Hollywood Legend James Woods Leaves Republican Party: “I am Done”
Conservative icon and Hollywood legend James Woods has announced he’s ditching the Republican Party.
Woods, a fierce patriot and vocal supporter of President Trump, blasted the “uniparty traitors” in a fiery post on X, declaring, “I am done with the Republican Party.”
Woods’ decision comes amid growing frustration with Senate Republican leadership, particularly cowardly Senate Majority Leader John Thune (R-SD), who has continuously stalled the crucial SAVE Act, a bill designed to safeguard American elections by requiring proof of citizenship for voter registration.
Without this measure, Woods warns, the floodgates will remain open for election fraud, illegal aliens pouring in, and the permanent destruction of our republic.
“Between this and Thune’s refusal to pass the SAVE Act, I’m done with these uniparty traitors,” Woods wrote.
“I’m changing my party affiliation to Independent. No wonder President Trump is fighting an uphill battle every day,” added.

Woods has been hammering Thune for weeks, asking who destroyed the GOP more: Paul Ryan or Thune? He praised young warriors like Wesley Hunt, Marco Rubio, and JD Vance as America’s last hope, while calling the old RINOs destroyers.
Without the SAVE Act, Woods predicts disaster:
Without the SAVE Act, we will…
Lose the House in November.
Democrats will nuke the filibuster.
The Senate will be lost within four years.
More Ketanji Browns will be confirmed to the Supreme Court.
Democrats will then cheat a Democrat into the White House.
The border will be opened like a wound. We will be flooded with illegal aliens.
The cheating at the polls will then be irreversible.
Democrats will be a supermajority for decades to come.
Every city and town will look end up looking like every blue city shithole looks now.
America will become a socialist sewer.
OR…
The Senate can dump big corp parasite John Thune, and pass the damn SAVE Act.

Woods is also frustrated with the ongoing dispute inside the GOP over whether to pursue aggressive investigations into Democratic lawmakers.
Woods specifically cited the controversy surrounding Rep. Nancy Mace’s effort to subpoena immigration records connected to Rep. Ilhan Omar, an effort that reportedly failed to gain support from fellow Republicans.
Mace publicly complained that her motion to subpoena the records was killed by spineless RINOs.
“Well, what’s happened so far? I think the remark is always, “Let the process play out.” That’s what they always say—and nothing ever happens. I tried to subpoena her immigration records and her brother-husband’s immigration records, and it was Republicans that killed my motion,” Mace told LindellTV.
She added, “As far as I know, nothing’s going on. Nothing will go on. That’s Congress for you—because both sides protect the other.”
James Woods’ defection is a wake-up call for every true conservative: The Republican Party is infested with traitors. Time to clean house, support real fighters like Trump, and take back our country.

Ancient herb known as ‘nature’s Valium’ touted for improving sleep and anxiety
Valerian, an herbal supplement long used for sleep and relaxation, has been referred to as “nature’s Valium” — but experts are divided on whether it truly compares to the prescription sedative. The herb, which is sold as a dietary supplement in the U.S., is a common ingredient in products marketed as “mild sedatives” and sleep aids, according to the National Institutes of Health. Valium, the brand name for diazepam, is used to treat anxiety, seizures and muscle spasms by calming the nervous system, Cleveland Clinic notes.EXPERTS REVEAL EXACT BEDTIME THAT COULD PREVENT LATE-NIGHT ‘SECOND WIND’ INSOMNIAValerian supplements are derived from the roots of Valeriana officinalis, a flowering plant native to Europe and Asia that has also naturalized in northeastern America, according to the American Botanical Council (ABC).The plant has a “long history of medicinal use,” per the ABC, with the primary goal of reducing anxiety and stress as well as improving sleep quality. It has historically also been used for migraines, fatigue and stomach cramps.Dried valerian roots can be prepared as teas or tinctures, while other plant materials and extracts have been distributed as capsules or tablets, per the NIH.The agency noted, however, that there is a “relatively small amount of research” investigating the herb’s impact on various conditions.POPULAR SLEEP POSITIONS COULD BE DAMAGING YOUR NERVES, ACCORDING TO EXPERTSHowever, Stefan Gafner, PhD, chief science officer of the American Botanical Council in Texas, confirmed that some clinical trials have explored valerian root’s effects.A 2020 medical review published in the Journal of Evidence-Based Integrative Medicine found that both powdered root and root extracts show a “clear” benefit in treating anxiety, Gafner told Fox News Digital. The researchers concluded that valerian could be a “safe and effective herb to promote sleep and prevent associated disorders.”CLICK HERE FOR MORE HEALTH STORIESWhile valerian may have some benefits, Gafner said he doesn’t think it “makes sense” to compare it to diazepam (Valium). “I can understand that both are used to relieve anxiety, but valerian is a much milder ingredient, and is really used for mild cases of anxiety and sleep issues,” he told Fox News Digital.Unlike valerian, diazepam carries a risk of dependence and is generally prescribed short-term, the expert said, and the spectrum of potential adverse effects is “very different.”MISSING SLEEP MAY TAKE A HIDDEN TOLL ON YOUR BRAIN AND LONGEVITY, RESEARCH REVEALSGafner said he “absolutely” recommends the use of valerian root to relieve anxiety and stress and to improve sleep.”I have used it myself and I believe it’s an ingredient with well-documented benefits, especially for people with problems falling asleep,” he said. “It is well-tolerated and very safe … although some sources caution [against] driving a car or using heavy machinery when using valerian.”Dr. Joseph Mercola, a board-certified family medicine osteopathic physician and author of the new book “Weight Loss Cure,” said valerian’s comparisons to Valium may “exaggerate what the science actually shows.””Valerian root contains compounds that appear to enhance calming brain chemicals, particularly the neurotransmitter GABA, which helps quiet nerve activity and supports relaxation,” the Florida-based expert told Fox News Digital.”Some studies do report modest improvements in sleep quality or shorter time to fall asleep, while others find no meaningful difference compared with placebo.”Side effects may include headaches, dizziness, digestive upset or next-day grogginess, Mercola noted, adding that he would not recommend it as a primary strategy for anxiety, stress or sleep.”Because long-term safety studies remain limited, and supplement quality varies widely, you should approach valerian with caution rather than view it as a universal sleep solution,” he advised.”I encourage people to focus first on strategies that correct the underlying drivers of poor sleep,” Mercola advised. “When you fix those foundations, you often find that you no longer need an herbal sedative at all.””Bright sunlight during the day helps regulate your circadian rhythm and signals your brain to produce melatonin later at night,” he said. “At the same time, complete darkness [at night] supports the hormonal signals that allow deep, restorative sleep.”Certain nutrients can also promote relaxation and sleep quality, including magnesium, which helps to regulate the nervous system, according to the doctor.CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR OUR HEALTH NEWSLETTERGABA may help to calm nerve activity, reduce stress markers and improve perceived sleep quality, Mercola said, while glycine — taken at about 3 grams an hour before bed — may support relaxation, promote the body’s nighttime temperature drop, and improve sleep onset and overall quality.TEST YOURSELF WITH OUR LATEST LIFESTYLE QUIZ”When you combine sunlight exposure, magnesium, GABA and glycine, you support the biological systems that control sleep instead of relying on a sedating herb with mixed evidence,” the doctor concluded.Fox News Digital reached out to valerian root manufacturers requesting comment.
America’s boys need noble masculinity — not lowered expectations
Throughout the country, states are moving to curb student phone use in schools. From New Jersey’s push for a strict bell-to-bell ban to tighter rules in Indiana and Florida, lawmakers are responding to a growing consensus among parents and educators: constant distraction is harming children – and boys are often taking the hit hardest. But phones are not the real story, they are just a symptom. Across America, something is wrong with too many of our young men. They are not stupid, and they are not hopeless, but too many are drifting, less resilient, less anchored and less prepared to carry adult responsibility when life stops being more negotiable than previous generations. As a university president, I see the consequences up close. Young men arrive with talent and ambition, yet too many struggle with the disciplines that make success possible, such as sustained focus, perseverance, teachability and the maturity to control impulses instead of being controlled by them. I have sat across from students who were bright enough to thrive and motivated enough to dream big – yet were repeatedly undone by ordinary responsibilities we all take for granted. They fell behind not because they lacked intelligence, but because they could not sustain attention, accept feedback without taking it as a personal attack or treat deadlines as real until they had already passed. By the time a university sees that pattern, it is not a campus issue alone, but a problem years in the making.WELCOME TO THE DATING RECESSION: WHY YOUNG AMERICANS ARE GIVING UP ON LOVEThe broader evidence points in the same direction. In October 2024, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that among recent high school graduates aged 16-24, 69.5% of young women were enrolled in college, compared with 55.4% of young men.Gallup reported in 2025 that 25% of U.S. men aged 15-34 said they felt lonely a lot of the previous day. A Bureau of Labor Statistics analysis found that labor force participation among men aged 20-24 fell from 82.6% in 2000 to 73.1% in 2022, with a further decline to 68.2% projected by 2032. Higher education is a powerful avenue for preparation, yet it is one of several honorable paths. Our country depends on builders, tradesmen, entrepreneurs, service members, skilled workers and professionals alike. But every young man does need a path that builds discipline, competence and purpose. When boys become men without durable friendships, meaningful work and mentors who not only inspire them but also know their names, the consequences do not stay private, they surface in families, workplaces and communities that depend on dependable men.BILL MAHER SYMPATHIZES WITH YOUNG MEN WHO STRUGGLE WITH DATING, BUT TELLS THEM TO GROW UPWe should not be surprised by what we are seeing, because our culture has weakened the conditions that help boys become men. We have mistaken love for the removal of hardship, lowered standards in the name of compassion and avoided hard conversations in the name of sensitivity. Empathy matters, but empathy that never expects growth becomes surrender. Boys often rise or fall to expectations, and when expectations disappear, many do not become stronger, they become fragile. We have also outsourced too much of boyhood to screens and then wondered why attention, patience, and self- control have eroded. Used without restraint, a phone becomes a training ground in impulse, distraction and endless stimulation. A boy formed by constant gratification will struggle with the unglamorous habits adulthood requires such as showing up, sticking with difficult tasks, finishing what he starts and doing the right thing when nobody is watching. We have also made a serious mistake in the way we talk about masculinity. In condemning what is genuinely destructive in some expressions of manhood, we have too often treated manhood itself as suspect. Boys hear what not to be, but too rarely hear what they should become. That vacuum fills with apathy, anger, or counterfeit bravado that imitates strength while evading responsibility. The answer to toxic masculinity is not hostility toward masculinity. It is noble masculinity, strength under control, courage in service of others, restraint over appetite and honor that does not need applause. If we are serious about changing this, we do not need to wait for a perfect federal plan or another national commission. Families, schools, churches, employers and civic leaders can begin now by rebuilding the conditions that form boys into men. That means mentorship must become normal again.CLICK HERE FOR MORE FOX NEWS OPINIONEvery school community, church, civic club and neighborhood should be able to say, with integrity, that no boy grows up here alone. Boys need sustained contact with good men who showcase integrity, hard work, restraint and responsibility, and who challenge them, correct them and pull them into real life through service and honest conversation. It also means restoring standards that actually mean something, including respect for women and for authority figures. Schools should enforce conduct codes that protect learning and require decency. Coaches should bench talent that will not respect teammates. Employers should reward reliability and correct immaturity. Parents should insist on chores, punctuality and integrity at home and teach boys early on that strength is never an excuse to demean, objectify, intimidate, or manipulate women. This is urgent, and we should stop pretending otherwise. The window to form boys into men does not stay open forever. Habits are learned early, reinforced often and either strengthened or neglected with every passing year. If we keep debating this as theory while boys continue drifting in real time, we will lose another generation, and the repair will be longer and harder than the prevention. America does not need more commentary about young men. It needs adults willing to rebuild the conditions that form them. Families, churches, schools and communities all have a role, and at universities like mine, we are taking up that responsibility by helping shape not only capable graduates, but men of character. Do it now, before drift becomes the default and before another generation is damaged in ways we will spend decades trying to undo. We are not simply trying to move boys into adulthood. We are trying to raise noble men.
Horror in Los Angeles: Man Dies from Gruesome Self-Mutilation, Including Cutting Off His Own Penis, on Busy Downtown Street
via OnScene.TV
A man died early Saturday morning after cutting off his own penis, attempting to cut off his arm, and slitting his own throat on a Downtown Los Angeles street.
The incident occurred around 3:40 a.m. at Figueroa Street and Pico Boulevard, near the LA Convention Center.
LAPD officers responded to reports of a man cutting himself and found him in the middle of self-mutilation.
“They found somebody suffering from self-mutilation,” Officer Jeff Lee told City News Service. “The individual was cutting himself, bleeding.”
The man, whose identity has not been made public, was pronounced dead at the scene from blood loss.
Eyewitness accounts and freelance journalists from OnSceneTV described a nightmarish scene.

The man had reportedly stripped off his clothing while staggering toward a nearby 7-Eleven before collapsing in a pool of his own blood.
Bloody clothing was scattered across the sidewalk, and authorities quickly put a white tent over the body to shield it from the public, but graphic footage from the scene revealed extensive bloodstains and a large wound in the groin area.
No motive has been reported, and toxicology results are still pending.
The incident is a tragic example of the dire consequences of California’s soft-on-crime policies under Governor Gavin Newsom and LA Mayor Karen Bass, who have allowed mental illness and addiction to spiral out of control.

Democrat Congressman Gets HUMILIATED By Trump Admin. in Nasty Back-and-Forth After Spreading a Huge Lie Regarding Arrest of a Migrant Journalist in Tennessee

A Democrat congressman got embarrassed after spreading a major lie about the arrest of an immigrant journalist, all because he wanted to dunk on the Trump Administration.
As FOX Nashville reported, a Nashville Noticias reporter named Estefany Rodríguez, who is originally from Colombia, was taken into custody by ICE agents on March 4.
Rodriguez was reportedly alongside her husband when a car she was in was surrounded by several other vehicles. Nashville Noticias reported that multiple individuals then exited the vehicles, took Rodriguz into custody, and transported her to a detention center.
Here is the full statement from Nashville Noticias regarding Rodriguez, which was obtained by FOX Nashville:
On March 4, Estefany Rodríguez, a reporter for Nashville Noticias and Univision 42 Nashville, was with her husband, Alejandro Medina III, outside the gym located at 2615 Murfreesboro Pike, when the vehicle they were traveling in (marked with the Nashville Noticias logo) was surrounded by several other vehicles. Several men got out and demanded that our colleague be taken into custody for reasons that the legal team will specify at a later date.
Estefany Rodríguez was taken to a detention center.
Estefany Rodríguez holds a degree in journalism from Colombia, her native country, where she has worked for several years at various news outlets. She joined the Nashville Noticias team in 2022, covering social, family, health, police, and immigration issues.
Nashville Noticias LLC expresses its respect for the laws of the United States and hopes that this situation will be resolved favorably for our colleague so that she can be released soon, as she needs to reunite with her young daughter and husband to continue her legal process within the framework permitted by law. Her legal team at MIRA Legal, as well as the Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Coalition (TIRRC), are providing legal representation in the case and will have details on the progress and responses from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and the Tennessee Federal Court.
There is conflicting information regarding Rodriguez’s immigration status. One of her lawyers claimed she entered America legally but a spokesperson for ICE told CNN that Rodriguez “currently has no lawful immigration status.”
Court documents obtained by CNN show Rodriguez has a pending political asylum claim and a valid work permit,
Rep. Joaquin Castro (D-TX) pounced on the story of Rodriguez’s apprehension, baselessly alleging that she was arrested without a warrant. He also accused the Trump Administration of attacking America’s constitutional rights.
“ICE arrested a journalist yesterday without a warrant,” Castro wrote on X. “She is an asylum seeker, has valid work permits, and is married to a U.S. citizen.”
“Her detention exposes the Trump Admin’s machine of cruelty that is attacking the free press and violating our rights,” he continued. “This lawlessness and cruelty must end.”

But Castro, a trained lawyer who knows exactly what a warrant looks like, doubled down on his deception.
He mockingly claimed that not only was the form not a judicial warrant, but it was improperly filled out before launching a borderline libelous attack.
The warrant below is what you served Estefany Rodríguez. It’s not a judicial warrant, and it’s not even filled out properly, making this an egregious violation of her Fourth Amendment right.
You illegally detained a journalist and lied about it. You killed 3 Americans and lied about it. Detained American citizens and lied about it. Gave away hundreds of millions in taxpayer dollars to Noem’s friends and lied about.

But ICE fired back with a stinging response that should put Castor to shame.
You were a lawyer; it’s shocking you don’t know how a warrant works.
That bottom section of an arrest warrant isn’t filled out until AFTER an arrest is made. The top section is the approval.
The executed warrant is produced with both sections filled out after the arrest.

Fox News reporter Bill Melugin provided helpful backup to ICE by noting that judicial warrants have never been required for the arrest of aliens.
Doesn’t matter if it’s not a judicial warrant. Judicial warrants aren’t required. Never have been. Administrative warrants have been accepted and enforced under administrations going back decades.
Politicians who think ICE needs a judicial warrant to arrest an alien are wrong.

Shocking Number Of Gen Z’ers Are Bringing Mommy & Daddy To Job Interviews
Shocking Number Of Gen Z’ers Are Bringing Mommy & Daddy To Job Interviews
If you thought Gen Z arriving was the long-awaited antidote to the famously coddled Millennials, you might want to rethink that theory.
A new survey from career site Zety polled 1,000 Gen Z workers and found that a whopping 44% of these young workers had Mom or Dad help write or edit their resumes, while 20% admitted that a parent had joined them during a job interview (15% in-person, 5% virtually).
“Some in Gen Z feel having parental involvement when looking and applying for jobs is important, and I would certainly advocate for taking advice from parents and other mentors who have experience gaining employment,” a financial literacy instructor at the University of Tennessee at Martin said in an interview with Newsweek. “However, there are limits to this engagement, and they almost always end poorly for the applicant.”
If you thought those figures were grim, the hand-holding extends even after the job offer letter arrives. Roughly 28% of Gen Z professionals admitted that parents assisted with pay or benefits negotiations, and 32% cited parents as their main influence for career choices.
“There’s a lingering distrust between workers and corporations. While it’s not widespread, some Gen Z candidates are leaning on their parents for interview support – presentation, tone, even responses,” 9i Capital Group CEO Kevin Thompson told Newsweek. “A lot of that comes down to inexperience with professional settings and discomfort with contract language and expectations.”
The trend has rightfully drawn scorn from critics, including “Shark Tank” star Kevin O’Leary, who warned that any candidate arriving with a parental escort would be shown the door immediately.
“First question I’d have to the son or daughter, I’d say, ‘Do you want me to hire your mother or you? What’s she doing here?'” O’Leary told Fox Business. “That resume goes right into the garbage in one of my operations.” He recounted a recent virtual interview where the phenomenon played out in real time.
“It happened to me on a Zoom call, and I just said, this isn’t going to work… Your mom is not gonna be part of this discussion,” the businessman added. “It means you can’t do this on your own. It’s a horrific signal,”
