Crude Dips, Stocks Rip On Positive Report Of US-Iran Talks Entering ‘Technical Stage’

Summary

‘Technical talks’ reported after Iran proposes 7-day roadmap to end the war and (eventually) restart nuclear talks.

Hormuz reopening discussed in exchange for US concessions in NY, including lifting the blockade.

Tehran seeks sanctions relief, restored oil exports and access to frozen funds.

US-Iran talks reportedly show progress, with Qatar helping bridge differences.

Escalation risk remains: Iran threatens a broader response – to ‘spread war to Indian Ocean’ if attacked again.

Are we back to headline ping-pong pushing down oil prices?

Latest: Iran-US negotiations in New York have moved beyond initial diplomatic contacts into a more detailed technical phase, with sources in Tehran describing the atmosphere as increasingly positive, CBS reports, citing Al Jazeera. For a rehash of what’s played out over the last 24 hours on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly meeting:

Iran’s proposed seven-day plan to reopen the Strait of Hormuz if the US drops its blockade is being discussed as an accelerated version of a previously discussed 60-day process, and would include urgent measures to get both countries back into direct negotiations over Iran’s nuclear programme.
The key Iranian demands under discussion include sanctions relief, the lifting of restrictions on oil exports and access to frozen Iranian funds.
The two sides also continue to discuss arrangements for the Strait of Hormuz, including whether Iran and Oman could return to a form of joint management under an agreed framework involving regional countries and the United States, as well as arrangements governing the passage of US vessels.
Despite the outstanding issues, sources in Tehran characterised the negotiations as making some progress, with talks continuing and Qatar working to bridge differences between the two sides.
Also, President Trump has just said he discussed the Iran conflict with China’s Xi.

And crude trumbles…

7-Day Roadmap Proposed

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Aragchi has newly proposed to the US side a seven-day roadmap aimed at ending the war, while the top Iranian delegation is still in New York City engaged in deep diplomacy on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.

Aragchi is said to be planning to stay through the weekend while waiting on a US response to the plan. So far it seems Tehran hasn’t backed down from its core conditions, and its roadmap proposal is said to closely parallel the 14-point Memorandum of Understanding that was signed by President Trump back in June, but which has since completely collapsed. The plan is new but is still being largely seen as just repackaged.

Q: Will you give up the 60% enriched uranium?
Pezeshkian: Yes, within the framework of international law, based on the Nonproliferation Treaty. Whatever we are supposed to adhere to, we will. pic.twitter.com/6v9WqG9AMP
— Clash Report (@clashreport) September 24, 2026
“Araghchi stressed that Iran was ready to begin putting the plan into effect as soon as Washington agreed to it,” Al Jazeera reports.

Interestingly, also last night Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian told journalists, “We don’t want it to get to the midterm elections.” He added: “We wish Americans to return to the MoU before the midterms.” Here’s where things stand in terms of Iran’s position being represented in New York:

Iran’s Foreign Minister Araghchi said the Strait of Hormuz can reopen if certain conditions are met by the US and that it would be better to implement before the Midterms, according to a Sky reporter.
IRGC spokesperson warned in the event of another attack, Iran’s method of defence will change including geography of the confrontation, the type of equipment and weapons used, and targets in defensive operations in line with new conditions.
This contradicted Trump’s words given to the UN General Assembly during his speech. He said “They’re waiting to see how I do in the midterm election.”

White House spokesperson Anna Kelly had in follow-up to Trump’s address said, “The President is courageously ensuring that such an evil country never possesses a nuclear weapon, which will make the entire world safer and more stable.”

Iran has said it will not be ‘bullied’ – but Pezeshkian appears to be offering something on the nuclear front alongside this seven-day roadmap overture, or at least according to a future timeline assuming a ceasefire is agreed to.

He explained in a Fox interview that in accord the framework of international law, Iran could give eventually up highly enriched uranium. But he was also fundamentally using the moment to highlight who is not a signatory to the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty – Israel.

Packaging is new but what’s inside is basically the offer that’s been on the table for weeks: It’s a return to the MOU, just on a compressed timetable
But the message from both Washington and diplomats in the region has been that Trump isn’t interested in returning to the MOU…
— Gregg Carlstrom (@glcarlstrom) September 25, 2026
Pezeshkian further said it was up to the United States to choose when the war would end. “It’s America that must choose whether it wants to end this or not,” Pezeshkian said in response to a question by Fox’s Bret Baier.

Tehran has meanwhile said it is ready to escalate, and even spread the war beyond the Persian Gulf region, into the Indian Ocean for example (where the UK-US have the Diego Garcia base).

Further UNGA Highlights

Recap of some of the highlights from the UN this week, via Middle East Eye:

The US-Israeli war on Iran and the Israel-Palestine conflict continued to occupy prime positions on the fourth day of the UN General Assembly. Somali President Mohamed Hassan Sheikh Mohamud said his country was “suffering” as a result of the US-Israeli war, which has driven up the price of energy and food. Meanwhile, European Union Council president said the EU supports efforts to “find a solution to the conflict”. He added that “freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz must be preserved without conditions and without hindrance”.

Crown Prince of Kuwait Sabah Al Khaled condemned the “illegal Iranian aggression” in his address to the UN Security Council on Thursday. Kuwait was one of the Gulf states hardest hit by Iran in retaliation for the US-Israeli war on the Islamic Republic. Kuwait is home to tens of thousands of US troops and military bases. US facilities in Kuwait were attacked along with civilian sites like Kuwait airport and energy infrastructure.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gave a pugnacious speech at the United Nations General Assembly, attacking everyone from New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and the leaders of Western Europe, as he tried to counter Israel’s growing international isolation.

Meanwhile, hundreds of protesters took up positions around the UN headquarters before Netanyahu’s arrival and continued protesting while he spoke inside. Support for Palestinian statehood and disappointment over the ongoing attacks on Gaza were repeatedly brought up during the event.

Vice President of Yemen Abdullah Abdulkader al-Alimi-Bawzer condemned the Houthis in his address to the UN General Assembly and tried to rally the global community to help fight the group. He said the government of Yemen had supported a peace initiative backed by the governments of Saudi Arabia and Oman, while the Houthis rejected it and “instead escalated their actions in the Red Sea and Bab el-Mandeb to serve an Iranian agenda”.

Iran Foreign Minister Araghchi said Iran presented a proposal to US through mediators this week to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and restart negotiations towards a final deal, while it called for US to meet certain conditions within 7 days, according to CNN.
Iranian President Pezeshkian said in Fox News interview that Iran does not want a nuclear bomb. They reached an agreement with the US President that was signed, and are still ready to move forward based on the same principles, adds it wasn’t Iran that closed the Strait of Hormuz and it was open. They didn’t seek war and that it was imposed on them, while they don’t seek war but will defend themselves. They didn’t start the war but will respond decisively.
Iranian President Pezeshkian said Iran is ready for an agreement with the US and makes demands only within the framework of international law and could give up highly enriched uranium if it reaches an agreement with the US, according to TASS.
Iran’s President Pezeshkian said Tehran wants to revive its ceasefire memorandum of understanding with the US before the November midterm elections, saying Iran does not want talks delayed until after the vote. said:. Iran is open to inspections of its nuclear facilities and denies that Tehran is seeking to assassinate President Trump or his family.

Iranian Brigadier General Sheikh said “we seek to expand our capabilities and reconsider our tactics and technologies”, via Al Mayadeen.
Sources say a return to the June 18 memorandum of understanding between Iran and the US is no longer sought by either side, with both seeking amendments to some clauses, further complicating negotiations, Al-Akhbar reported.
Pakistan’s Defence Minister said intensive efforts are underway to establish a mechanism for ending the conflict as quickly as possible and reopening the Strait of Hormuz, according to Tasnim.

Unearthed: El-Sayed called for repealing law that made sex without disclosing HIV status a felony

September 25, 2026 MMN Editor Filed Under: THE NEWS

Democratic Senate nominee Abdul El-Sayed once called for repealing a Michigan law that made it a felony for people who knew they had HIV to have sex without first informing their partner — a position he is standing by eight years later as he campaigns in one of the nation’s most competitive Senate racesAs he unsuccessfully ran for Michigan governor in 2018, El-Sayed repeatedly took aim at the law. The law carried a prison sentence of up to four years for people who knew they were HIV-positive and engaged in sexual penetration without first informing their partner of their HIV status.”You should not be criminalized for a disease. That is absolutely wrong. It’s hateful. It’s discriminatory, and we can, as a state, do better. You can count on me for that,” El-Sayed said as he ran for governor.MICHIGAN STUDENT CONFRONTS EL-SAYED OVER IRAN STANCEFast-forward eight years and El-Sayed, an epidemiologist and a former health director for Detroit-anchored Wayne County, is battling former Republican Rep. Mike Rogers in the midterm race to succeed retiring Democratic Sen. Gary Peters. The showdown in Michigan is a must hold for the Democrats as they try to win back control of the Senate from the GOP.As he ran for the 2018 Democratic gubernatorial nomination — a contest he lost to now-two-term Gov. Gretchen Whitmer — El-Sayed’s campaign website stated, “Repeal HIV/AIDS criminalization laws and the exclusion of transgender Michiganders from state Medicaid.”When asked in 2018 if he supported the decriminalization of HIV through legislation that would create two levels of misdemeanors, El-Sayed said at the time, “One of the big things that we have to recognize about HIV is that no disease can be illegal. The continuing forward of these laws on the books stigmatize people with the disease.”SIX FORCES THAT COULD HELP REPUBLICANS DEFY HISTORY IN THE MIDTERM ELECTIONSWhitmer also supported changing the law, which dated to 1988, saying as she ran for governor, “It’s wrong to criminalize sickness, which is what this law has effectively done. It absolutely should be revisited.”The law was reformed in early 2019. The revised statute limited the felony provisions to vaginal and anal intercourse involving an intent to transmit HIV or cases in which HIV was actually transmitted, reduced certain non-transmission offenses to misdemeanors and protected medically suppressed people from prosecution under the law’s reckless-disregard provision.”Abdul supports the bipartisan reform bill that passed in 2019 through a Republican legislature that eliminated the discriminatory laws on the books,” campaign spokesperson Roxie Richner told Fox News Digital. “As a public health professional, Abdul has fought to support programs that stem the spread of diseases, including HIV.”Richner added that “the Trump administration has completely exacerbated this crisis by defunding the organizations and programs that do frontline care to prevent transmission and exposure in the first place. In the US Senate, Abdul will fight back against Donald Trump and RFK Jr’s attempts to dismantle our public health infrastructure and ensure all Americans have access to the care they need.”DEMOCRACY ’26: STAY UP TO DATE WITH THE FOX NEWS ELECTION HUBEl-Sayed also stands by his past comments on fighting discrimination aimed at those with HIV.Last week, as he landed an endorsement from the Human Rights Campaign, a leading LGBTQ advocacy group, El-Sayed highlighted that if elected to the Senate, “I’ll fight to ensure every Michigander can live without discrimination and never have to wonder whether their rights will still be there tomorrow.”El-Sayed, who narrowly edged more moderate Democratic Rep. Haley Stevens in August in a contentious primary that further exposed the rift between the party’s left-wing and establishment factions, would become the nation’s first Muslim senator if elected. He has made support for “Medicare for all” a major component of his campaign. El-Sayed has also called for abolishing Immigration and Customs Enforcement and has been a vocal critic of Israel during its war against Hamas, characterizing Israel’s actions in Gaza as “genocide” against Palestinians.

Packers tight end Tucker Kraft hears boos from Lambeau Field fans and offers tone deaf response

September 25, 2026 MMN Editor Filed Under: THE NEWS

Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft dropped a couple of passes during Thursday night’s blowout loss to the Atlanta Falcons, which was indicative of his team’s stunningly inept performance that caused the Lambeau Field crowd to boo the home team. And Kraft was stunned by that.Hurt by that. No, not the loss. The booing.BROWNS PICK DESHAUN WATSON AS THEIR STARTING QB DESPITE HOME CROWD BOOING AND HIS ’17 AWAY GAMES’ COMMENT”Yeah it’s pretty tough,” Kraft told reporters huddled around his locker stall. “You know, like everyone pictures Lambeau Field and not boos. I don’t picture boos. I picture my home stadium. That’s tough. It’s pretty disappointing.”Friends, it is 2026 not 1966.So, the Packers of Vince Lombardi, Ray Nitschke, Jim Taylor, Herb Adderly, Willie Wood, Jerry Kramer and the other men who made this franchise a beacon of excellence and toughness and turned Green Bay into Titletown are a long-ago memory. Now, we’ve got these Packers, who lost their last five games last season, and collapsed in giving up a big lead to lose their season-opener this season, and then lost their home-opener against the Falcons on Thursday night. And these guys are complaining about being booed.FROM THE CHARGERS TO THE COLTS AND FALCONS, WHICH OF THE NFL’S EIGHT WINLESS TEAMS ARE ALREADY IN PANIC MODEThese Packers got run out of Lambeau Field by a previously winless team. So, darn right, the fans booed. But Kraft, who heard the boos, is tone deaf.”It’s pretty disappointing,” Kraft continued. “It’s not gonna help us win. Like, I don’t know, I don’t know what people think that’s gonna rally us or something like that.”But, you know, we’re grown men. We’re mentally strong enough, capable enough to get back on the field and play ball. Um, but, probably much easier with the 70,000 people behind us rather than opposing us.”This is not the way, Tucker Kraft. You just signed a $75 million contract extension. You got $26.5 million of that in a signing bonus. So, just for signing your name on the document you collected more money than most of your fans make in their lifetimes by a multiple of 100.And you don’t understand why they’re unhappy when you and your teammates do not perform? You don’t picture boos?Fans didn’t picture their team giving up 27 unanswered points to the Falcons.Fans didn’t picture their team rushing for a grand total of 17 yards. Or the defense giving up 242 rushing yards. And nobody pictured Kraft suddenly talking about them as if Deshaun Watson suddenly took over his body. The stunning part is that Kraft is one of the most stand-up guys on the Packers. He is a tough player. He fights back from injuries. He is not a victim. But this was full-on soft victim mentality. To be fair: This is not all Kraft talked about after the game. He talked about rallying and even admitted to not playing “to my standard.”But that’s the minimum expected reaction after what fans have witnessed going back to December of 2025.What no one expects is a team leader in any way lecturing fans that showed their displeasure the only way they really can. Those people pay to be in the stadium and have the right to express their displeasure in this manner. Some fans at other venues throw beer bottles.Kraft, his teammates and coaches have been giving the fans plenty to be displeased about. And the only proper response to the question about being booed on Thursday night was, “We deserved it and will try to do better.”FOLLOW ARMANDO SALGUERO ON X: @ARMANDOSALGUERO

More Americans than ever now have a positive view of socialism, new poll says

September 25, 2026 MMN Editor Filed Under: THE NEWS

More Americans than ever view socialism positively, according to a Gallup poll released Wednesday, as 43% view it positively for the first time since 2010.Gallup asked respondents if they have a positive or negative image of socialism, capitalism, free enterprise, big business and small business in the poll conducted in August. Fifty-five percent of Americans view capitalism positively. The poll’s findings show a significant drop in how Americans view big business, which is down 14 points from 2010, free enterprise down 9 points and capitalism down 6 points. Small business is the only category that hasn’t lost any support.SOCIALISM SURGES AMONG DEMOCRATS AS PARTY LEADERS REJECT DSA AGENDA: ‘PACK OF FOOLS’The increase in socialism’s positive rating through 2025 was largely due to the views of Democrats, rising from 50% in 2010 to 66% last year. However, this year’s increase is due to political independents, according to Gallup, whose positive rating jumped from 37% in 2025 to 45%.This year’s findings show 65% of Democrats view socialism positively, compared with 14% of Republicans.FOX NEWS POLL: SQUEEZED BY COSTS, FRUSTRATED VOTERS TURN TO THE DEMOCRATSLucas Holtz, a senior political advisor at Third Way, told Fox News Digital in a statement, “The Gallup poll isn’t evidence of Americans embracing socialism—it’s evidence that Americans are rejecting the economic status quo. When we look a single layer beneath to ask whether voters support socialist policies, support completely collapses.””Working-class Americans are pissed about the costs of everyday life and the economy, but it’s off base to think that a majority of Democrats and independents would back wholesale DSA socialism,” Holtz continued.JOE MANCHIN SAYS HE WOULD NEVER SUPPORT A SOCIALIST CANDIDATE, WARNS AGAINST ‘CRAZY’ POSITIONSHoltz pointed to a Third Way poll that found Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents prefer “capitalism with guardrails” over socialism by 24 points.”Echelon Insights also ran a poll and found that socialism is 33 points underwater with independents. And they found that a whole lot of DSA-aligned policies would make voters less likely to back a candidate. Abolishing police and prisons: 73% less likely (77% among independents). Ending all immigration detention and deportations: 43% less likely (42% among independents). Government ownership of major transportation and energy infrastructure: 39% less likely (44% less likely among independents),” Holtz said. The Gallup poll found that views of the economic systems differed by age group.Adults aged 18 to 34 view socialism more positively than capitalism, 57% vs. 43%, and those aged 55 and older view capitalism more positively than socialism, 65% vs. 34%.VANCE WARNS THERE WILL BE A ‘SOCIALIST PRESIDENT IN THIS COUNTRY’ IF GOP DOESN’T FIX ECONOMY FOR YOUNG PEOPLEAdults ages 35 to 54, however, rate socialism and capitalism about the same.A professor of political science at Northeastern University, Costas Panagopoulos, told Fox News Digital, “For Independents, whose views are driven least by partisan attachments, perceptions about socialism are gaining in favorability in part because they feel betrayed, overlooked or neglected by modern American capitalism.”SOCIALISM’S RISE INSIDE THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY NOW THREATENS THE AMERICAN DREAMGallup’s summary of its poll read, “Capitalism, free enterprise and especially big business are viewed less positively than they once were, while socialism has gained ground. Those changes have been most pronounced among Democrats and younger adults, but this year’s uptick in socialism’s appeal reflects a novel shift among independents.”CLICK HERE FOR MORE COVERAGE OF MEDIA AND CULTUREThe poll comes amid a rise in socialist political candidates across the country, some of whom have won primary elections. After being sworn into office this year, New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani, a democratic socialist himself, also helped propel three congressional candidates, Brad Lander, Claire Valdez and Darializa Avila Chevalier, to victory in New York’s primary in June.

WAYNE ROOT: What Would Lee Atwater Do to Win Midterms? He Would Make This Entire Election About Hasan Piker and Turn Democrats into the Party of Sharia Law.

September 25, 2026 MMN Editor Filed Under: THE NEWS

By Wayne Allyn Root
Forget “Remember the Titans.” I want you to remember Lee Atwater.
Lee Atwater ran winning presidential campaigns for both President Reagan and President George H.W. Bush.
Atwater played for keeps. He was a tough guy. He understood politics is war. He understood the future of America and our children’s futures depended on winning these races.
Atwater understood what motivates people to vote- FEAR.
Republican George H.W. Bush was behind in his 1988 presidential race by 18 points in late summer to Massachusetts Governor Michael Dukakis.
Because of the brilliant TV ads of Lee Atwater, Bush came from 18 points behind to win in an 8-point, 40-state landslide. That’s a 26-point Republican turnaround in only two months.
Bush won 426 electoral votes to Dukakis 112.
How did Atwater turn an ugly Republican landslide defeat into a Republican landslide victory? He ran TV ads about Willie Horton- a murderer serving life in prison, let out of Massachusetts prison on weekend furlough, who escaped and committed assault, kidnapping and rape.
Willie Horton happened to be black, so of course Democrats charged “racism” for running the TV ads. Who cares? It was the truth, it was a fact, and it worked. We won in a landslide by making the whole election about Willie Horton.
Lee Atwater was a genius.
Democrats can scream “racism” all they want. If the TV ads are true, and they correctly identify Americans’ worst fears, Americans will respond and vote Republican.
I am “The idea guy of the GOP.” My ideas have proven valuable to the GOP for years now…
*25 years ago, I invented the idea of shipping illegal aliens from red states to Democrat towns to embarrass Democrats and show what hypocrites they are.
*In 2019 I invented the idea for President Trump to declare a National Security Emergency for the Border and go over Congress’s head and fund the wall with funds from the Pentagon budget.
*In 2024 I invented “No Tax on OT” and “No Tax on Social Security.” Those ideas played a huge roll in winning the 2024 election for President Trump.
*This year I invented the idea of securing the midterm elections with “NEED USA”- a National Emergency for Elections Declaration- to Save the USA.”
This is how President Trump can pass “the SAVE Act on steroids.” This idea has Democrats hysterical and in pure panic because it will secure the election and they cannot challenge it in court.
Democrats are hysterical because they know if they can’t cheat, they can’t win.
Now let me channel Lee Atwater. How would Lee Atwater turn around this election? What would be his message to the voters?
I am a S.O.B.- son of a butcher. I think like my blue-collar butcher father 24/7. I am always on the side of the average middle-class American.
The GOP midterm messaging is terrible. I can’t even watch our TV ads. They say nothing. They are a muddled mess. As usual, GOP campaign consultants are cowards afraid to say what needs to be said. Afraid of their own shadow. Afraid of what the media will say. Afraid of being called “racist” for telling the truth.
I read thousands of emails from my fans. Literally, THOUSANDS. And everyone says the same thing…
Americans are scared to death of radical Islam.
They believe Islam is taking over America. They believe Muslims are here to conquer America. They believe Muslims cannot and will not assimilate or adapt to America’s values and way of life. They believe Islam is not compatible with America.
They believe Muslims want Sharia Law and hate America, hate capitalism, hate Jews, hate Christians, and want to destroy our way of life. They see the proof every day in Europe.
They see the EU being destroyed. There were five million Muslims in the EU in the year 2000. Today, there are 50 million. That spells death for Europe.
They see the neighborhoods turned into third-world slums and “no-go zones.” They see the massive crime wave- especially mass rape. They see the ugliness of women wearing face coverings. They see EU countries going bankrupt to pay for the welfare and free healthcare for Muslim migrants. They see the vile, vicious Jew hatred. They see the nonstop threat of terrorist attacks.
Saying this out loud isn’t “racism.” It’s raw truth.
The EU is finished. Their future is gone. America is next. We are in grave danger. Our children will live in a foreign third-world craphole run by communists and radical Islam.
Our daughters will be wearing face coverings.
That’s the threat everyone is talking about.
America is scared to death of radical Islam. Yet the timid, cowardly, feckless GOP says nothing about it. This is how to turn around the midterms for the GOP. Simply tell the truth. Expose this ugly threat.
This is the Willie Horton TV ad campaign- updated for 2026.
It’s time to tell the truth. Frame the election around Hasan Piker- the communist radical Muslim who wants to take over the Democrat Party…who wants to mass murder Americans. Who loves Sharia Law. Who wants to put us all in concentration camps. Who wants to seize all your businesses and assets. Who hates America, Americans, white people, Jews, and Christians. Make this election a referendum on Hasan Piker.
Make Hassan Piker into the new Willie Horton.
Make this election a referendum on voting for America and American values versus Sharia Law, Muslim face coverings in public, the Muslim Brotherhood, and Muslim foot washing stations in public buildings.
Make this election about the radical Islamification of America.
The mosques around every corner, the Muslim cities they want to build in Texas- where they want to install Sharia Law.
In the EU, nation after nation has decided to ban face coverings in public. The GOP should stand for banning face coverings in public, and banning Sharia Law, and banning the Muslim Brotherhood.
We need TV ads showing the disgusting, anti-American mass Muslim rallies in Dearborn, Michigan and Zohran Mamdani’s New York City.
Show scenes at Muslim protests where signs read “Death to America” and “Death to Jews.” Is this what we want for America?
Show scenes of thousands of Muslims blocking roads and taking over streets in Manhattan to pray in public.
Show the Muslim “call to prayer” on public streets in Minneapolis. Is this disgusting noise pollution what Americans want to hear 24/7 in your town?
Play videos of what Muslim speaker after speaker says at their dangerous rallies- the threats to America, the vows to conquer America, the vows to destroy America with Sharia Law.
This is the issue to win the midterms.
This is the way to turn around any Democrat lead. This is the way to win over middle-class Americans. This is the way to make a majority of Americans forget gas and grocery prices.
Gas and grocery prices are temporary. Biden and Democrat policies caused them. As soon as the Iran war is over, they will drop like a rock.
But Sharia Law and Muslim face coverings on women in public is the death of America- and it’s permanent. Forever. Mass rape, and mass murder, and terrorism is our future if we don’t act now.
The GOP must be the party of America, and American values, and Judeo-Christian values. And we must paint Democrats as the party of radical communists, and radical Islam, and Sharia Law, and your daughters forced to wear face coverings in public…
and the party of Hasan Piker.
Make Hasan Piker the new Willie Horton. Make Democrats into the party of Sharia Law. Trust me, no one will vote for that.
This is what Lee Atwater would do.

‘Brazenly singling out Christian clubs’: University facing lawsuit over discriminatory rule

September 25, 2026 MMN Editor Filed Under: THE NEWS

A university in Virginia is facing a federal lawsuit because of its scheme that punishes Christian students.
The action, brought by the ADF against Virginia State, cites the school’s unconstitutional discrimination against Christian clubs Women of Victory and Bethel Campus Fellowship.
The school’s policies were changed recently to bar “student-led ministries” from holding registered student organization status or affiliating with their national organizations.
Further, ADF charges, “under the policy, the Christian clubs are subject to the sole authority of the University’s Campus Minister, who has complete discretion to approve or reject requests for religious meetings, events, guest speakers, and all other religious activities on campus.”
Meanwhile, the Muslim Students Association and the VSU Community Faith Alliance—the only non-Christian religious organizations at VSU—are explicitly exempted.
“VSU is brazenly singling out Christian clubs and treating them worse than student groups of other faiths. The Constitution prohibits such blatant discrimination,” said ADF lawyer Tyson Langhofer. “The First Amendment clearly establishes the right of all student organizations to associate around shared beliefs. The students of Women of Victory and Bethel Campus Fellowship are right to stand up to university officials and hold them accountable for violating their fundamental rights.”
ADF reported Women of Victory and Bethel Campus Fellowship actually are national groups with chapters at the school that now are under attack from the administration.
“The clubs provide religious support to students on college campuses through Bible studies, leadership trainings and events, and numerous other opportunities for spiritual growth, both on and off campus,” ADF said.
Just last month the school told student leaders that their “student-led ministries” were being put under the thumb of the school’s “campus minister,” Thomas Wynn, and a board of university employees.
When asked why the controls were imposed only on Christian organizations, Wynn said, “Because you are all faith-based … because you purport Jesus Christ and faith.”
He also canceled shuttle services that students had used to reach local churches because, “the school wants to crack down on transportation to outside churches.”
Jneva Norfleet, founder of Women of Victory, said it was “disheartening” that the school has stripped Christian students of their “status, rights, and benefits because of the students’ religious beliefs.”
The filing charges since school officials attacked only Christian groups, they are in “blatant violation of numerous First Amendment principles” and “have also made no attempt to hide the religious motivation for the restrictions.”

‘Propaganda’: Leftists blast White House for video promoting … America!

September 25, 2026 MMN Editor Filed Under: THE NEWS

The White House has unleashed a video ad promoting America, an “unapologetically patriotic” production, and leftists are complaining it’s a campaign promotion for President Donald Trump, who isn’t on this year’s ballot and won’t be in 2028.
See it:

A White House spokesman said, “These public service announcements are about reminding Americans to love their country and understand what makes it worth defending, at home, at our borders, and abroad. The ad is educational and unapologetically patriotic. We should be proud of our country. … The PSAs are clearly not political. The president is not on the ballot and the ads don’t have a call to action.”
The facts, however, did not slow the venom that erupted from critics of this White House and administration.
The Washington Post claimed, “A television ad promoting President Trump began airing on cable Wednesday saying it was paid for by the U.S. government, despite a federal prohibition on using taxpayer dollars for ‘publicity or propaganda.’”

The Atlantic joined in, “Taxpayers are funding a campaign-style ad for Donald Trump, @mviser reports. ‘If the use of taxpayer dollars seems odd—and it should—the explanation that the White House gave me is even more bizarre,’ he writes.”

Richard W. Painter claimed, “This is a political ad, and it is ILLEGAL for the White House to pay for it with taxpayer funds.”
But there were defenders too, one pointing out, “Can you please point out where in this ad it says: VOTE for TRUMP. VOTE REPUBLICAN, VOTE RED LIKE YOUR LIFE DEPENDS ON IT, BECAUSE IT DOES!”
And Independent headline said, “Trump commercial ‘paid for by the US government’ running of Fox News raises eyebrows.”
Brian Krassenstein attacked with, “This is illegal … Why the hell is the US government and our taxpayers paying for Trump political ad on Fox News?”
But it’s not even new, pointed out another: “FDR sold himself on taxpayer radio for years. Bush’s HHS got dinged by the GAO for covert Medicare propaganda. Obama’s shop did the same thing with his face on everything.”
The ad was condemned as “ominous” and an “abuse of power.”
Interestingly, one observer claimed it was “fascist propaganda.”
ABC reported it was drawing “criticism” “as violating rules preventing the use of tax dollars for political purposes.”
The Washington Examiner quoted the rage from Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., and a longtime anti-Trump actor, “This may be felony criminal theft and conversion of government property for political campaign purposes. … It is a Hatch Act violation for any government employees who worked on it or used government resources to make it. It is blatantly unethical under numerous federal ethics provisions proscribing the use of government resources for political campaigns.”
The video cites projects tackled during the Trump administration: “Largest tax cuts in history” and “Reigniting American manufacturing.”
“Together we will defeat communism, socialism, and Marxism in America,” a voice-over of Trump says during the video.
But, the report said, it “does not include any reference to political activities or voting, which the Hatch Act regulates against using federal dollars for. A White House official told the Washington Examiner that the ad is ‘clearly not political’ and does not “have a call to action,” adding that Trump’s name is not on the ballot this year.”
Sen. Maggie Hassan, D-N.H., demanded of the White House a response to her “deep concerns” about the use of tax dollars.
But, the Examiner pointed out, “Other administrations have also run TV advertisements funded by the government before. Former President Joe Biden’s Department of Health and Human Services ran $911 million worth of messaging on COVID-19 vaccinations.”
