Two ICE officers and a staff member honored by Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin for their actions during the 2025 sniper attack on the Dallas ICE Field Office spoke exclusively to Fox News about the chaos that unfolded that day and the growing threats they say ICE officers now face across the country.Mullin awarded the officers medals for their heroic actions during the attack, when a sniper fired 17 shots from a nearby rooftop at the Dallas facility.Marco Solis, a deportation officer, said he was sitting at his desk when bullets started tearing through the building.”I got hit in the head with something,” Solis said. It was actually debris, sheetrock from the bullet penetrating multiple walls. Caught me off guard. I didn’t know where it came from, right? You just hear a snap come through the door or through the window, the walls. And it wasn’t until that second round came through the wall that I actually watched it tumble on the roof that I realized that we were getting, we had an active shooter on our hands.”INSIDE DALLAS ICE FACILITY IN AFTERMATH OF SNIPER ATTACK THAT KILLED TWO DETAINEESThe officers said the attack quickly turned into a life-or-death rescue mission as detainees were struck by gunfire.Andres Goche, also a deportation officer, said he and others worked to pull wounded detainees to safety. “It was Mr. Goche here that actually physically pulled those victims out of that van, that transport van, and brought them into our processing area, setting up that triage area for us,” Solis added.”It is a concern that goes through every law enforcement officer,” Goche said. “Am I going to die? Am I gonna get injured? Am i gonna… It comes with the job. It’s a hazard that comes with a job, right?” Goche said.SECOND DETAINEE DIES AFTER DALLAS ICE FACILITY SNIPER ATTACK, FAMILY SPEAKS OUTThe recognition comes as ICE officers have faced threats, violence and growing hostility at facilities across the country.”This is a new reality for every deportation officer, every ICE employee that’s out there throughout the nation,” Goche said. “It’s something that we’ve come to terms with. The best hope that we can hold onto at the moment is to continue to rely on each other and emphasize the importance of our training.” Solis, who has spent more than 18 years in federal service, said he has never seen the environment become this dangerous.DALLAS ICE SHOOTING TRIGGERS HEIGHTENED SECURITY AT FACILITIES NATIONWIDE: ‘TRULY DISTURBING'”I think everybody in the law enforcement profession understands the risks and accepts them,” Solis said. “I don’t think I’ve witnessed it be this violent or this volatile in my entire 18 years of federal service. It’s a way of life for us now. It’s just a reality that we’ve had to come to terms with.”The officers also addressed misconceptions about ICE, saying officers and their families are increasingly being targeted simply for enforcing federal immigration law.”Our families, especially our families, shouldn’t have to carry the burden or barrage of threats thrown at them simply because their significant other, their loved one, their family member, is an ICE officer just enforcing the immigration laws of the United States that are enacted by Congress,” Solis said.NO CAGES, DUE PROCESS RIGHTS INTACT: ICE AGENTS SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT ON TRUMP’S IMMIGRATION ENFORCEMENTGoche said much of the anger toward ICE is fueled by misinformation and agitators.”These are paid actors. They’re paid individuals with one purpose, which is to cause disturbance, to agitate, and to try to derail us from our mission priorities,” Goche said “I want to give my message across to the American people. We’re not here, we’re not the bad guys,” he continued. “We’re officers, we’re human beings, we have families, we have the same interests as many other people out there in this beautiful country.”Christopher Pyne, an enforcement removal assistant, said the actions of the officers that day showed the humanity behind the badge.”These men were willing to risk their lives to save one of our detained. Like, we’re human beings, and we recognize that, you know everyone that we deal with are human beings,” Pyne said.Solis said officers do not do the job for awards or recognitionZ “It’s humbling. I don’t believe anybody does it for any awards or accolades or recognition. It’s just the right thing to do, whether anybody’s looking or anybody’s gonna recognize you for it,” Solis said.

SPLC Employee Funneled $1.2 Million To Neo-Nazi Lover – And More: DOJ Superseding Indictment
The Southern Poverty Law Center built a massive empire – ballooning to over $787 million in assets – by promising donors it was the frontline defender against “hate” and white supremacy. But according to the Department of Justice’s superseding indictment, the organization allegedly funneled millions in tax-exempt donor dollars to the very extremists it publicly condemned.
The Juiciest Revelation: The $1.2 Million Romantic Entanglement
One of the most shocking details involves “F-9” – a field source affiliated with the neo-Nazi National Alliance. The SPLC allegedly paid this individual over $1.2 million while F-9 was in a romantic relationship with an SPLC employee.
While on the SPLC payroll, F-9 reportedly continued raising funds for the National Alliance.

Other Damning Allegations From The Superseding Indictment
F-30 (Nazi/KKK/Aryan Nations leader): Paid more than $70K after asking to leave the movement. Instead, the SPLC allegedly kept them on salary to host rallies, recruit, and publish extremist material.
F-31 & F-32 (KKK members): Wanted out in 2010 but were allegedly bribed to stay active. Funds reimbursed cross-burning materials, including wood and fuel, and helped them gain leadership roles.
F-37 (Unite the Right): Paid over $300K. This individual was in the leadership chat for the 2017 Charlottesville rally, made racist posts under SPLC supervision, and arranged transportation for attendees.
F-42 (Neo-Nazi National Alliance chairman): Received $155K+ while simultaneously listed on the SPLC’s own “Extremist File” webpage.
Additional payments: Approximately $350K to a National Socialist Movement officer and $19K to American Front’s national president, a convicted cross-burning felon.

The Bigger Picture: Alleged Hate-For-Profit Machine
The DOJ alleges the SPLC used fictitious entities and shell accounts, including fake “Rare Books” employment covers, to conceal payments totaling over $4 million. Donors were told the money would dismantle extremism – instead, it allegedly sustained rallies, recruitment, racist paraphernalia, and living expenses for extremists. The organization is accused of making payments amounting to over $1 million to a National Alliance affiliate, more than $300,000 to an Aryan Nations affiliate, $270,000 to a “Unite the Right” member, $140,000 to a former National Alliance chairman, $73,000 to former KKK members, and $19,000 to an American Front president and felon.
This ties into charges of wire fraud, false statements to banks, and conspiracy to commit concealment money laundering. Upon conviction, the SPLC could forfeit assets traceable to the alleged scheme.
The SPLC has denied wrongdoing, calling the program legitimate intelligence-gathering that has since been discontinued, and framing the case as political retaliation.

Republicans uniting to beat Talerico: Paxton tells ‘Ruthless’
In an exclusive interview following last week’s runoff victory in Texas, Republican nominee Ken Paxton told the Ruthless Podcast that his party is uniting behind him to beat Democrat State Rep. James Talarico in the general election.”We’ve got to go on and beat the Democrat. That’s the key. The guy that I’m running against, as you well know, is quite radical and maybe would have trouble getting elected in California if he’s so radical,” the Texas Attorney General said in an interview that will be released Thursday morning. After receiving President Donald Trump’s endorsement, Paxton defeated incumbent Senator John Cornyn. With Republicans currently holding a 53–47 majority in the Senate, Democrats hope that Talarico will flip the pivotal Longhorn State seat blue.Talarico has faced controversy for comments where he cited his faith to defend abortion, referred to God as non-binary, and said the subject he thinks about most is transgender children. In a state known for its barbecue, Talarico also committed to running a “no-meat campaign” in 2022.‘GOD IS NON-BINARY’: TEXAS DEM NOMINEE TALARICO’S PAST REMARKS ON ABORTION, RACE AND GENDER DRAW SCRUTINYPodcast co-host John Ashbrook noted that Democrats are trying to reshape Talarico’s image heading into the general election.”This guy is somebody who is a complete lunatic, and they are trying to reshape his image into something that everybody knows it’s not,” Ashbrook said. “I mean, you can see their tweets. You can see they’re all working overtime to try to pretend like this guy is some kind of moderate, and we know that he is a left-wing lunatic.”Paxton visited the DC studio on a trip to the capital city to meet with President Trump and Senate Republicans. The candidate was seen walking out of Senate Majority Leader John Thune’s (R-S.D.) office on Wednesday.JOHN THUNE GOES ‘ALL IN’ FOR KEN PAXTON AFTER BITTER PRIMARY RIPPED GOP APARTIn his first interview since the meeting, Paxton told the Fellas that it was his first time meeting Thune in person. “I don’t think I’d ever met him, actually, in person,” Paxton said. “[Thune was] very gracious, I think [we had] a good conversation about the future and working together and making sure that we make sure that Texas stays Republican because we need it to. If we lose Texas, I think the whole country’s in trouble.”Bloomberg previously reported that Paxton had scheduled a fundraiser with the state’s other senator, Ted Cruz. In follow-up reporting, the Washington Reporter covered that Senators Jim Banks (R-Ind.), Katie Britt (R-Ala.), Tom Cotton (R-Ark.), Bernie Moreno (R-Ohio), Eric Schmitt (R-Mo.), and Tim Sheehy (R-Mont.) would cohost Cruz’s event.Paxton’s interview took place as part of the Ruthless Midterm Interview Series, an ongoing initiative to interview major candidates across the country. The hosts have already interviewed candidates in 15 states, with more scheduled ahead of the November midterms. Texans will head to the polls for the general election on November 3rd to decide between Paxton and Talarico.
Unruly passengers could be banned for life from multiple airlines under new proposal
Airline passengers who become abusive or disruptive during flights could soon face bans from multiple carriers under a new proposal being considered. The plan would allow airlines in the U.K. to share information about problematic passengers — and potentially prevent those individuals from booking flights with other airlines, according to reporting by the BBC.Currently, travelers banned by one airline can often simply book with another carrier.FLIGHT PASSENGER YELLS, ‘I WANT OFF,’ CALLS CREW ‘IDIOTS’ AND YANKS OPEN EMERGENCY EXIT DOORGovernment officials are expected to meet with airlines this month to discuss how a national database of disruptive passengers could operate, the same source reported. The unusual proposal comes as airlines continue to deal with incidents involving intoxicated, aggressive or unruly passengers, particularly during busy travel periods.”Everyone should be able to enjoy a pint at the airport, but antisocial behavior on flights is totally unacceptable,” a government source told the BBC.The national database would be co-operatively managed by the government and the airline industry, the BBC said. OUTRAGED PASSENGERS SAY PARENTS DITCHED ROWDY KIDS IN COACH WHILE THEY UPGRADED TO FIRST CLASSNot everyone is convinced such a proposal is the right solution.Gary Leff, a Texas-based travel industry expert and author of the blog “View From the Wing,” told Fox News Digital that significant questions remain about how such a system would work in practice.”Government coordination in creating a travel blacklist — which encourages one airline’s ban to apply to several — raises huge due process concerns,” Leff said.CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR OUR LIFESTYLE NEWSLETTERHe noted that airlines may have different standards for banning passengers and different procedures for investigating onboard incidents.”A dispute with a flight attendant about a carry-on bag in the overhead bin, and whether a passenger said something offensive or was misunderstood, can escalate,” Leff said. “The airline backs up their employee, and now it’s no longer just a decision about whether to do business with one customer again, but whether that individual has a right to travel at all.”Leff also questioned whether the proposal would significantly reduce disruptive behavior.CLICK HERE FOR MORE LIFESTYLE STORIES”It’s often mental health or substance abuse that causes disruptive behavior [aboard a plane],” he said. “Ratcheting up the penalty, including lifetime travel bans, may not have much of an effect on someone in that condition. It also provides little role for recovery.”Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian proposed a similar system in the United States in 2022 — but the idea never gained traction, Leff noted. The proposal sparked debate online, with some travelers supporting tougher consequences for disruptive passengers.TEST YOURSELF WITH OUR LATEST LIFESTYLE QUIZ”Good, I don’t want to fly with them either,” one Reddit user wrote.Another commenter called the proposal “a great idea,” saying that passengers, airline employees and others involved in air travel would benefit from stronger measures against unruly travelers.Others questioned who would decide whether a passenger belongs on a nationwide ban list.”Who’s going to determine who’s problematic enough to get banned, and under what criteria?” one user asked.Several commenters also raised concerns about due process — and whether airlines should have the power to effectively prevent someone from flying across multiple carriers.”This is something that needs an impartial judge to decide on,” another Reddit user wrote. “Not something an airline should decide on its own.”
BREAKING: House Passes Resolution to End War with Iran – These FOUR Republicans Voted with Democrats
The House of Representatives on Wednesday voted 215-208 to end the war with Iran.
This is the first time the House has voted to stop Trump’s military action in Iran.
Four Republicans voted with the Democrats: Thomas Massie, Brian Fitzpatrick, Tom Barrett and Warren Davidson.
The resolution is likely dead on arrival in the Senate.
If it passes the Senate, Trump will veto the resolution.
The Hill reported:
House lawmakers on Wednesday passed legislation designed to force President Trump to end the Iran War, marking a victory for Democrats and the constitutional purists who say the conflict is illegal without explicit congressional approval.
The tally was 215-208, with four Republicans — Reps. Thomas Massie (Ky.), Brian Fitzpatrick (Pa.), Tom Barrett (Mich.) and Warren Davidson (Ohio) — joining every Democrat in supporting the measure.
The development is largely symbolic, since there are lingering disputes about whether the measure, known as a concurrent resolution, carries the force of law. And Trump is certain to contest the authority of the measure even if it’s also passed by the Senate, where it’s headed next.
Still, the vote represents a significant development in the political battle over the Iran War, putting Congress on the record condemning a conflict that has dragged on for more than three months — and rattled the global economy — with no clear end in sight.
