‘[Bleep] that ain’t true’: Watch Democrat U.S. senators bizarrely use exact same script to rip Trump ahead of speech

Ahead of Tuesday night’s Joint Address to Congress by President Donald Trump, numerous Democrat U.S. senators have released videos of themselves blasting the commander in chief, apparently using identical scripts.

The videos commence with a clip from Trump, stating: “When I win, I will immediately bring prices down, starting on Day One.”

And the Democrats all respond with: “Sh** that ain’t true. That’s what you just heard. Since Day One of Donald Trump’s presidency, prices are not down, they’re up. Inflation is getting worse, not better. The price of groceries, gas, housing eggs, of essentials. It’s not getting better, it’s getting worse.”

Online journalist Collin Rugg is among those noticing the phenomenon, stating: “Senator Tim Kaine and Senator Mark Kelly join the list of Democrat Senators who all released the same message at the same time. Puppets.”

Rugg later added: “I’m just wondering how no one at any point thought to themselves: Maybe this is not a good idea because it will look like we were all given the same script…”

DOGE leader Elon Musk also reacted to the clips, stating, “They are all actors reading a script” and “Who is writing the words that the puppets speak? That’s the real question.”

Actor and director Kevin Sorbo wondered aloud: “Do they not realize that we can see these?!”

Is the news we hear every day actually broadcasting messages from God? The answer is an absolute yes! Find out how!

Others commented:

“A bunch of Ron Burgundys.”

“Remember, Democrats always assume American citizens are idiots.”

“Yet we’re the ones in a cult???!! Dear lord.”

The parroted scripts are reminiscent of a recent compilation of many TV news broadcasts voicing the same verbiage word for word.

‘Intense fear’: DOJ confirms it is working to settle lawsuit over Ashli Babbitt ‘homicide’

March 4, 2025 Ogghy Filed Under: THE NEWS, WND

Ashli Babbit (Book cover)

A $30 million lawsuit against the federal government over the death of Ashli Babbitt, who was summarily shot and killed by a police officer during the protest at the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2001, apparently is in settlement talks.

That’s because the defendants and plaintiffs, the estate of Babbitt and her husband, Aaron Babbitt, jointly have asked a court to delay a hearing on a motion to dismiss part of the case, as well as a motion for discovery.

Columnist Paul Bedard at the Washington Examiner posted online a copy of the details in a joint status report by the parties to the U.S. District Court in Washington.

Justice signals settlement in $30M Ashli Babbitt ‘wrongful death’ suit brought by @JudicialWatch https://t.co/BOlEu9iRnn via @dcexaminer pic.twitter.com/RAvelg7Kzn

— Paul Bedard (@SecretsBedard) March 3, 2025

The report described it as “the latest indication that the Trump Department of Justice wants a truce in former President Joe Biden’s war on those involved in the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol riot.”

That is that federal lawyers “for the first time have signaled support for settlement talks” in the wrongful death case.

Babbitt was shot and killed by officer Michael Byrd, who had a reputation for misbehavior including once leaving his loaded service firearm unattended in a public restroom.

Byrd shot Babbitt as she was entering the House Speaker’s lobby off the House floor amid the protest, and some rioting that day, by those who held doubts about the legitimacy of the 2000 presidential election.

In fact, the course of that election was altered by several undue influences, including Mark Zuckerberg’s decision to hand out $400 million plus to leftist local elections officials who often used it to recruit Democrat voters, and the FBI’s decision to interfere in the vote by falsely claiming that details of Biden family scandals contained in Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop were Russian disinformation.

“The parties have agreed to work in good faith to narrow or resolve issues in this case,” the new filing states. It was submitted jointly by federal lawyers as well as lawyers for Judicial Watch, which brought the case on behalf of Babbitt.

The reversal by the DOJ in the case follows President Donald Trump’s actions to pardon hundreds of individuals who were pursued, arrested, charged and convicted by the federal government sometimes for no more than walking through an open doorway into the Capitol that day.

Judicial Watch spokesman Tom Fitton told the Examiner, “All we want is justice and we hope the Justice Department under President Trump would share that goal ultimately.”

Police actually tried after the shooting to conceal Byrd, who later was promoted by Capitol Police.

The damage lawsuit charges, “Ashli remained conscious for minutes or longer after being shot by Lt. Byrd. Ashli experienced extreme pain, suffering, mental anguish, and intense fear before slipping into pre-terminal unconsciousness. The autopsy report identified the cause of death as a ‘gunshot wound to left anterior shoulder’ with an onset interval of ‘minutes.’ The fact that Ashli was alive and conscious in extreme pain and suffering is documented in videos of the shooting. Furthermore, nothing about the wound track described in the autopsy report would be expected to result in immediate death or instantaneous loss of consciousness, and Ashli’s lungs contained blood, further confirming that she was alive and breathing after being shot. Ashli was pronounced dead at Washington Hospital Center at 3:15 p.m. The medical examiner determined that the manner of death was homicide.”

Earlier, the court scheduled a trial for the case on July 20, 2026.

Further, court documents show, “Byrd later confessed that he shot Ashli before seeing her hands or assessing her intentions or even identifying her as female. Ashli was unarmed. Her hands were up in the air, empty, and in plain view of Lt. Byrd and other officers in the lobby.”

UC Berkeley facing scrutiny over failure to report anti-Jewish hate crimes

March 4, 2025 Ogghy Filed Under: THE NEWS, WND

Hannah Schlacter, a 2024 University of California at Berkeley graduate with an MBA, has filed a complaint with the U.S. Department of Education, alleging that the university violated federal law by failing to properly report anti-Jewish hate incidents during the fall 2023 semester.

The complaint, detailed in documents reviewed by The Daily Signal, follows Schlacter’s February 2024 congressional testimony about the university’s alleged failure to adequately protect Jewish students. It coincides with a Department of Education investigation, announced Feb. 3, into UC Berkeley’s alleged failure to protect Jewish students’ civil rights under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Schlacter, a founding board member of the Cal Alumni Association Jewish Alumni Network, claims the university and its police department (UCPD) miscategorized anti-Jewish hate crimes to skirt federal reporting mandates under the federal Clery Act.

The Clery Act requires U.S. colleges receiving federal funds to disclose accurate campus crime statistics. Noncompliance distorts perceptions of campus safety and has historically led to tragedy. Jeanne Clery, for whom the law is named, was murdered at Lehigh University after it concealed prior violent crimes. Like Northwestern University, which The Daily Signal previously reported for underreporting antisemitic incidents, UC Berkeley appears to have downplayed crimes against Jewish students, potentially violating the Act.

Schlacter’s complaint highlights three incidents from fall 2023 that she alleges were misclassified. On Oct. 16 of that year, a Jewish student leader wearing a yarmulke and holding an Israeli flag was allegedly assaulted on campus, shortly after Jewish students received an email from the school warning them to avoid drawing attention to themselves.

The email followed an Instagram post by Bears for Palestine, a student group, honoring Hamas fighters—a U.S.-designated terrorist organization—for “working on the ground” in Gaza, promising “victory or martyrdom.”

Despite video evidence and witness accounts, the UCPD categorized the attack as a general crime, not a hate crime.

On Oct. 25, 2023, at Sproul Plaza, a Jewish student holding an Israeli flag was swarmed by protesters. An assailant tried to steal the flag, then struck the student on the head with a water bottle. Video and witness testimony supported the incident’s bias-driven nature, yet the UCPD did not classify it as a hate crime. University administrators, including Assistant Vice Chancellor Bahar Navab and then-Chancellor Dania Matos, received the evidence, but took no apparent action to rectify UCPD’s response, according to Schlacter.

On Dec. 7, 2023, a Jewish graduate student found his apartment burglarized, with thousands of dollars in property stolen and a note reading “F–k Jews” left behind. Despite the overt anti-Jewish message, the UCPD did not label this a hate crime in public reports.

These incidents, Schlacter argues, reflect a pattern of underreporting that violates the Clery Act.

The university’s handling of these cases suggests a misunderstanding of federal law.

On Jan. 30, the UCPD told Schlacter the incidents weren’t hate crimes, citing the California Penal Code, rather than Clery Act standards. In a Feb. 5 phone call, a UCPD officer claimed the department couldn’t classify the acts as anti-Jewish hate without knowing the perpetrator’s motivation—despite evidence suggesting bias, Schlacter says.

The school’s Clery compliance director, Abigail Ogden, later contradicted the UCPD in an email, stating federal law governs the reporting, not state or university policies, and urged further reports to the UCPD. Yet no corrective steps have been taken. UC Berkeley did not respond to The Daily Signal’s request to confirm or deny the authenticity of the email.

Experts, including the Anti-Defamation League, warn that UC Berkeley’s underreporting jeopardizes student safety and risks legal and financial penalties. According to the ADL, the university’s actions could breach Title VI and Clery Act requirements, potentially costing federal funding.

Schlacter, in an interview, noted the issue persisted into the fall of 2024: “I’ve spoken with current students, and UCPD continues to underreport hate against Jews. It’s part of a broader double-standard—whether it’s Jewish students facing exclusion at the Multi-Cultural Center or the Gender & Women’s Studies department denying Hamas’s mass rapes, Jews still don’t feel they belong at Cal.”

UC Berkeley’s assistant vice chancellor of communications, Dan Mogulof, declined to comment on the Office for Civil Rights complaints, instead touting the university’s “unwavering commitment to confronting antisemitism.” He omitted mention of a pro-Hamas encampment last spring, which broke university rules, racially harassed students, and damaged property, yet was tolerated by administrators for weeks.

The incidents Schlacter cites—attacks, vandalism, and threats—were reported to UCPD with evidence of bias, yet consistently misclassified. This raises serious questions about UC Berkeley’s commitment to Jewish student safety and its compliance with federal law.

As the Department of Education investigates, the university’s response—or lack thereof—could have lasting consequences.

WATCH: Megyn Kelly says Dems ‘shat all over’ U.S.-Ukraine deal before Oval Office showdown

SiriusXM’s Megyn Kelly said Monday on her show that Democrats had “shat all over” the U.S. mineral deal with Ukraine before the Oval Office showdown between leaders.

President Donald Trump determined Friday that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is “not ready for peace if America is involved,” following their heated discussion, during which Zelenskyy was seen arguing with both Trump and Vice President JD Vance. After the dispute, Democrats took to the media and social media to criticize the meeting, saying Trump was Russian President Vladimir Putin’s “puppet.”

On “The Megyn Kelly Show,” Kelly called out both Democratic Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly and Connecticut Sen. Chris Murphy for their comments before the meeting, questioning whether Zelenskyy’s behavior was influenced by their remarks.

“Why? Why would he have handled it this way? Well, perhaps we need look no further than the Democratic senators with whom Mr. Zelensky met before he went to the White House. I mean within the hour,” Kelly said.

The SiriusXM host played a video in which the Arizona senator was seen saying that he had told Zelenskyy that the American people were not only “behind him in this struggle” but also that he felt “uncomfortable that this now appears to be sort of a business transaction.”

Kelly also read Murphy’s post to X prior to the Oval Office meeting, in which he wrote that Ukraine “will not support a fake peace agreement where Putin gets everything he wants and there are no security arrangements,” alongside a picture of him, Zelenskyy, and other officials.

“You see what he did,” Kelly said. “His post accompanied a picture of Zelensky at a conference table with ‘Oh, who’s that across from him? It’s Senator Murphy, who’s right across from him.’ This was within one hour of Zelensky’s White House meeting.”

WATCH:

“The Democrats bashed the two phase deal Trump was arranging of one, a financial agreement, and then, two, a ceasefire deal as, ‘A fake peace agreement with no security arrangements to Mr. Zelensky’ right before he went to the White House. ‘It’s fake. There’s no security arrangements. It’s a business deal. I’m uncomfortable with it. I want assurances.’ I guess, in Chris Murphy’s case, that the people that you’re not going to sign it.”

The U.S. reportedly confirmed its deal to jointly develop mineral extraction projects in Ukraine on Feb. 25, weeks after negotiations with the foreign country. Prior to the reports, Zelenskyy had said there could be no peace deal without Ukraine’s involvement, according to the BBC, but he previously told Reuters on Feb. 7 that he wanted to make a deal with the U.S. regarding minerals to help end the war.

During the meeting, Trump pushed back after Zelenskyy criticized the U.S. for not attempting to halt Russia, leading Trump to warn him that he was “gambling” with World War III as the U.S. has provided billions in aid.

“Then he [Zelenskyy] went to the White House to sign what was clearly phase one. No, it wasn’t the ultimate ceasefire. It wasn’t the security arrangement deal. It was the first part of it, which was the minerals deal. Which is the thing that Trump has been saying all along will be, in essence, a form of U.S. security, because if we’re investing hundreds of billions of dollars trying to extract these raw earth materials from Ukraine, his theory is that Vladimir Putin will not mess with Ukraine.

“He’ll be messing with our interests. Then when it comes to boots on the ground, the Europeans are going to speak to that in phase two of this deal,” Kelly said. “But it was shat all over by Chris Murphy and others … The Democrats, now that it devolved to a fight, have reverted to their tried and true accusation that Trump is no more than Putin’s puppet, that this whole thing was an ambush by Trump of Zelensky because he wants to do the bidding of Vladimir Putin.”

Since the meeting, Zelenskyy took to X to thank the U.S. and its leaders, telling Fox News’ Bret Baier that he was still open to signing the deal with the U.S.

Bill to ban biological males from women’s sports blocked by Democrats

Senate Democrats voted late Monday afternoon to block a bill that would have prevented biological males from participating in women’s sports from reaching the floor.

The vote failed along party lines, with 51 Republicans in favor of ending debate and bringing it to the floor, and 43 Democrats and two nominal independents who caucus with them voting against. Two Democrats and two Republicans didn’t vote. The bill fell short of the threshold of 60 needed to end debate by nine votes.

The bill proceeded roughly along party lines as it went through Congress, as only two Democrats had voted to pass the bill in the House, introduced by Sen. Tommy Tuberville, R-Ala. It would have codified into law President Donald Trump’s Feb. 5 executive order denying federal funding to schools that allow transgender-identifying male athletes to compete against females.

The American public broadly supports such measures, as evidenced by a Jan. 19 New York Times poll, which found that 79% of respondents said biological males who identify as women should not be allowed to participate in girls and women’s sports. That includes 67% of Democrats polled.

The bill would have amended Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 to recognize that “sex shall be recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.”

The bill would have cut off federal funding to institutions that “permit a person whose sex is male to participate in an athletic program or activity that is designated for women or girls.”

According to the website SheWon.org, which tracks this issue, to date 791 female athletes have been deprived of 1,121 awards in 545 competitions across 43 different sports by transgender competitors.

Tuberville, himself a former college football coach, urged Senate Democrats to support the bill on X the day of the vote.

“Nearly 80% of America agrees: Men don’t belong in women’s sports, locker rooms, or showers,” he wrote.

Today, the Senate has the opportunity to stand up for women’s sports and PERMANENTLY restore Title IX protections.

I hope my @SenateDems colleagues will join me this evening.

— Coach Tommy Tuberville (@SenTuberville) March 3, 2025

“Today, the Senate has the opportunity to stand up for women’s sports and PERMANENTLY restore Title IX protections. I hope my [Senate Democratic] colleagues will join me this evening.”

But Senate Minority Whip Dick Durbin, D-Ill., denounced the law in debate Monday, calling it a violation of privacy and arguing that there are too few transgender college athletes to justify it.

“This infringes on the privacy of girls and women. It is a dangerous use of the powers of government to target children and their families,” Durbin said. “Put yourself in the shoes of these families for just a moment. Imagine being the parent of a trans kid and telling your child they are not even allowed to play on the same sports team as their friends at school because a politician said they couldn’t.”

The Riley Gaines Act, which is a similar law, passed in Georgia in February, signaling an increased movement to prohibit transgender male athletes from participating in female sports.

Elizabeth Mitchell and Peter Parisi contributed to this report.

‘It’s infuriating’: Pam Bondi says all Epstein files are in, reveals what will go public

March 4, 2025 Ogghy Filed Under: THE NEWS, WND

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi (Video screenshot)

S""

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi (Video screenshot)

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi said Monday evening on Fox News that the thousands of withheld files on deceased pedophile Jeffrey Epstein are now in the hands of the FBI, adding certain redactions will be made, with an explanation provided for each one.

The Department of Justice released the first phase of “The Epstein Files” — an over 100-page document — on Thursday, but it failed to contain a majority of new information, sparking controversy online. On “Hannity,” Fox’s Sean Hannity addressed the controversy, asking Bondi for her response. She said she had been informed fewer than 24 hours before the release that “there were way more documents that they were supposed to turn over.”

“You’re looking at these documents going, ‘These aren’t all the Epstein files.’ There were flight logs, there were names, victims’ names, and we’re going, ‘Where’s the rest of the stuff?’ That’s what the FBI had turned over to us,” Bondi said. “So a source said, ‘Whoa, all this evidence is sitting in the Southern District of New York.’ So based on that, I gave them the deadline, Friday at 8, a truckload of evidence arrived.”

“It’s now in the possession of the FBI. Kash is going to get me, and himself really, a detailed report as to why all these documents and evidence had been withheld,” Bondi added. “We’re going to go through it, go through it as fast as we can, but go through it very cautiously to protect all the victims of Epstein, because there are a lot of victims.”

Before the release of “Phase One,” Bondi told Fox News last Wednesday that the DOJ would be releasing “some” of the files by Thursday, hoping the public would see “a lot of flight logs, a lot of names, a lot of information.” However, the DOJ and Trump administration faced pushback online after conservative influencers obtained a binder labeled “The Epstein Files: Phase 1.” Some of those influencers were seen smiling and holding it up outside the West Wing.

WATCH:

Hannity pressed Bondi about additional potential redactions in the files.

“National security, some grand jury information, which is always going to be confidential, but we’ll see. Let’s look through them as fast as we can. Get it out to the American people, because the American people have a right to know,” Bondi said. “Not only on that, but on Kennedy, on Martin Luther King, on all of these cases that the Biden administration has just sat on for all these years.”

“It’s really — it’s not sad. It’s infuriating that these people thought that they could sit on this information, but they can’t,” Bondi said. “And when we redact things, Sean, what we’re going to do is not just pull pages out like they used to do. If something’s redacted, you will know the line, and you will know why it’s redacted, the victim’s name, identifying information of a victim.”

Epstein was arrested and charged in 2019 with sex trafficking, only later to be found dead in his New York Metropolitan Correctional Center cell a month after his arrest. Since his death, Republicans, including Tennessee Sen. Marsha Blackburn, have called for the full, unredacted records of Epstein to be released to the public, which includes his infamous flight log.

After the release of phase one, Bondi requested that the FBI deliver the remaining documents to the DOJ by Friday at 8 a.m., tasking newly confirmed FBI Director Kash Patel with investigating “why the request for all documents was not followed.”

“We believe in transparency, and America has the right to know. The Biden administration sat on these documents. No one did anything with them. Why were they sitting in the Southern District of New York? I want a full report on that,” Bondi said.

“Sadly, these people don’t believe in transparency, but I think more, unfortunately, I think a lot of them don’t believe in honesty,” Bondi added. “It’s a new day. It’s a new administration, and everything’s going to come out to the public. The public has a right to know. Americans have a right to know.”

Delicious! Watch woman scold Muslim who insists he’s fasting so she needs to take her lunch somewhere else

A video posted online by Dr. Maalouf, a social media commenter who routinely posts details about the Muslim influence in the United Kingdom, shows a woman scolding a Muslim man.

It’s because he says he is fasting and he, therefore, objects to being able to smell the lunch she has chosen to eat.

Muslim man harasses a woman on a London bus for eating her lunch while he is ‘fasting’ during Ramadan.

“I can smell that. Do you mind eating that somewhere else? I’m fasting!” pic.twitter.com/mgc66tzE4L

“Excuse me. I can smell that. Do you mind eating that somewhere else?” he tells her.

“I’m fasting.”

She explains, “That’s not my concern.”

He continues his rant of entitlement, repeating over and over that he’s fasting and she needs to abide by his preferences.

She’s blunt, telling him, “I’m eating my lunch.” “Yeah, but I can smell it,” he responds.

“So what. It’s food. Of course you’re going to smell it.”

On of Dr. Maalouf’s previous statements points out that Islam “has massacred over 669 million non-Muslims since 622AD.”
