Scripture reminds us, “Let no unwholesome word proceed from your mouth, but only such a word as is good for edification…” (Ephesians 4:29 NASB).
Often, we tend to pontificate and make speeches to our staff. These statements may make us feel better, but are rarely helpful.
When you have an issue with staff or co-workers, carefully identify the issue, and outline your perspective on how to improve a situation. Avoid judgmental statements, or from making personal attacks.
Focus on the issue, and possible solutions. Be objective, and instructional.
The result will be improved communication with staff..
