between Trump and the Democratic Party. It is a contest of freedom vs. an omnipotent bureaucracy, and if the judiciary is allowed to take a side, the constitutional construct will be gone.

Even 50 years ago, the idea of “equity” measured by government had invaded the public’s consciousness. America abandoned the idea of individual achievement, individual success and individual reward. Before revenue sharing, education was a local issue. Welfare was the responsibility of the local county, and it was available for just a few weeks, if one met residency requirements.

Remarkably, the devotees of equity and the singularity of thought required to believe it, are losing their grip on the population despite the fact most Americans have spent a lifetime immersed in these socialistic ideas. Some truly revolutionary thoughts about work and reward, morality and Christianity, are emerging from men and women who labor on their own behalf and are devalued by the socialist equity theory of cosmic order.

The 20th-century socialists, devotees of the Lord of the Manor system of governance, do battle today against those in the farms and fields, shops and offices. The battle continues today over personal freedom vs. government oppression.

No more. Donald Trump promised change, and Tuesday night he gave it a detailed outline.

From those modern trenches come the voices of workers rejecting DEI and transgender nonsense, people who are too busy to fret over racial slights or sexual insults or someone’s imaginary pronouns. Face painting and sign painting and public hysteria cannot be allowed to rule America.

The people have a new champion in Donald Trump. The bureaucracy has tried twice and failed to destroy him. Donald Trump’s potential to free America and bring jobs back was first recognized by American labor. When the word “tariff” was uttered mighty, international corporations mumbled, “We do not have to build that auto manufacturing plant in Mexico. We can build it in America.” It’s magic.

But not only does President Trump have to deal with the consequences of Nixon’s “revenue sharing” he has to deal with President Nixon’s favorite foreign policy achievement, opening up China. The United States lost millions of jobs to nations with slave labor wages. It also lost entire industries.

So Tuesday evening, while the president cheered for America, the Democratic Party leadership sulked in silence. It was a weak but welcome silence.

Education Department opens portal to report school discrimination

March 6, 2025 Ogghy Filed Under: THE NEWS, WND

The Department of Education, which will be reduced in a major way if President Donald Trump’s government efficiency campaign proceeds as he has planned, has in the interim opened a portal for people to report discrimination in K-12 schools.

In an announcement, the agency said it’s EndDEI.Ed.Gov website is for parents, students, teachers and community members “to submit reports of discrimination based on race or sex in publicly funded K-12 schools.”

“The secure portal allows parents to provide an email address, the name of the student’s school or school district, and details of the concerning practices,” the agency said. The information will then be evaluated for “investigation.”

“For years, parents have been begging schools to focus on teaching their kids practical skills like reading, writing, and math, instead of pushing critical theory, rogue sex education and divisive ideologies—but their concerns have been brushed off, mocked, or shut down entirely,” said Tiffany Justice, of Moms for Liberty. “Parents, now is the time that you share the receipts of the betrayal that has happened in our public schools. This webpage demonstrates that President Trump’s Department of Education is putting power back in the hands of parents.”

A report at the Center Square said agency spokeswoman Julie Hartman explained the portal “is an invitation for parents to make their voices heard after being ignored.”

“One of the greatest priorities of President Trump’s agenda has been to end the illegal discriminatory ideologies and practices which have been poisoning our schoolchildren under the banner of ‘Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion,’” Hartman added.

Online, the department explains it is now “committed to ensuring all students have access to meaningful learning free of divisive ideologies and indoctrination.”
