Judge who is obstructing Trump warned: ‘You’re hurting the American people’

There have been more than 70 lawsuits launched, already, against President Donald Trump and his agenda to root out corruption, inefficiency, fraud and the like from government spending – essentially a continuation of the lawfare Democrats and other leftists have organized against him since his first presidency.

And some of the judges’ rulings so far have been intended to block the president from exercising the authorities of the executive branch with Congress now reacting with plans to impeach some of those decision-makers.

“You’re not just hurting the president. You’re hurting the American people because they’re the ones who elected him, and they’re the ones who want him to do this – to exercise these specific authorities. And these judges are really denying the American people their rights,” explained U.S. Rep. Andrew Clyde, R-Ga.

He is working with Rep. Eli Crane, R-Ariz., on articles of impeachment against U.S. District Judge Paul Engelmayer specifically, who has blocked Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency from even accessing some information about how taxpayer moneys are turned over to various leftist organizations.

A report at Fox News explained Clyde also has considered the same action against Judge John McConnell, who, at the time, ordered the Trump administration to follow his own ideology, expressed in a restraining order temporarily blocking efforts to pause the handout of federal money through grants and loans.

McConnell’s claims to impartiality, as required of federal judges, took a hit, Fox reported, when a video from 2021 of him appeared saying courts must “stand and enforce the rule of law, that is, against arbitrary and capricious actions by what could be a tyrant or could be whatnot.”

“You have to take a moment and realize that this, you know, middle-class, white, male, privileged person needs to understand the human being that comes before us that may be a woman, may be black, may be transgender, may be poor, may be rich, may be – whatever,” McConnell said in the video, the report said.

Clyde said judges, of course, have their own opinions, and are entitled to them, but they should not be “overt and political in mentioning them” if they “don’t want to be seen as potentially having a conflict of interest.”

Clyde said he expects eventually Trump will prevail on the merits.

“He has the authority under Article II of the Constitution,” Clyde said. “But yet for the entire time of the restraining order, the judge will have prevented this duly elected authority from being exercised by the president. And also, they will have prevented the American people from dealing with waste, fraud and abuse in their government.”

Clyde warned that judges “can’t just stop the president from doing what the Constitution gives him the authority to do, and the people have given him the authority to do.”

‘The wound on my head wouldn’t stop oozing’: Republican senator suffers brain bleed after slipping on ice

Republican North Dakota Sen. Kevin Cramer suffered a brain injury Sunday afternoon after slipping on ice in the backyard of his North Dakota home.

Cramer, 64, said he was hospitalized and diagnosed with a “severe concussion, a seizure and a slight brain bleed” in a statement posted to Facebook Monday evening. He said he did not know when he plans to return to Washington, D.C., but that he could return quickly for a critical vote if necessary.

“Late yesterday afternoon, I walked to my backyard intending to retrieve a piece of conduit which came off my dock and was laying on the ice,” Cramer wrote. “While walking on the hill down to the dock, I stepped on ice and evidently fell hard, hitting the back of my head. I do not remember anything from the fall until arriving at Sanford Health emergency room with [wife] Kris. After seeing the emergency doctor, taking some tests, including a CT Scan, and seeing a neurologist, I was diagnosed with a severe concussion, a seizure, and a slight brain bleed.”

“The wound on my head wouldn’t stop oozing, so the doctor punched a couple of staples on the laceration and admitted me,” Cramer said. “I had a good night sleep before getting a second CT Scan. I am better today with only a slight brain bleed and pretty bad headaches. Doctors prefer I rest a little longer before returning to DC, so I do not know exactly when that will happen. It will be day to day this week, but I am ready to return quickly if events require it.”

The statement did not clarify whether Cramer is still admitted to the North Dakota hospital where he underwent care for the seizure and brain bleed.

The Senate is slated to confirm additional Trump nominees this week, including Army Secretary nominee Daniel Driscoll and U.S. Trade Representative Jamieson Greer. Given Senate Republicans’ 53-seat majority, Senate GOP leadership will still have enough votes to confirm the president’s nominees despite Cramer’s likely absence.

Cramer is serving in his second Senate term and is a member of several prominent Senate committees, including the Senate Armed Services Committee and the Senate Banking Committee.

‘We’re not here to play games’: Kristi Noem says DHS found ‘leakers,’ details how agency caught ‘sell-out’ bureaucrats

Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said Monday evening on Fox News that her agency has identified some of the “leakers” responsible for releasing internal information.

On Feb. 10, Noem suggested that “corrupt” FBI agents were behind a leaked memo about an upcoming “large-scale” Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) raid in the Los Angeles area, which was obtained by the Los Angeles Times. With border czar Tom Homan echoing the secretary’s suspicions a day later, Noem said on “Hannity” that “some” of the internal leakers had been caught, but she did not specify which agency they belonged to or how many there were.

“I have found some leakers. We are continuing to get more. They will be fired. There will be consequences. And, remember, when they leak information to the press in order to blow an op, they are putting law enforcement lives in jeopardy,” Noem said. “They are risking their lives and putting their families in the position where they have to live without those individuals any further.”

“We have used every tactic that we have. If you remember, we talked just last week about how I’m using polygraphs to go after and to really interview these folks because we are a national security agency. I have that tool I can use. Also looking at their emails, looking at their communications,” Noem added. “It’s amazing how these bureaucrats who have an agenda to stop the work that we’re doing to bring safety to America, how they will sell each other down the river if it’s just to protect themselves. So don’t worry. I am doing everything to find these leakers and to get rid of them so that we can do our work and our law enforcement officers and agents can do it safely.”

Since President Donald Trump’s inauguration, the president has reversed a number of Biden-Harris administration policies on immigration, allowing ICE agents to arrest “criminal aliens,” including rapists and murderers. However, protests have been held in sanctuary cities like Los Angeles, calling for an end to the mass deportations.

While ICE has already conducted raids throughout the country, the Los Angeles Times obtained an internal memo, publishing a report on Feb. 7 about federal law enforcement agents planning a “large-scale” raid in the Los Angeles area before the end of February. Host Sean Hannity later asked Noem if leaking the information was “a crime,” saying that the release of such details could put agents’ lives “in jeopardy.”

“Absolutely. When they are breaking the law, we are prosecuting and holding them accountable to it,” Noem said. “So, you know, we’re not here to play games. This is about America. Any law enforcement officer that serves and partners not only with the Department of Homeland Security, but partners with us, listen, we respect you.”

“We honor the work that you do. We will take care of your family. We will take care of you. And we’ll go after those that threaten your lives by leaking this type of information,” Noem said.

Following the leaks, both Homan and Noem said they would identify those responsible for the information being released, with Noem warning employees that polygraph tests would be used, according to Bloomberg.

The DHS has yet to provide further details on how many leaks have been identified or which agency the caught individuals belonged to.

WATCH: Joy Reid breaks down in tears over being canceled by MSNBC

Former MSNBC host Joy Reid broke down in tears Monday after the left-wing network canceled her primetime program, “The ReidOut.”

Reid, a known race-obsessed anchor who spewed far-left talking points, received word that her 7 p.m. show will be taken off the air and replaced with rotating anchors in the coming weeks. An emotional Reid addressed her firing with tears streaming down her face as she claimed that her program had “value” on MSNBC.

“I’m sorry,” Reid began while visibly sobbing. “That what I was doing had value. And in the end, I’m sorry, I try not to cry on TV and this is kinda like me on TV, so I apologize … what I will just say is, where I land is that the moment of guilt that I felt that I went hard on so many issues whether it was the Black Lives Matter issues of a young baby or a mom or dad that was killed or when we opened up people’s eyes to the fact that Asian Americans were being targeted, not just black folks, [or when we] went hard for immigrants who did nothing but come to this country like my parents did and try to make a life and defended them. Or whether we talked about what [President Donald Trump] is doing that is subversive to the Constitution, that is injurious to our liberty.”

WATCH:

Reid further said she is “not sorry” for all of the inflammatory statements she made on television over the years and is “proud” of her now-former show. She defended her stances on The 1619 Project, a book by Nikole Hannah-Jones arguing that America was founded on slavery, and her support for Gaza.

“We as the American people have a right to object to little babies being bombed and where I come down on that is I’m not sorry, I am not sorry that I stood up for those things because those things are of God and you know, I’m a church girl too and those are the things that I was taught were of God,” Reid continued. “And so, I’m not sorry, I’m just proud of my show.”

The now-former MSNBC host has made many attacks against conservatives and white people while she was live on-air. On Nov. 5, she lashed out at white women for largely backing President Donald Trump over former Vice President Kamala Harris.

“In the end, if they didn’t make their numbers and essentially exceed the numbers that Joe Biden had in the suburbs, I think we have to be blunt about why. Black voters came through for Kamala Harris, white women voters did not,” Reid said.

The embattled TV host labeled Democratic Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly as “super white” and compared him to a “mayonnaise sandwich on Wonder bread white” in August while discussing Harris’ running mate.

Reid further argued during an April 2022 segment that Elon Musk wanted a return to apartheid because he supported free speech on social media platforms. In reality, Musk attended anti-apartheid protests and concerts as a child growing up in South Africa in the 1980’s, according to an excerpt from Walter Isaacson’s book, “Elon Musk.”

Ahead of the 2022 midterms, Reid said that Americans had never heard of the word “inflation” until Republicans made the term a political tool.
