‘I want them in prison’: Brent Bozell erupts on those who orchestrated charges against J6ers
Most of the J6 protesters were subjected to the harshest treatment the Joe Biden Department of Justice could hand out.
They were jailed, without bond, sometimes without even hearings, for months or years. They were charged with inappropriate charges. Prosecutors tried to enhance their sentences with claims of obstruction. Judges, mostly Democrats in the District of Columbia, went along.
The result was a level of punishment not ever seen before in American justice.
President Donald Trump ended that with his pardon and commutation power when he took office.
But now those prosecutors, perhaps in the judges, need to be held accountable.
That’s according to Brent Bozell, a highly respected name from the Media Research Center, who shared his personal story after the pardons.
It was his son, Zeeker, who was in the crowd of protesters, and admitted to breaking two windows.
Brent Bozell said his son was prepared to accept the consequences, but the Biden’s DOJ demanded he spend 20 years in prison.
For windows.
Read this. It’s important to understand how malicious the Jan 6 prosecutions were. It had nothing to do with “law and order.” These people were treated like dissidents under a dictatorship. https://t.co/Eoa0fiHUgY

And Bozell also told, essentially, the rest of the story:

His testimony:
The new Trump administration has arrived, with a real sense of purpose. For the past four years, the Biden administration has subjected America to a level of personal corruption, professional ineptitude and abuse of power unheard of in our nation’s history.
President Trump committed to address all of this and immediately has put an end to the persecution of J6 defendants through his presidential pardon. I salute the President for this commitment to justice.
I also thank him personally for liberating my son.
The list of old friends, and new friends who have shared their outrage in emails, texts, phone calls and private conversations, always offering their prayers, have my family’s everlasting gratitude as well.
America has witnessed the Biden administration transform the FBI from perhaps the most respected to the most feared agency in the federal government. It is high time the Department of Justice be investigated. It needs to be fumigated and the rot expelled. My son was guilty of breaking two windows and entering the Capitol that day. He recognized this, was prepared to plead guilty, and accept his punishment. That was, until the “Justice” Department offered him a deal: accept a three-year sentence or face a 20-year prison term, a fate which would befall him by the time they were done with him, after throwing the entire weight of the federal government against him.
Others capitulated because they either didn’t have the financial means to defend themselves or didn’t understand the nature of the abuse. My son refused. For that they charged him with an insurrection, which they knew was unconstitutional. At the 11th hour, they added an assault charge, which was as dishonest as it was false. And when sentencing came, they tried to pin a terrorism enhancement charge. This to a man whose greatest crime prior to this was a traffic ticket.
Were he a BLM rioter, he’d have been given probation and a nominal fine. Or, as has been the case with thousands who did far worse, nothing at all.
But my son was a J6er. He was sentenced to 45 months in prison. Amazingly, his was one of the better outcomes. He has spent almost a half year in prison, leaving his wife without a husband and three girls without their father. I want to know who was behind this persecution.
I want to know who chose my son because he shares my name. I want to know who gave the orders to throw the book against him – including inventing heinous crimes – because I supported President Trump.
I want them brought to justice. I want to see them in prison.
On social media, one commenter said, “Yes” to an investigation and justice, even though “There is no way to make it right.”
Anther warned that without accountability, the abuses will happen again.
Wow. Agree! Heads must roll. https://t.co/ir5PcMWTaL

At Twitchy there was no praise for the Biden agenda, carried out by ex-Attorney General Merrick Garland.
“They called him (the younger Bozell) terrorist. They called him an insurrectionist. They threatened him with TWENTY YEARS in prison,” the report said.
“Because Bozell’s son was conservative — and as he intimates, the son of a prominent conservative media personality — they targeted him and threw the entire kitchen sink at him. They probably would have sent him to Guantanamo Bay if they could have gotten away with it.”
It continued, “What Merrick Garland, his DOJ, and leftist judges did to the J6 defendants was the exact opposite of ‘law and order.’ It was corruption and political persecution.” And it said, “Oh, we won’t forget. And we won’t forgive either. Neither will Bozell. That’s Jesus’s job and we ain’t him.”

‘First breath’: Senate Democrats unanimously refuse equal rights for abortion survivors
Democrats in the U.S. Senate have voted unanimously to deprive babies who survive abortion attempts of equal rights.
Those would be the rights to medical assistance to survive, as another baby born with a threat to life would receive.
A baby born alive after an attempted abortion should be entitled to the same protection and medical care that any other newborn baby is entitled to.
This shouldn’t be a controversial bill. pic.twitter.com/tq2wqpNpeC
— Leader John Thune (@LeaderJohnThune) January 22, 2025
All 47 Democrats voted against the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act, which means the plan did not receive the 60 votes needed in the Senate to advance.
The bill was from Sens. James Lankford, R-Okla, and Jim Banks, R-Ind., and states “that a baby born alive from a failed abortion deserves the same protection and medical care as other newborns,” according to the Daily Signal.
Banks had pointed out, “Almost every American agrees that a baby that takes their first breath deserves the same right to life as the rest of us do.”
Senate Majority Leader John Thune, R-S.D., brought the bill to a vote and endorsed it, but said he expected Democrats to oppose it.
Republicans’ motion for cloture on Wednesday failed with a vote of 52-47.
“Democrats are afraid that by recognizing the humanity of the newly born child, they will inadvertently point to the humanity of the unborn child,” Thune explained. “And I do understand where they’re coming from. After all, once you recognize the humanity of the newly born baby, it gets a little harder to say that that child wasn’t human just a few minutes ago simply because he or she wasn’t yet born.”
Thune blasted Democrats, explaining, “there is nothing more important to Democrats than abortion,” so they will vote against a plan “to provide appropriate medical care to babies born alive in an abortion clinic.”
Only one Democrat supported the plan when it was approved, 220-210, earlier in the House.
‘What really happened’: Brand-new committee to probe what Dems don’t want you to know about Jan. 6
There’s already been a special congressional committee to investigate the events of Jan. 6, 2021, at the U.S. Capitol.
That’s when a few hundred Trump supporters protested what they saw as the suspect results of the 2020 presidential election. Many of them protested by walking into the Capitol, through doors often held open for them by security officers.
Actually, a few rioted and broke windows and such.
But the Joe Biden Department of Justice threw every charge at them that could be found, including some that were improper, and President Donald Trump now has pardoned almost all.
That committee, however, was set up by then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on a partisan basis – she refused to allow nominated Republicans to join. And she selected her own anti-Trump members of the GOP.
The result was that they essentially orchestrated a televised trial of Trump, excluding evidence that support his concerns, hiring stage managers to present their anti-Trump condemnation the best they could. And they destroyed evidence going out the door.
Turns out, whatever they did, or didn’t do, they were granted presidential pardons by Biden.
It’s not over.
The Federalist is reporting that there’s going to be a new J6 committee, in the Judiciary Committee, “to help Republicans uncover FBI abuses.”
The goal will be to find out “what really happened” at the protest that day, “including the presence of FBI informants in the crowd, the placement and discovery of pipe bombs at party offices, and various other FBI abuses,” the report explained.
To be led by Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., the select subcommittee will build on what GOP investigators in the last Congress confirmed. Those results included 40,000 hours of security footage from that day being released.
And there were “interviews suppressed by [Liz] Cheney’s committee that disputed her made-for-TV allegations.” Congress later referred Cheney for prosecution over her tampering with star witness Cassidy Hutchinson. “Hutchinson, a low-level Trump aide, began dramatically changing her story after clandestine correspondence with the former Republican representative. Cheney, who was hand-selected by former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi to run the committee and its televised show trial, accepted a pardon for her alleged witness tampering and other crimes she may have committed,” the Federalist report said.
Cheney, in fact, was fired from Congress by her voters in the first election where they could do that, by a landslide.
House Speaker Mike Johnson has confirmed, “The Jan 6 Select Committee manipulated AND destroyed evidence — created a fake, phony narrative all to try and hurt Trump. They even hired a TV producer from the legacy media in a desperate attempt to legitimize what Americans knew was a total hoax and complete waste of time. Be assured of this: House Republicans WILL continue our investigation into this corrupt committee and it will be FULLY FUNDED so it can continue next Congress.”
The report notes that evidence now has confirmed that Cheney suppressed evidence that Trump pushed for 10,000 National Guard troops to protect the Capitol.
She falsely claimed she had “no evidence” to support that. In fact, Pelosi’s own daughter released a video in which Pelosi admits Democrats held culpability for that day.
And evidence shows that as early as testimony from an interview from January 2022 that the White House had urged Washington Mayor Muriel Bowser to ask for Guard troops, and that Trump had suggested 10,000.
That testimony, however, was suppressed by Pelosi’s partisan committee.

‘Getting much worse’: Schoolkids see ‘graphic’ porn on campus iPads
The latest outbreak of what is a growing problem – schoolchildren accessing X-rated and other explicit content on school iPads or websites – has left a government education official demanding action.
It is the Christian Institute that is reporting the Scottish Government’s education secretary is calling for action, following an episode where children as young as 10 in Edinburgh were able to access porn on school iPads.
Jenny Gilruth, MSP, contacted local councils across Scotland to ensure that “safety protocols are regularly reviewed” to guarantee that the issue “is not replicated in other parts of the country,” the institute reported.
One parent confirmed that students as young as 10 and 11 were able to view explicit images like “erotic hanging, strangulation and drowning … and theoretically unlimited porn” by misspelling blocked terms, the report said.
Miles Briggs, the MSP for Lothian, warned, “This incident is a wakeup call for Edinburgh council and the Scottish government to ensure that robust measures are put in place, so that this does not happen again.”
A lawmaker on Edinburgh’s Education, Children and Families Committee said the priority now is the safety of children, and possible enhancements are being reviewed in light of the situation.
The government actually has a law for online safety, and its requirements are being implemented on a phased basis.
The same situation – offensive X-rated and other materials – also has appeared periodically in the United States.
A few years ago, officials at Pacific Justice Institute went to court in a fight between the Florida Citizens Alliance and the Broward County Public Schools.
At that time the school was declining to comply with public records requests concerning whether it was exposing children to porn.
WND also reported a few years earlier on a fight that developed in Colorado over a school district’s decision to give children access to an online database that contained offensive material.
A lawsuit at the time named EBSCO, the online library company, for allegedly brokering “pornographic database to schools and libraries.”
It was the Cherry Creek School District that at that time discontinued its contract with EBSCO after parents complained.
Information that had been available to students included “How to have oral sex,” “How to have anal sex” and “How to have vaginal sex.”
The non-profit MassResistance discovered at the time EBSCO works with 55,000 schools.
“We’ve often reported on the dramatic influx of ‘comprehensive sex-ed’ into schools across the country in recent years despite vocal outrage by parents,” the group said amid the controversy. “The graphic sexual content and LGBT tips that schools are pushing at students has been very disturbing for some time now, and is getting much worse.”
MassResistance said children attending middle schools in the Cherry Creek School District were “being given access to extremely graphic sexual and homosexual pornography, material encouraging them to become sexually and homosexually active, descriptions of ‘sex toys,’ and much more.”
New bill would require states to be transparent about annual number of abortions
FIRST ON THE DAILY SIGNAL—Sen. Joni Ernst is introducing a bill Wednesday to require states to accurately report abortion data to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. States are currently asked but not required to provide this information to the CDC.
If passed and signed into law, the bill, titled the ‘‘Ensuring Accurate and Complete Abortion Data Reporting Act of 2025,” will require states to report the number of abortions performed each year. States that fail to provide the CDC with the requested abortion data will risk losing Medicaid payments for certain family planning services and supplies.
“Every life is precious, and we cannot allow tax dollars to pay for abortions on demand,” Ernst, R-Iowa, told The Daily Signal. “The full extent of government funding should not be a mystery, and my bill will require transparency from all 50 states.”
While the Hyde Amendment bans the use of federal funds for abortion, 17 states pay for “all or most” of what the Guttmacher Institute calls the “medically necessary abortions” of Medicaid enrollees.
In addition to proving the number of abortions performed annually, the bill requires each state to collect information regarding the age, race, ethnicity, marital status, and county of residence of the women having the abortion. The gestational age of the baby at the time of the abortion, the abortion method used to terminate the pregnancy, and whether the child survived the abortion is also required information for state documentation.
The bill further requires states to document and report whether the mother having the abortion has had previous pregnancies, live births, or any form of abortion.
All the aggregate data would then be gathered into a report to be published and made available to the public. No information would be included that could identify any individual who received an abortion.
The CDC currently requests abortion-related data from all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and New York City, but states are not required to share this information under current law.
In November, the CDC reported that 46 states, plus the District of Columbia, and New York City, had provided the CDC with abortion-related data for 2022. California, Maryland, New Hampshire, and New Jersey did not provide the requested information.
Even among the states that do report to the CDC, not all states report on the same data points.
“In fact, there is not a single abortion data point publicly reported for all 50 states and the District of Columbia,” according to the text of the bill.
“We need a complete and accurate understanding, including tragic cases where babies are born alive during abortions, to ensure that no life is ever ignored, hidden, or forgotten,” Ernst said.
The Iowa senator has a long track record of supporting pro-life legislation and has earned an “A+” rating on the Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America National Pro-Life Scorecard.
Rep. Ralph Norman, R-S.C., will introduce companion legislation in the House.

Old Glory alone: Forget Pride and Black Lives Matter, Trump dumps woke flags
President Trump, under his Make America Great Again agenda, is ending the profligate use of the nation’s flagpoles to promote various race and gender ideologies.
A report in the Washington Free Beacon confirms the State Department has adopted a “One Flag Policy” that bars U.S. flagpoles from flying flags other than Stars and Stripes, with one or two special patriotic exceptions.
The publication reported obtaining a copy of the order that bans Pride, Black Lives Matter and other flags that Joe Biden had allowed to use the gravitas of the American government.
“Starting immediately, only the United States of America flag is authorized to be flown or displayed at U.S. facilities, both domestic and abroad, and featured in U.S. government content,” the State Department said, “The flag of the United States of America united all Americans under the universal principles of justice, liberty, and democracy. These values, which are the bedrock of our great country, are shared by all American citizens, past and present.”
“Disciplinary action” is promised to those who violate the policy, which could be up to “termination of employment.”
“The only other flags that will be permitted to fly are the Prisoner of War/Missing in Action (POW/MIA) emblem and the Wrongful Detainees Flag,” the report said the government allowed.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio said, “The U.S. flag is a powerful symbol of pride and it is fitting and respectful that only the U.S. flag be flown or displayed at U.S. facilities, both domestically and abroad.”
The report noted the White House said, “On the President’s direction, the State Department will have an America-First foreign policy.”
Biden had allowed an assortment of gender-ideology and racist flag emblems to be flown, including the Pride flag that usurped the Stars and Stripes on occasion at the White House.
“In June 2021, for instance, the U.S. embassy in Nassau ‘raised the rainbow Pride Flag to honor the human rights of LGBTQI+ persons in The Bahamas and around the world,’” Biden’s administration boasted at the time.
The report said during Trump’s first term as president, he repeatedly refused permission to embassies and consulates to use the authority of the American government to promote such social perspectives.
It was in June 2023 when Biden allowed the White House to be draped with Pride flags, at an event when he celebrated the LGBT ideology with a party there, including three “guests” who were caught posing topless.
Fox News reported Barack Obama also promoted the use of LGBT flags at U.S. embassies while he was in the White House.
The report noted there also was a limit on Pride flags at embassies under the March 2024 $1.2 trillion spending pushed by Biden.
