President Donald Trump has sanctioned the International Criminal Court, an international group that has no jurisdiction over the United States or its ally Israel, but yet issued arrested warrants for a number of key Israeli officials.

The sanctions target ICC officials, their family members and even their properties. Financial sanctions and visa restrictions are a part of the plan.

The action was in response to the ICC’s claim to have issued an arrest warrant of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, a move that followed the ICC’s leftists claims about Israel’s military response to the war started by Hamas on Oct. 7, 2023, when those terrorists invaded Israel, slaughtered some 1,200 civilians and abducted hundreds more.

The determination by Trump is that those officials, employees and agents, “as well as their immediate family members,” would be “detrimental to the interests of the United States” if they enter the country.

“I therefore determine that any effort by the ICC to investigate, arrest, detain, or prosecute protected persons, as defined in section 8(d) of this order, constitutes an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security and foreign policy of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to address that threat.”

He determined others will be added to the order, following a determination by State and Treasury officials and the attorney general.

Trump said, “I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the International Criminal Court (ICC), as established by the Rome Statute, has engaged in illegitimate and baseless actions targeting America and our close ally Israel. The ICC has, without a legitimate basis, asserted jurisdiction over and opened preliminary investigations concerning personnel of the United States and certain of its allies, including Israel, and has further abused its power by issuing baseless arrest warrants targeting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Former Minister of Defense Yoav Gallant.”

He pointed out that neither the U.S. nor Israel has agreed to be subject to the ICC.

“Neither country has ever recognized the ICC’s jurisdiction, and both nations are thriving democracies with militaries that strictly adhere to the laws of war. The ICC’s recent actions against Israel and the United States set a dangerous precedent, directly endangering current and former United States personnel, including active service members of the Armed Forces, by exposing them to harassment, abuse, and possible arrest.”

He called out the ICC’s “malign conduct.”

A number of nations around the globe have submitted to the ICC, and in fact said they would be arresting Netanyahu if he ventured onto their territory.

That means, Trump explained, there need to be “tangible and significant consequences on those responsible for the ICC’s transgressions,” including blocking of property and assets and denial of entry.

Countries to which President Trump is suggesting Gazans could relocate include Jordan, Egypt, Morocco, Puntland, and Somaliland according to the First Post video below.

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz said that if Gazans want to leave voluntarily, the IDF has a plan in place.

“The plan will include exit options through land crossings as well as special arrangements for departure by sea and air,” Katz told The Jerusalem Post.

 

The admonishment “Never Again” used to be the most powerful rallying cry any Jew could utter. Virtually all that went to the gas chambers, separated by sex, age and physicality, did so with little or no resistance, a fact all Jews state will never happen again. Yet, I witness Jews, Christians and others today willingly allow people to burn down or vandalize our places of worship, tell us loudly that they intend to exterminate us once again, and freely intimidate our young at colleges and universities with impunity.

You don’t have to look far to find countless examples of misguided or committed neo-Nazis or anti-Jewish groups or individuals demonstrating in our streets. Too many Jews privately apologize for the sin of surviving and prospering, somehow harboring societal guilt! Keeping our heads down seems to be an almost genetic trait. How’s that working?

Most miss a linkage that ties our ambivalence, inability to comprehend what we see and hear, and how to arrive at a rational analysis that makes all the moving pieces make sense. The normalization of deviance that plays out with the messaging and visuals we constantly absorb has altered our perspective, making it difficult to see things for what they are and undercutting the message of “Never Again.”

Israel is free and pluralistic; Hamas and the other Iranian proxies are not. Why can’t millions of Gazan cheerleaders see that? It’s simple; if you see things through the lens of feelings, your default position is to have empathy for those being killed or wounded. Irrespective of the fact that Hamas broke the peace, killed or captured more than 1,500 people and lobbed missiles indiscriminately at civilian targets, if you are empathy-driven, facts don’t matter nearly as much as your emotions overriding common sense. And an entire ecosystem of false messaging is designed to support this end.

Two drivers are central to how this legerdemain plays out.

1. Most individuals with undeserved sympathy for the perceived Gazan underdogs are young. Drill down on how this came to be and you’ll discover a foundation of lies, distortions, misrepresentations, and curated videos and social media that depict suffering without context. Blame must also be placed on the media, our educational system and, most importantly, our political leaders who today reflect our society as a whole, which includes more than a few uneducated and self-serving individuals.

2. Iran has carefully developed a sophisticated outreach program targeted toward persuadable individuals. It’s been very successful. Iran, with the help of Russia, China and even more than a few of our citizens, has penetrated every mode of communication and coopted left-leaning media to cast America and Israel as villains. We have not been proactive enough in this sphere, and it shows. We must understand that Iran uses every tool at its disposal to work against Israel and the U.S. as another instrument of war.

Both drivers ensure that the meaning of “Never Again” is diluted.

The following recent boast demonstrates how Iran manipulates opinion:

You cannot utter “Never Again” without confronting false narratives intended to undercut the very idea of whether a holocaust even occurred or a falsehood that the Jewish people came to the table with unclean hands. Jews fight a two-front war!

Iran, especially a nuclear-armed Iran, is untenable. There can be no peace, no compromise, no meeting of the minds with Iran’s stated intentions as to Israel, America and Jewish people everywhere. Iran imagines destroying Israel and eradicating all Jews. Radical Islam, as a movement, requires a future where Islamic principles and laws dominate global society.

I commenced writing this piece on Holocaust Remembrance Day. My mind keeps revolving around four separate and disparate stats that confirm to me that another holocaust is possible:

Forty-six percent of French youth (somewhat less in other European countries) have either never heard of the Holocaust or were not sure what it is. Among Americans, 48% could not name a single concentration camp. Conclusion: knowledge of the Holocaust is weak and declining.

Americans have not been a unified people since World War II. Truth is no longer a shared attribute.

A staggering 34% of Americans check a box saying, “They do not feel a strong sense of connection or love for their country.” The majority of that particular cohort comprises younger Americans, who either are or will shortly be in positions of power and authority.

For Jews, a recent survey by Israel’s Ministry for Diaspora Affairs found that 36.7% of American-Jewish teens between the ages of 14 and 18 either “agreed” or “strongly agreed” with the statement, “I sympathize with Hamas.” Overall, 22% of all Americans support Hamas.

Israel, Iran’s Little Satan, and America, the Great Satan, are inexorably linked; what happens to Israel inevitably will happen to us.

I no longer believe there is any place in America immune from the bane of false equivalents. Even among my fellow Jews, “Never Again” is an abstraction that rarely reaches “top of mind” or motivates us to action. Our inability to reflexively call out obvious evil is a symptom of a society in decline. President Trump has a mountain of “To Do” lists he must deal with. Therefore, it is up to the willing to do what we can to meet the challenge today before it arrives at your door, living room, office, or place of worship.

Not for the Jews alone do I call out to today; I call on everyone who believes in freedom, truth, responsibility and traditional America to recognize the power of the forces that wish to rewrite history. We must acknowledge who we used to be, who we must be again, and what we stand to lose if we don’t come together to face an enemy that will only be happy seeing us dead.

Hillel the Elder, a first-century Jewish scholar, is famously quoted saying:

“If not you, then who? If not now, when?”

Donald Trump, a non-Jew, just answered that question for himself with his pronouncement stating he was not going to do the same things that failed each time concerning Gaza. It may take the world a moment to digest his genius. For the rest of us, each must answer that question to our own satisfaction.

Trump appoints Jon Voight, Mel Gibson, and Sylvester Stallone as ‘special ambassadors’ to Hollywood

Hollywood definitely needs help with regard to getting back in touch with what most Americans want to see on the silver screen. America is tired of woke movies, and is ready for a golden age of family friendly movies. Trump said he has appointed Jon Voight, Mel Gibson, and Sylvester Stallone to act as his eyes and ears in Hollywood. Variety picked up a post on his Truth Social account in which he briefly outlined his focus.

“They will serve as Special Envoys to me for the purpose of bringing Hollywood, which has lost much business over the last four years to Foreign Countries, BACK—BIGGER, BETTER, AND STRONGER THAN EVER BEFORE! These three very talented people will be my eyes and ears, and I will get done what they suggest. It will again be, like The United States of America itself, The Golden Age of Hollywood!”

Among the millions of things the federal government has been spending money on are the media.

Those revelations came as part of the work by President Donald Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency, which is run by Elon Musk.

The spending is through USAID, an agency that has been put on notice it is being shut down, or at least radically modified. It could come under the State Department going forward and Trump officials say its spending will be in pursuit of American policy and agenda worldwide, nothing else.

But revealed this week was the expenditure of millions of dollars on media organizations.

Those cited included the New York Times, Politico, the parent company of the Wall Street Journal, AP, and more.

But that’s now, apparently, over.

A report explained Trump has ordered the General Services Administration to end every media contract that has been expensed by government workers.

Today, 78 contracts were terminated for convenience across DEI, Non-Performing, Media, and Consulting categories, including one for “groundwater exploration and assessment in the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.”

Approximately $110mm of total savings.

The action follows a Hill report that Trump scoffed at the media for being paid off by the government, “to write positively about Democrats.”

He wasn’t the only one making that suggestion.

Trump, Thursday, said, “Did you see what happened yesterday where they found hundreds of millions of dollars of money was fraudulently given to newspapers, I guess Politico? They gave money to all this — out of USAID. … It came out, hundreds of, just tremendous amounts of money had nothing to do with anything.”

He continued, “This is a terrible thing that was experienced, but we’re catching them left and right; we’re catching them. We’re catching them to a point that they don’t know what the heck is going on. They can’t believe they’re getting caught,” he added.

California Democratic Rep. Jared Huffman protested the National Prayer Breakfast Thursday, claiming it violates the separation between church and state.

The congressman said in an X video that “Christian prayer” should not be allowed in the Capitol building and that the government needs to “build a wall” between church and state to uphold a “secular republic.”

“Hi Folks, just getting ready to cross the street for the National Prayer Breakfast,” Huffman said in the video taken outside of the Capitol. “I am not going to this event because I support it, I’m actually going to protest it.”

Huffman went on to show several buttons he wore to the event, one that said “Build This Wall” with an image of the Capitol building and a church, and another that said “Entering Gilead” to reference the “creepy dystopic theocracy” he said is the “slippery slope we’re heading down with events like this.”

“So look, we should not be having a Christian prayer in the sanctum of the United States Capitol in Statuary Hall,” Huffman continued. “This is an actual violation of the church-state separation like we’ve never seen.”

The National Prayer Breakfast has hosted members of the government for a time of nonpartisan prayer since 1953, though this is the first year the event was held at the Capitol. Christian prayer has been a routine part of the U.S. government since its inception, and Congress still begins with a prayer at the start of every session.

“The Constitution prevents Congress from establishing a national church. It doesn’t say presidents can’t publicly pray,” Josh Mercer, vice president of CatholicVote, told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “Obama and Biden each attended the National Prayer Breakfast when they were president, but Jared Huffman never protested them, leaving one to assume that Huffman only has a problem when Republicans pray.”

Huffman has led multiple efforts to strip churches and religious organizations of their tax-exempt statuses. The representative has denied any formal religious affiliation and describes himself as a “humanist.”

“The notion that religion has no place in our nation’s public square just doesn’t hold water,” Andrea Picciotti-Bayer, director of the Conscience Project, said in a statement to the DCNF. “Our founders understood the importance of a moral and virtuous citizenry. Our country has been a beacon of light for the world for our commitment to safeguarding religious freedom and countless Americans today of all political stripes consider faith as an important part of their lives.”

President Donald Trump delivered remarks at the event stating his intention to “bring God back” to America and address the years of “anti-Christian bias” and “targeting” of Christians that occurred under the Biden Administration, according to the Associated Press.

A host of corporate media outlets and their parent companies took in taxpayer cash from government customers over the last decade, federal records reveal.

Outlets such as Politico, The New York Times, Wall Street Journal parent company Dow Jones & Co Inc., The Associated Press and others raked in taxpayer dollars from a myriad of federal agencies, according to public U.S. spending records. Trust in the corporate media has plummeted to its lowest levels since at least 1972, as numerous reporting blunders from major outlets continue to drive trust down.

Politico has taken a grand total of $35,018,269 in obligated taxpayer dollars in the form of contracts from 2015 to present day, with some longer-term contracts extending all the way to 2029, according to the spending data. Politico Pro subscriptions accounted for $8.2 million of spending, which includes a networking framework in addition to granting access to paid content, according to Politico’s website.

A subscription to Politico Pro can cost approximately $10,000, and is commonly used among Hill staff of both parties. Politico’s customers included the Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Agriculture, and The Executive Office of the President (EOP) among many other agencies, according to spending data.

Politico CEO Goli Sheikholeslami said in a Wednesday memo to staff that the outlet has “never been the beneficiary of government programs or subsidies,” and that the “overwhelming majority” of its customers are in the private sector.

Dow Jones & Co Inc. raked in more than $4 million in government contracts, which included purchases of WSJ content from the DOD, the EOP and the Department of Treasury among many other government customers, according to spending data. Other purchases reflected in the total included Dow Jones Risk Compliance services, Factiva, a business intelligence database, and access to Barron’s, another outlet owned by the parent firm.

The AP, and its associated “child recipient” Press Association, Inc., have received one of the larger investments from the government, topping over $50 million in total awards for various services, according to spending data.

The AP received a $19,502,333 contract from the U.S. Agency for Global Media (AGM), stretching from 2017 to 2022, according to spending records. Additionally, the AGM is slated to dish out at least $5 million by 2027 to have “enterprise-wide access to the wire services including text, video, photo and images.”

The AP told CNN in a statement Wednesday that the government has “long been an AP customer — through both Democratic and Republican administrations.”

“It licenses AP’s nonpartisan journalism, just like thousands of news outlets and customers around the world,” the AP told CNN. “It’s quite common for governments to have contracts with news organizations for their content.”

The State Department also handed out over $400,000 to the AP from 2019 to 2024 to aid the outlet’s overseas expansion in the Pacific, with countries like Laos, Timor-Leste and other “Pacific island nations or territories” considered, according to spending records.

The NYT received a total of $3,107,520 worth of obligated contract awards from 2003 to 2025, with a significant part of the contracts being subscriptions to the newspaper in print and online, according to spending data. NYT customers included the DoD, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), the Department of Transportation and others.

Other purchases included advertisements from various agencies, including the U.S. Air Force and VA, according to the data.

Trust for national news networks is 30% lower in 2024 than it was in 2016, according to the Pew Research Center. Moreover, the data shows Republicans and young people are just as likely to trust social media for news as the traditional national news networks.

Incidents of false or misleading reporting only further drove distrust of the corporate media among the public.

Politico parroted the sentiment that the Hunter Biden laptop story was “Russian disinformation” in 2020, with two former reporters claiming they were advised against covering the story by senior staff. Hunter Biden was convicted on three felony counts related to buying the gun in June 2024, with the Department of Justice acknowledging the laptop as genuine and using it as evidence in their case against Hunter.

However, Hunter received a pardon from his father, President Joe Biden, on Dec. 1.

The NYT ran a story in 2021 claiming the Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents pushed back Haitian migrants with whips at the southern border in Del Rio, Texas. However, a CBP investigation a year later found no evidence of whipping taking place, but the NYT did not take down their story.

White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said at a Wednesday press conference that the taxpayer funded Politico Pro subscriptions would be cancelled.

The New York Times and the AP did not respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

(ZEROHEDGE) – Pennsylvania State Police are investigating an egg heist in Greencastle, about 65 miles southwest of Harrisburg, over the weekend. The very thought of such a crime may seem unimaginable, but with wholesale egg prices reaching record highs, the thieves appear to have been paying close attention to recent developments surrounding the worsening nationwide egg shortage.

Local media outlet WHP-TV reported approximately 100,000 organic eggs (worth > $40,000) were stolen from the back of Pete & Gerry’s Organics’ distribution trailer on Saturday night in Greencastle.

“We take this matter seriously and are committed to resolving it as quickly as possible. Due to the ongoing investigation, we cannot comment any further on this matter,” Pete & Gerry’s, part of the better-known egg distributor Nellie’s Free Range, wrote in a statement.
