WATCH: Justin Shubow reveals hidden agenda behind America’s dystopian buildings

March 6, 2025 Ogghy Filed Under: THE NEWS, WND

America’s civic architecture tells a story—one of beauty, dignity, and democracy, or one of cold, oppressive control. In this eye-opening discussion, Elizabeth Farah and Justin Shubow expose how Brutalist architecture—those soulless, concrete monstrosities—was never about practicality or cost, but about ideology. The architectural elite have imposed ugliness by design, stripping our nation’s buildings of inspiration and nobility, while silencing the public’s voice in the process. But it doesn’t have to be this way. President Trump’s executive order to restore classical architecture was a bold step toward reclaiming America’s visual identity—one that the establishment quickly overturned. Now, with a new political era on the horizon, the battle for America’s beauty is back. If we want a future where our buildings uplift rather than subjugate, we must fight to enshrine beauty, tradition, and the people’s will into law.

Earlier this week corrupt Obama Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled in favor of Hampton Dellinger on Saturday and entered a judgment declaring his firing illegal.

President Trump fired Hampton Dellinger, Special Counsel of the Office of Special Counsel (not to be confused with a special counsel hired as a federal prosecutor) last month.

On Saturday, Judge Jackson ordered Hampton Dellinger’s removal was unlawful and entered a judgement declaring his firing illegal.

DOJ counsel argued that President Trump, under Article II, can fire subordinates for no reason.

DOJ lawyers rightly argued that Judge Jackson has ZERO authority to reinstate Dellinger. The DOJ argued Judge Jackson’s order reinstating Dellinger infringes on a President’s power.

Judge Jackson remained defiant on Saturday and claimed Article II did not provide the executive to fire Dellinger, Margot Cleveland, senior legal correspondent for The Federalist, said.

3/ Unsurprisingly, Judge order Dellinger’s removal was unlawful & that Article II did not provide the executive to fire him. She also entered a declaratory judgment declaring firing illegal and that he remained Special Counsel & enjoining all defendants but Trump. pic.twitter.com/X4pv8QERJr

DOJ lawyers appealed Judge Jackson’s order earlier this week.

This is a breaking story…please check back for updates.

Tuberville: Democrats’ transgender sports move proves they learned nothing from 2024

Democrats proved they learned nothing from the 2024 election by unanimously blocking a bill to keep biological men from playing women’s sports—countering the views of an overwhelming majority, according to Sen. Tommy Tuberville.

In a procedural vote Monday, Tuberville’s bill fell short of the 60-vote threshold to overcome a Senate filibuster, when 51 Republicans voted to bring the bill to the floor and 45 senators in the Democrat caucus voted against allowing a floor vote.

“It failed yesterday. Not one Democrat supported it, and it’s unfortunate because I don’t think they learned anything from this last election,” Tuberville, an Alabama Republican, told The Daily Signal in an interview after a Senate luncheon on Tuesday.

A January New York Times survey found that 79% of those polled said biological males who identify as women shouldn’t participate in girls and women’s sports. Tuberville said the issue can’t be underestimated in the 2024 election.

“President Trump in the last three months of the campaign gained more votes from [the issue of] women’s sports than any other policy,” Tuberville said. “And so they [Senate Democrats] didn’t learn anything. But that’s fine. We’re going to save women’s sports somehow. But we’re not going to get any Democrat help. So hopefully we can get it done.”

Tuberville’s legislation would have amended Title IX, the women’s rights measure of 1972, to state that “sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.” The bill would have also pulled federal funding from institutions that “permit a person whose sex is male to participate in an athletic program or activity that is designated for women or girls.”

President Donald Trump signed an executive order in early February that directs federal agencies to ensure entities receiving federal funding interpret Title IX according to biological sex, not the sex someone chooses to “identify” as.

Even Sen. John Fetterman, D-Pa., considered to be among the more moderate Democrats, followed the party line. He posted on X, “The small handful of trans athletes in PA in a political maelstrom deserve an ally and I am one.”

In a press conference Tuesday, Senate Majority Leader John Thune, R-S.D., expressed disappointment that “Democrats did not even want to allow us the opportunity to debate this bill.”

“Almost 80% of the American people and a majority of Democrats don’t believe biological males should be competing against girls in sports,” Thune said.

“The president took action with an executive order,” the majority leader added. “But we would have liked to debate this legislation and to have had an opportunity to codify it so that it doesn’t change when a new administration takes power.”

Senate Minority Whip Dick Durbin, D-Ill., claimed the bill involved a “dangerous use of the powers of government to target children and their families.”

“Imagine being the parent of a trans kid and telling your child they are not even allowed to play on the same sports team as their friends at school because a politician said they couldn’t,” Durbin argued on the Senate floor.

Next lawsuit filed in war embroiling professional golf in America

March 5, 2025 Ogghy Filed Under: THE NEWS, WND

The next lawsuit has been filed in the war that has embroiled professional golf for the last couple of years.

The case, like the first which was brought by Larry Klayman, the founder of both Judicial Watch and Freedom Watch, alleges that “Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy, Justin Thomas, Davis Love III, and Fred Couples all conspired since the inception of the LIV Golf Tour, illegally and tortiously interfered with LIV players competing in major tournaments and prevented them from earning points with the Official Golf World Ranking (“OWGR”) such that the LIV players could not qualify to play in the majors and/or obtain exemptions from sponsors to play in the majors.”

The earlier case alleged there was a “monopoly” by the PGA, and is on appeal now, on the allegation that it was improperly dismissed.

The new case was filed in Superior Court of Los Angeles, Santa Monica Division.,

Klayman said, “Tiger Woods and the other defendants are not what they try to appear to be and have done everything in their power to deprive golf fans and consumers from getting the benefit of their ticket purchases at major tournaments to enjoy the best golfers in the world on LIV and the PGA Tour from competing head-to-head.

“Woods in particular, who is idolized for his professional golfing success, is not the person portrayed in the pro-PGA Tour golfing media and is no boy scout. He will be shown to be a two-faced, devious ‘Tiger in sheep’s clothing,’ adding to his bad conduct and poor reputation in the other non-golfing aspects of this life.”

Klayman’s report said Woods and McIlroy have been claiming to support LIV players and LIV Golf being merged with the PGA Tour and its players.

However, he said, “Ironically and hypocritically, Woods appeared just last Thursday with President Trump at the White House with his Trump-awarded Medal of Freedom around his neck, promoting Black History Month and later meeting with the president, PGA Commissioner Jay Monahan, and LIV Golf founder and the Saudi Public Investment Funds CEO Yasir Al-Rumayyan.”

Klayman’s original case contended there were problems with the “monopolization” of professional golf by its corporations, the PGA Tour and its partner DP World Tour.

Klayman, who also was on the Department of Justice team that broke up the AT&T monopoly during the Reagan administration, and whose personality inspired a character on the television show, “The West Wing,” alleged in that case, due to the defendants’ anticompetitive conduct, he and other golf fans have been harmed due to the reduced competition, causing the price of admission tickets and concessions for and at PGA tournaments to increase greatly.

WND previously had reported Klayman charged, “Using the phony pretext of Saudi financing of the LIV Golf Tour (as the PGA Tour and DP World Tour also significantly benefit from a huge amount of Saudi and Arab/Muslim money) these defendants have flagrantly sought, through their anti-competitive actions, to harm Florida consumers who would attend PGA Tour and its admitted partner DP World Tour golfing tournaments and events, by suspending and fining professional golfers who were formerly on these golf tours, simply because they signed up to play in LIV Golf Tour tournaments and events.”

In fact, at one point the PGA has confirmed plans to eject its members who may participate in the opposing tour.

In the earlier dispute, Klayman said, “The LIV Golf Tour, which was organized and is led by champion golf legend Greg Norman, is paying large competitive contract fees to big name professional golfers such Phil Mickelson, Brooks Koepka, Dustin Johnson, Bryson DeChambeau, Patrick Reed, Lee Westwood, Louis Oosthuizen, Kevin Na, and Talor Gooch, and a host of other prominent players. It is seeking to establish itself as a potentially significant competitor to the PGA Tour and DP World Tour, which these entities apparently will not tolerate.”

He charged the PGA was trying to eliminate “a competitor.”

He then pursued legal options when the original was “wrongfully dismissed.”

Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., has been mocked as “Pocahontas” for years already, ever since the truth was revealed that she falsely claimed to be a Native American in order to get various benefits.

Jobs and such.

And President Donald Trump, known for his blunt demeanor and language, used that moniker Tuesday during a joint session of Congress.

So the reaction from Nandita Bose, Reuters’ reporter at the White House? She claimed it was a “racial slur.”

This Reuters White House correspondent has blocked replies after being unable to explain why she believes the nickname is a “racial slur.” GREAT example of how extreme and illogical many corporate media activists are https://t.co/wAVl5Qnp5X

Another said, “They’re more offended by the fact that Trump called her Pocahontas than by the fact that she exploited a fake Native ancestry for decades for her own profit.”
