WTH? Lindsey Clancy Juror on Male Holdout: “He Had the Hardest Time Getting Over the FACT that Lindsey Viciously Killed Her Children” (VIDEO)

September 9, 2026 MMN Editor Filed Under: Uncategorized

Clancy juror attacks male holdout for letting the fact that she murdered her children dominate his decision to hold her accountable.
This sums up the what was going on in the jury’s deliberation room at the Lindsey Clancy trial.
Although Lindsay Clancy admitted to killing her three children in January 2023, her excuse that postpartum depression overwhelmed her and made her commit the mass murder won legions of fans to her side.
Three female Massachusetts’ jury members went public this week following the mistrial in the Lindsey Clancy trial.
That was a big mistake. The women did not swing many Americans to their side after they pushed to let a mass-murdered walk.
As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, three of the jurors broke their silence on Tuesday to NBC’s Sue O’Connell and took the time to trash the lone male juror holdout, who refused to let Clancy get away with murdering her three children.
“He was very arrogant! He literally did not take anything that anybody said…” one juror said.
One juror was disgusted in the male hold-out, saying, “He had the hardest time getting over the fact that Lindsay viciously killed her children.”
It appears the lone hold-out who was holding Clancy accountable was the real hero in this case.
And, it is also obvious, that the courts in liberal states are becoming too toxic for ordinary Americans. Deep blue Massachusetts, like most leftist states, has a real problem.
They’re not winning any new fans.

Who’s Winning China’s Sportswear Battle? UBS Say It’s Not Nike

Who’s Winning China’s Sportswear Battle? UBS Say It’s Not Nike

Greater China accounts for about 13% of Nike’s revenue and 15% of Adidas’, making the world’s second-largest economy a major competitive battleground for both clothing brands.

A new UBS note highlights a widening divergence, with Adidas gaining market share as Nike’s turnaround struggles to gain solid traction.

UBS retail analyst Jay Sole wrote Monday that Adidas continues to outperform Nike in China, citing an industry expert who highlighted Adidas’s stronger locally tailored products and marketing. Nike, meanwhile, faces weaker product momentum woes, inventory challenges and disruption from changes to its distribution strategy.

Sole’s conversation with the industry expert and other findings raise further questions about Nike management’s execution and its ability to refocus the business on product innovation and consumer demand after years of prioritizing woke cultural wars that only ended up with S&P Dow Jones Indices booting the company out of the S&P100 later this month.

Here’s more color on Sole’s conversation:

China athletic wear industry market conditions are have softened:

We hosted a call on September 4th with an industry expert to provide insight around how athletic wear sales are trending in China. The expert believes overall industry conditions have become more challenging over the last several months, with demand slowing versus earlier in the year. While consumer interest in athletic wear remains healthy, shoppers are becoming increasingly value conscious amid broader macroeconomic pressures. Inventory levels across the industry remain manageable, though conditions vary significantly by brand. adidas continues to outperform and gain market share, while Nike remains under pressure due to ongoing channel restructuring, inventory challenges, and weaker product momentum. Domestic brands and emerging running brands are also gaining traction.

Consumers remain engaged but are becoming more value-focused:

The expert believes Chinese consumers remain interested in sportswear, fitness, and active lifestyles. However, macroeconomic uncertainty continues to influence purchasing behavior. Rather than exiting the category, consumers are becoming more selective and increasingly focused on affordability and value. Many shoppers are trading down to lower-priced products or gravitating toward brands that offer stronger perceived value. This environment appears to favor brands with compelling pricing, strong local relevance, and differentiated product offerings.

Nike: Challenges persist and a full recovery likely takes more time:

The expert noted Nike and Jordan have been the weakest-performing major global sportswear brands in China recently. The expert believes sales trends deteriorated through the summer, with declines remaining in the -DD% range and further decelerating into September MTD. According to the expert, Nike’s challenges are largely idiosyncratic. Nike has less new product innovation in the performance side of this business y/y. At the same time, the company has reduced distributor participation in ecommerce channels, scaled back promotional support, and focused on improving pricing integrity. While these actions may improve the long-term health of the business, they are adding to near-term sales pressure. Inventory levels remain somewhat elevated, though the expert noted conditions improved between July and August. Looking ahead, Nike’s recovery is expected to take time and will likely depend on improved product innovation, cleaner inventory levels, and successful execution of Nike’s revised distribution strategy, in the expert’s view.

Adidas: No signs of a slowdown, confidence in the 2027 outlook remains intact:

After beginning Q3 with high-single-digit growth, trading momentum strengthened considerably in August and September, with growth accelerating into the high teens. According to the expert, this performance has been driven by the success of the company’s local-for-local product strategy, supported by effective and locally relevant marketing initiatives. While inventory levels remain somewhat higher, they are viewed as manageable, with no signs of increased discounting or promotional activity. Looking ahead, experts expect demand trends to remain healthy through the end of the year, with no indications of a slowdown. Early indications for 2027 are also constructive, with order books pointing to high-single-digit growth

Looking ahead: Industry growth likely remains modest while share shifts expected to continue:

The outlook for China’s athletic wear market remains constructive but increasingly competitive. The expert expects industry growth to remain modest and roughly in line with broader economic growth. Market performance has become more polarized, with stronger brands continuing to gain share while weaker brands face mounting pressure. adidas appears positioned to continue gaining market share, supported by healthy inventories, strong product acceptance, and positive distributor sentiment. Nike is expected to remain under pressure as channel restructuring efforts continue and distributors work through elevated inventory levels. Beyond the major global brands, the expert highlighted continued strength from domestic players such as Anta, as well as international running-focused brands including On, ASICS, and Salomon. Overall, success in the market is increasingly tied to localization, product relevance, and the ability to deliver compelling value to consumers.

Nike shares have plunged nearly 40% this year through Monday’s close, leaving the stock deep in a bear market.

Adidas has fallen roughly 12%, outperforming its US peer so far this year.

Michigan Man Says Voting Records Show Two Absentee Votes He Never Cast — Mother Turned Away After Poll Workers Said She “Already Voted”

September 9, 2026 MMN Editor Filed Under: Uncategorized

The Gateway Pundit’s Patty McMurray has spent years documenting Michigan’s broken voter rolls, missing Detroit absentee envelopes, and Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s war on anyone who tries to clean up the mess. A Flint resident now says the same system put phantom absentee activity under his name and blocked his mother at the polls.
A Flint man says Michigan’s official voter file is showing absentee ballots he never requested and never mailed, and that his mother was refused an in-person ballot after election workers told her she had already voted.
Kevin Tay laid out the claim in an interview with Dave Bondy of Keeping it Real. Bondy published the sit-down on Tuesday.
“It never, it never happened,” Tay told Bondy, according to The Midwesterner. “I actually only voted one time in my life, and I voted at the city of Flint up on the third floor in the council chamber, and that was for (former) Mayor (Karen) Weaver.”
Tay said he has never used an absentee ballot.
“No, I don’t even know what an absentee ballot looked like,” he said.
When he checked his own voter information, the record showed two prior absentee votes. Tay says that is false. He voted once, in person, for Weaver.
His mother ran into the same wall at the polling place.
“When she got there, they told her she already voted. She couldn’t vote,” Tay said.
He says she never requested an absentee ballot and never received one at the house.
“These absentees, my mother never even received one to her house,” he said, adding that she has “never in her life” voted absentee.
Tay does not buy the “clerical error” explanation.
“Ain’t no mistake because how did I go into absentee ballot? That’s not a mistake. That’s not transparency.”
He also raised a question that should bother anyone who still pretends Michigan’s absentee system is airtight: how do workers “spoil” a ballot that has already gone through a tabulator?
“My mother asks, okay, you spoiled this ballot, but this ballot [was] already put in the machine. How do you go in and get that exact ballot number and pull it back out,” Tay said. “So that ballot has already been counted. So now my mother’s vote has been counted twice.”
He said his mother was not alone. About ten people ahead of her and three men behind her were also turned away after workers claimed they had already voted absentee. They were “having a fit,” Tay said.
“It’s a lot of people that then came out, and there’s more that’s going, but it’s happened to a lot of people. And where’s these absentee ballots?”
Tay is not running a partisan operation. He is a Flint resident who says the state used his name.
“I don’t care if you’re Republican, Democrat, green, purple, yellow,” he said. “Your vote is your vote. That’s your voice. That’s your rights, and that’s your independency of life. And if they’re using our vote for the way they want to use them, then it’s not our vote. It’s not our voice.”
Kevin Tay says the discovery pushed him to call the FBI, the state elections bureau, Michigan State Police, county sheriffs, and anyone else who would pick up the phone.
“I called the FBI. I called everybody. The election bureau. We called so many people. I mean, I got a list of everybody I didn’t call.”
“I only voted one time,” Tay said. “So by them using my name multiple times in the way that I voted. That’s like putting a criminal case on you, without you remembering it.”

That is the same complaint Flint residents made after the 2022 election.
The Gateway Pundit reported in December 2022 that Flint residents stood before the Michigan Board of State Canvassers and described fraud, unbalanced precincts, and a city clerk’s office that would not even certify its own numbers, while the state still certified the results.
Former Mayor Karen Weaver told The Midwesterner in May that Flint voters in 2022 were told they had already voted when they showed up in person. Weaver’s team and Flint NAACP political action chair Aonie Gilcreast sent concerns about absentee ballots — including the possibility someone was “padding the ballot box with absentee” ballots — to Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson’s office.
The response, Weaver said, was that they were “pushing a Republican agenda.”
“A Republican agenda? … Don’t we all want to trust the election process?” Weaver asked. “That shouldn’t be partisan.”

Mitch McConnell’s Wife Elaine Chao Allegedly Held Multiple Appointments From CCP-Linked Organizations — Some Overlapped With Her Service in Two U.S. Cabinets

September 9, 2026 MMN Editor Filed Under: Uncategorized

Mitch McConnell and Elaine Chao
Former Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao reportedly received multiple appointments from Chinese government entities and organizations connected to the Chinese Communist Party’s global influence apparatus, including positions that overlapped with her service at the highest levels of the United States government.
The explosive findings were revealed in a new investigation by the Daily Caller News Foundation, which reviewed Chinese government announcements, state-run media reports and archived records.
Chao, the wife of longtime Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell, served as Labor secretary throughout the George W. Bush administration and later as President Donald Trump’s Transportation secretary from January 2017 until January 2021.
According to the DCNF investigation, Chinese records identify Chao as having received at least four appointments since 2008 from a municipal government or organizations connected to the CCP’s United Front Work Department.
The United Front is not some harmless cultural exchange program.
A U.S.-China Economic and Security Review Commission report describes the United Front Work Department as the CCP agency responsible for coordinating influence operations intended to co-opt individuals, shape foreign opinion and advance Beijing’s political interests overseas.
In other words, the CCP allegedly was handing titles to the wife of one of the most powerful Republicans in Washington, and, for portions of that time, a sitting member of the United States Cabinet.
According to translations cited by the DCNF, Chao and her father, Foremost Group founder James S.C. Chao, were appointed honorary chairmen of the third council of the Jiading branch of the China Overseas Friendship Association in December 2008.
At the time, Chao was still serving as America’s Labor secretary.
The China Overseas Friendship Association has been identified as part of Beijing’s United Front system, which uses relationship-building, cultural programs and elite networks to advance the Communist Party’s objectives.
Chinese reports later identified Chao and her father as advisers to the organization’s fourth council, which reportedly operated from 2012 through 2017. That period partially overlapped with Chao’s opening months as President Trump’s Transportation secretary.
Chao was also reportedly named an adviser and committee member of the fifth council of the Jiading branch of the All-China Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese. That appointment allegedly ran from September 2012 through 2017—again overlapping with the beginning of her Transportation Department tenure.
The DCNF also reported that a CCP official appointed Chao as an international adviser to the Wuhan municipal government in October 2009.
Chinese state media claimed the appointment was based on Chao’s international experience and her perceived ability to help Wuhan attract overseas talent and improve its foreign relations.
The reports did not state whether any of the positions were paid.
Perhaps even more troubling is what apparently did not appear in Chao’s paperwork when she returned to the Cabinet under President Trump.
In her publicly available 2017 Senate confirmation questionnaire, Chao was asked to list advisory, consultative, honorary or part-time government positions held during the previous ten years.
Her answer was: “None.”
The questionnaire also required Chao to list positions and memberships held with outside businesses, institutions and organizations. The reported Chinese appointments do not appear on the disclosed lists.
Chao’s spokesman, Patrick O’Connor, strongly denied the allegations in a statement to DCNF.
“She has never held a position with a foreign government or acted on behalf of one,” O’Connor told the DCNF.
The spokesman argued that the titles may have been honorary recognitions bestowed during public events and said Chao was unaware of the Wuhan title, in part because she is not fluent in Chinese. He also accused the Daily Caller of applying a racist double standard by scrutinizing Chao’s interactions with Chinese officials.
However, according to the DCNF, contemporaneous Chinese reports did not merely describe Chao as receiving an award. The records reportedly described her as being hired, accepting appointment papers or holding specific advisory titles.
