NCAA basketball betting picks for Tennessee, Alabama and Arkansas on their opening night games

November 3, 2026 MMN Editor Filed Under: THE NEWS

The NCAA basketball season kicked off last night, and there were some pretty exciting games. Unfortunately, for today, I can’t say we have a ton of great games on the schedule. Most of them are between top-level squads and some lower-level clubs. That doesn’t mean we can’t make the games entertaining with some sports betting. We won our game last night, so let’s get another one or two here as we put a play on a few of tonight’s games.Let me spoil this one a bit for you; it would take everything going correctly for Wofford to pull off a victory against the Volunteers. That doesn’t mean it is impossible. If movies like “The Little Giants” have taught us anything, it is that there is always that one time when the underdog can come out on top. It won’t happen tonight, though. Tennessee lost a bunch of guys to the NBA and to the transfer portal, but they rest their team with eight transfers and top-tier freshmen. Their transfer class was ranked second in the nation. The question will be about how quickly this team can gel and get everything connected. Wofford is in the same boat, bringing in nine new players. There are some key returning players, which might give them the edge in the first half of the game. I don’t expect Wofford to win, or this to end closely, but I do think the first half could be one the Terriers cover because of the continuity of their team compared to what Tennessee will have. Take the +14.5 in the first half.NO. 1 FLORIDA GATORS FACE NO. 14 MIAMI HURRICANES IN TOP MATCHUP AS COLLEGE BASKETBALL TIPS OFFOne of the things most people don’t realize about the transfer portal is just how much it impacts the lower-level colleges. Sam Houston and programs like theirs tend to lose anyone who has a breakout year. Their team has some pretty good players still, but depth might be an issue. Alabama has a solid returning core of four guys, and Aden Holloway will lead the offense again. Amari Allen will get more exposure after earning minutes last year. This is a talented Alabama team, and they’ve added some good pieces. This game is being played in Tuscaloosa, so they will have a nice home-court advantage as well. I think the Crimson Tide will take this game and cover the big spread. Give me Alabama -26.5. Their pace and Holloway give me confidence that this offense should look good.SIGN UP FOR THE DAILY OUTKICK NEWSLETTERI won’t pretend I know much about Arkansas-Pine Bluff. I know about as much as you do, and that’s all thanks to the AI of your choice giving you details. However, I do know a bit about Arkansas and what they are looking to do. This is yet another Coach Cal team, so you know that it will focus on high-upside freshmen. Gone is Darius Acuff Jr., who is shooting a million shots per night in the NBA. Billy Richmond III is back and should be a nice combo forward. They have a solid center in Paulo Semedo, who will bring rim protection and get some easy buckets. Miikka Murrinen should be similar to Lauri Markkanen, and not just because they are both Finnish. I think Arkansas will rack up points, but asking them to put up 105 points seems like a big ask for the first game of the season. I expect Cal to work on key plays and things in the game rather than just run the pace up. Go under 104.5 for the Razorbacks team total. For more sports betting information and plays, follow David on X/Twitter: @futureprez2024

Iran’s Oil Still Reaches China Through Malaysian Waters as Tehran Claims Sovereignty Over Hormuz

November 3, 2026 MMN Editor Filed Under: THE NEWS

A sanctioned tanker carrying Iranian liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) slipped past the U.S. naval blockade and unloaded in China on Oct. 21.
The SOGL loaded about 500,000 barrels of LPG at Iran’s Assaluyeh Port in late August and left the blockade zone on Sept. 1. After stopping at an anchorage off Malaysia, it sailed north through the South China Sea to Qinzhou Port in China’s Guangxi region.
The U.S. Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control added the vessel to its sanctions list on Oct. 8. The SOGL has sailed under the flags of Comoros and Zimbabwe.
The anchorage, Malaysia’s Eastern Outer Port Limits (EOPL), lies about 70 kilometers offshore. Ships use it to wait, resupply, store oil and transfer cargo between vessels. On Sept. 16, United Against Nuclear Iran (UANI), a U.S. advocacy group, chartered a supply boat and traveled about 100 nautical miles into the anchorage.
Its team filmed the SOGL receiving fuel and services and spotted Iranian-flagged cargo ships. UANI senior analyst Jemima Shelley called the EOPL “a key node in Iran’s oil trade to China” and said Malaysian authorities appear to be turning a blind eye. Tankers involved in the trade switch off their automatic identification system (AIS) transponders, sail under false flags and sometimes transfer cargo in international waters.
UANI has identified nine small tankers carrying Iranian oil or LPG that have breached the blockade since Washington reinstated it on July 14. The blockade was first imposed on April 13 and lifted in mid-June. Shelley described it as “an overwhelming success at preventing vessels laden with Iranian oil,” saying only “opportunistic small tankers” are getting through.
Reuters data put Iran’s LPG shipments since July at about 4.1 million barrels, compared with roughly 30 million barrels during the same period a year earlier, according to Kpler and Vortexa. Adm. Brad Cooper, commander of U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), said the blockade has kept at least $25 billion worth of Iranian crude off the market. Homayoun Falakshahi, head of crude oil analysis at Kpler, told The Wall Street Journal, “There’s no more oil to discharge to China anymore.”
Shelley said China historically took about 80 percent of Iran’s liquid cargo exports and now takes nearly all the oil and LPG Iran manages to ship. Chinese imports recorded as Malaysian oil fell sharply after the blockade cut off Iranian exports, indicating that Iranian crude had been relabeled as Malaysian. The blockade covers the southern sea routes that, according to Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, carried 75 to 80 percent of Iran’s trade.
Iranian media report that a larger cargo has also breached the blockade. On Nov. 1, Iran’s WANA news agency reported that a crude carrier carrying about 2 million barrels had docked at a Chinese port after a voyage of roughly three and a half months. Citing satellite imagery from TankerTrackers, WANA described it as the first Iranian crude cargo to reach China since July 14. It did not identify the tanker or the port.
Tehran has responded to the blockade by asserting authority over the Strait of Hormuz. In a statement carried by Press TV on Nov. 2, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Navy said the strait “remains under the sovereign control of the Islamic Republic.” It warned that any vessel switching off its identification systems or passing without prior coordination “will be treated as a threat.”
The IRGC Navy said two tankers traveling along an “unauthorized” southern route exploded after hitting mines. Days earlier, it claimed three tankers had struck mines on the same route. CENTCOM says it has cleared the strait of mines and that Iranian projectiles are hitting ships. The IRGC maintains that passage is unsafe for vessels that do not coordinate with the Persian Gulf Strait Authority, a body Iran created during the war to manage traffic through Hormuz.
Iran’s parliament is moving to put that claim into law. On July 14, the day the blockade was reinstated, hardline lawmakers introduced the “Strategic Action for the Security and Sustainable Progress of the Strait of Hormuz and the Persian Gulf” bill. The official text has not been published.
According to a May draft carried by state media, the Hormuz management bill would formalize Iran’s sovereignty claim over the strait and bar U.S.- or Israeli-flagged ships, along with military, intelligence and other vessels deemed “hostile” by Iran’s armed forces. It would also require every ship to obtain a permit, disclose its cargo and pay a fee, while allowing authorities to confiscate up to 20 percent of a cargo’s value for noncompliance.
Ebrahim Azizi, head of parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, said, “This is the first step; subsequent measures are forthcoming.” On Oct. 2, committee spokesman Hassan Ghashghavi announced that the panel had finished reviewing the bill, which would allow Iran to charge commercial ships for navigation, environmental protection and fuel services. No floor vote has been reported.
Iran’s legal position draws on its interpretation of a treaty it signed but never ratified. Tehran signed the UN Convention on the Law of the Sea on Dec. 10, 1982, submitting a declaration that characterized some provisions as negotiated trade-offs rather than a codification of existing customary law. Iran treats passage through the strait as subject only to the rules of innocent passage under its 1964 Maritime Code and 1993 Act on Marine Areas.
Under the convention’s transit-passage rules, passage through an international strait “shall not be impeded,” and coastal states may not charge for passage itself. During the war, Iran has reportedly allowed ships from countries it considers friendly, including China, Russia, India, Iraq and Pakistan, to pass through the strait.
Washington rejects Tehran’s claim. “Let me be clear: The Strait of Hormuz is controlled by the United States and our regional partners, not Iran,” Cooper said on Oct. 16. During an Oct. 25 visit to the strait, he reaffirmed the U.S. commitment to freedom of navigation.
Trump has made his own territorial claim. On Aug. 15, he said he would “declare the Strait of Hormuz part of American soil.” Four days later, he posted a map labeling it “new US territory.”
Tehran claims the right to decide which ships may pass through Hormuz, while the U.S. blockade has stopped most Iranian oil and LPG exports. Nearly all the cargo that gets through goes to China, with the anchorage off Malaysia serving as a key stop along the route.

‘They don’t need it’: Trump ends billions of dollars in aid to Israel

President Donald Trump said the U.S. will no longer be providing $4 billion in yearly aid to Israel starting in 2027.
“You can consider it barter. You can consider military aid or cash. Look, we give them $4 billion of things and money, and they don’t need it,” he said in a Fox News interview. “And I was approached by Bibi Netanyahu, and we’ve been talking about it for a couple of years because it’s a lot of money.”
“They don’t need it,” Trump said. “Israel’s our number one. We give them more than anybody else, and they no longer need it.”
“Israel is a very thriving country,” he added.
Trump said the funding had become one of the “points of contention” in the U.S.
“Why should we suffer the slings from lunatics like an El-Sayed when they don’t need it?” Trump said, acknowledging Michigan Democratic Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed’s criticism of U.S. funding to Israel.
“I don’t want to fund a foreign military that does genocide, apartheid, or has taken us to a war we don’t need to fight,” El-Sayed told CNN in August.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has previously said he wants to phase out Israel’s reliance on American aid.
“We’ve come of age, and we’ve developed incredible capacity. And our economy, which will reach, certainly within a decade, will reach about a trillion dollars—it’s not a huge economy, but it’s not a small economy,” he told The Economist in January. “So I want to taper off military aid within the next 10 years.”
Trump said he has discussed ending the funding with Netanyahu for years.
“I was approached by Bibi Netanyahu, and we’ve been talking about it for a couple of years because it’s a lot of money,” he said. “He brought it up. He said, ‘I think it would be appropriate if we do not receive aid.’”

BREAKING: President Trump says the U.S. is cutting off roughly $4 billion in annual aid to Israel by the end of the year. Trump says he and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have already reached an agreement, arguing Israel no longer needs the financial assistance. The president also questions why the U.S. continues providing billions while facing political criticism over the funding, pointing to Democrats who have made American aid to Israel a campaign issue. But the move doesn’t mean an end to U.S. military cooperation with Israel. Trump says the country can still purchase American weapons. See what the current agreement requires: https://t.co/ztI0REu7bP

‘I was shocked’: U.S. city sued after mayor uses public resources to promote Islam, refuses to treat Christianity, Judaism equally

November 3, 2026 MMN Editor Filed Under: THE NEWS

Mayor Abdullah H. Hammoud of Dearborn, Michigan
A city in Michigan where the Muslim mayor once told a Christian that he was unwelcome to live there now is being sued, for using taxpayer funded resources to make the city “a hostile place for Christians and Jews.”
That actually has been the practice of Muslims for centuries, to invade a nation, take control, then then impose restrictions that make Christians and Jews second-class citizens, even imposing what they call a jizya tax on non-Muslims.
The current fight is in Dearborn, Michigan, which now essentially is a Muslim-run, Muslim-oriented, Muslim-majority location.
A report at the Washington Stand explains the city is being sued for refusing to publicly acknowledge Christian and Jewish holidays while “facilitating” Ramadan festivities.
It is Margot Cleveland, a senior legal correspondent at The Federalist and resident of Dearborn, who is suing Mayor Abdullah H. Hammoud and the city, the report said.
He is violating the First Amendment by posting Muslim symbols in public displays but not Christian or Jewish equivalents, the filing charges.
Arielle Del Turco, director of the Center for Religious Liberty at Family Research Council, explained the consequences to the city are horrific.
“It’s the result of mass migration of Muslims and how that slowly transforms a society. The city of Dearborn went from displaying a nativity scene, to removing the nativity scene, to paying for Mayor Abdullah Hammoud’s Ramadan celebrations and displaying ‘Ramadan Kareem’ banners on its lightposts. It is beyond scandalous for an American city to give Islam overt preferential treatment. This is another reminder of why elections matter,” Del Turco confirmed.
The publication revealed Cleveland reports having seen “Ramadan Kareem” banners spread throughout the city leading up to the 2025 Easter holiday.
“I was picking up pizza in downtown Dearborn. When I went down the boulevard, up and down the street were ‘Ramadan Kareem’ (generous Ramadan) banners, which is the equivalent of a happy or blessed Ramadan,” Cleveland told Fox News Digital. “This was the fourth week of Lent. We had Easter coming up in two weeks, and Passover was a week away. I was shocked, and then I saw the display all by itself — again, the crescent moon.”
She asked city officials about symbols for holidays of other faiths and they refused to respond, the report said.
She accused Hammoud of making Islam the city’s “preferred religion.”
Her investigative work later uncovered worse:
“Behind the scenes, Mayor Hammoud advanced his goals by using city resources and his Dearborn email account to invite select members of the community to an Iftar celebration, documents revealed. Observing and engaging in Iftar is an Islamic religious exercise: Iftar symbolizes obedience to Allah’s command. Muslims refrain from food, drink, and other physical needs from dawn until sunset, and Iftar is the moment when this fast ends for the day,” Cleveland explained.
“Other FOIA documents revealed that the police department planned to sell Ramadan t-shirts, embossed with the Dearborn police shield, a crescent moon, and the words ‘Ramadan Kareem,’” she added.
She said her requests for fairness were rejected.
“I have not asked the city not to celebrate Ramadan,” she told Fox. “What I’ve asked is that the city treat Christians and Jews equally. Put up Passover banners, Easter banners, put up a Star of David, put up a cross, do something. And throw in some patriotic symbols to show we are one Dearborn, one country where all faiths are represented equally. That has not been done.”
It was Christian pastor Ted Baram who was targeted by the mayor’s anti-Christian agenda.
He spoke out against renaming a street in Dearborn after Osama Siblani, a public supporter of the terrorists of Hamas and Hezbollah.
Hammoud responded: “[T]he best suggestion I have for you is to not drive on Warren Avenue or to close your eyes while you’re doing it. … I think it’s quite hypocritical [that] you’re approaching this podium when you yourself have videos on YouTube standing in front of my mosque saying the cruelest of things about Muslims, about the religion of Islam, because you are a bigot and you are a racist and you are an Islamophobe.
“And although you live here, I want you to know as mayor, you are not welcome here. And the day you move out of the city will be the day that I launch a parade celebrating the fact that you moved out of the city.”
Cleveland’s lawsuit is being handled by the American Freedom Law Center.

Target raises price of annual grocery offer for holiday shoppers

November 3, 2026 MMN Editor Filed Under: SUCCESS, The Street

Target has quietly raised the price of a generous grocery offer it rolls out to shoppers during the holiday season, as it sees increased consumer momentum in its stores.

In the second quarter of 2026, Target saw its comparable sales rise by 3.8%, while digital comparable sales grew 8.7%, according to its latest earnings report.

Placer.ai data also showed that overall foot traffic at Target stores increased by 4.7% year over year during the quarter.

On an earnings call in August, Target Chief Financial Officer Cara Sylvester said the company is “building momentum” and seeing “strong performance” across its business after lowering prices in its stores.

“Throughout the third quarter, we’ll continue giving our guests reasons to choose Target through differentiated own brands, exclusive partnerships, and compelling value,” said Sylvester. “We’ve already lowered prices on more than 10,000 items over the last 12 months and are planning for additional price reductions yet this year.”

Target raises price of annual Thanksgiving meal deal

While Target continues to eye price reductions in its stores, its annual Thanksgiving meal deal has become more expensive this year.

In a recent press release, Target announced a $30 Thanksgiving meal that feeds six people.

It consists of 11 grocery items: a Butterball turkey that weighs up to 10 pounds, cranberry sauce, a 3-pound bag of russet potatoes, condensed cream of mushroom soup, two cans of green beans, french fried onions, two take-and-bake baguettes, turkey gravy, and turkey stuffing mix.

Target states that the Thanksgiving meal maintains last year’s $5-per-person value; however, it costs $10 more than last year’s meal deal, which served four people.

While its Thanksgiving meal deal went up in price, it expanded the assortment of its sides, pies, appetizers, wine and limited-time deals for the holiday, maintaining its $5 price point for these offerings.

Some of these items include: Favorite Day pies in new sizes and flavors like apple caramel crumb and more than 10 new Good & Gather frozen options, including blueberry and brie cheese sticks, honey cheese bites and feta cheese.

How Target’s Thanksgiving meal deal stacks up against key rivals

The higher-priced Thanksgiving meal from Target comes as its competitors are also offering similar deals to attract price-conscious customers.

Amazon Grocery, for instance, is offering a $25 Thanksgiving meal deal that contains more items than Target’s.

It includes an 8-pound Butterball frozen turkey, cranberry sauce, two turkey gravy mix packets, two Kraft Mac & Cheese boxes, turkey stuffing, cream of mushroom soup, fried onions, evaporated milk, russet potatoes, two cans of whole kernel corn, whole carrots, two cans of cut green beans, crescent rolls, two pie crusts ,and organic pumpkin puree.

Amazon said its Thanksgiving meal deal is available through Nov. 26 while supplies last, and customers can get it delivered the same day they order at no additional cost.

Walmart also recently unveiled its annual Thanksgiving meal, which costs $35, its lowest price yet. It contains 26 items and can feed 10 people. Some of these items include a Butterball turkey, corn muffin mix, green beans, dinner rolls and fresh cranberries.

Retailers are competing for shoppers with Thanksgiving meal deals as U.S. consumers feel the pressure of higher food prices and adjust their shopping habits.

According to Consumer Price Index data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, food-at-home prices rose 1.8% in the 12 months ended September (not seasonally adjusted).

As prices rise, a recent survey from NielsenIQ found that 36% of U.S. consumers hosting or attending a Thanksgiving meal will hunt for deals, while 32% will use what they have on hand, according to a recent report from The Shelby Report.

Also, 21% will cut non-essentials or sides from their Thanksgiving meal this year, while 21% will use lower-cost brands or cuts, and 15% will buy smaller quantities. Additionally, 46% plan to purchase more store brands than they did last year for Thanksgiving.

“Consumers want the same Thanksgiving they’ve always wanted: a table full of favorite foods, enough leftovers for the next day and a memorable experience with family and friends,” said Chris Costagli, vice president of food thought leadership at NielsenIQ, in a statement to The Shelby Report.

“The difference is that they’re working harder to make that happen,” he continued. “We saw the beginnings of this in 2025, but in 2026 it looks less like a reaction to inflation and more like a new holiday shopping playbook.”

Obama Judge Orders Federal Officials To Stop Sending Lists Of Noncitizen Voters To States

Obama Judge Orders Federal Officials To Stop Sending Lists Of Noncitizen Voters To States

Authored by Zachary Stieber via The Epoch Times,The federal government must stop transmitting lists of people officials say are confirmed or suspected noncitizens registered to vote, a U.S. judge ruled on Nov. 2.Bulk disclosure of the lists to states likely violates the Privacy Act, which prohibits disclosure of identifiable personal information unless officials meet one of the exceptions, U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan in the District of Columbia wrote in a 30-page ruling. The law enforcement exception, for instance, does not apply because it requires the head of an agency to request records, and the government has not shown any such request, Chutkan said.Officials also never published a systems of record notice, or SORN, which the act requires for new databases.”This constitutes a violation of the Privacy Act’s procedural requirements,” Chutkan wrote. “As another court in this district has observed, ‘it is flatly inconsistent with the text, structure, and purpose of the Privacy Act for an agency to initiate a major new data-sharing program affecting the sensitive data of millions of Americans’ without publishing a SORN that covers the intended routine uses of the information.”The judge also concluded that no law authorizes the government’s policy to collect lists of registered voters and transmit them to states. She forbade officials for the time being from disclosing lists of potential or actual non-citizen voters or registered voters to states and counties. The departments of Justice and Homeland Security did not respond to early morning requests for comment by the time of publication. The ruling came on the same day that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit said the government can pressure states to isolate ballots from suspected noncitizens and threaten election officials with prosecution if they allowed noncitizens to vote. The full appeals court quickly vacated that order and said the case will be reheard by the full court.Officials have been sending the lists to states and counties and demanding they take action to verify whether the individuals are citizens of the United States. If they aren’t, they are prohibited from registering to vote or voting in federal elections.Department of Justice lawyers had told Chutkan in a brief that the operation to identify noncitizen voters was not a final agency action subject to review, that the groups that sued over the effort did not have standing because it did not injure them, and that the project was authorized in part by a law that says the government “has broad, undoubted power over the subject of immigration and the status of aliens.”They also said the Privacy Act only allows individuals, not organizations, to sue for relief.Chutkan said the plaintiffs, which include the League of Women Voters, are likely to succeed on the claim that the policy of transmitting the data is a final action because legal consequences are flowing from it, including lawsuits from the federal government challenging how state officials have responded after receiving the lists. She said the league has standing because its ability to register voters ahead of the midterm elections was harmed by the policy, that the immigration law defendants cited does not enable them to transmit the lists, and that other courts have considered the position that only individuals can sue for Privacy Act violations, and rejected that position.

Michigan voters make surprising cross-party choices as Rogers, El-Sayed race reaches final hours

November 3, 2026 MMN Editor Filed Under: THE NEWS

Michigan voters showed the swinginess of their state in conversations with Fox News the day before the midterm elections, with one former Democrat firmly backing GOP Senate candidate Mike Rogers and a lifelong Republican holding his nose to vote for Dr. Abdul El-Sayed, a Democrat. After casting a ballot for Rogers, voter Marjorie Mehney said she was a Democrat “years ago” and would be “embarrassed to be one today” with candidates like El-Sayed representing the party. However, she pointed out that El-Sayed has won over many voters in her hometown of Petoskey, located in Emmet County, where President Donald Trump took more than 55% of the vote in 2024.”The majority are Republican. However, there’s a great deal of signage for Abdul. So it’s very mixed. We’ve never seen anything like the support that’s going on with signs in front yards,” Mehney told Fox News in downtown Rochester.ROGERS WARNS MICHIGAN VOTERS AGAINST EL-SAYED’S ‘EXTREME’ AGENDA AHEAD OF ELECTIONWhen asked if she knew why there had been a shift toward El-Sayed, she said she had “no idea” and called the momentum he is experiencing in her community “a bit shocking.””They are people I’ve known and never knew that they felt this way that Abdul does,” she said. “It’s a little concerning.”Mehney predicted that El-Sayed will prevail over Rogers on Tuesday, but warned that Michigan voters will come to regret sending him to the Senate.I’M DR ABDUL EL-SAYED. THIS IS WHY I WANT MICHIGAN’S VOTE FOR SENATEAnother voter, Tom Wright, told Fox News that he voted for El-Sayed despite disagreeing with him on “60% to 70% of his policy positions.””I cannot bring myself to vote for a Trump minion under any circumstances,” Wright said, referring to Rogers.Rogers left Congress before Trump launched his first presidential campaign, representing Michigan’s 8th District from 2001 to 2015, meaning he has no congressional voting record on Trump’s legislative agenda across either of his two terms.Rogers has made his position clear on a series of Trump policies. For instance, he backed the Iran war in its early stages and has supported giving presidents broad authority to impose reciprocal tariffs, as Trump did.TRUMP DOMINATES EL-SAYED’S ATTACKS AGAINST ROGERS, BUT GOP RIVAL OFFERS UNEXPECTED POLICY SPLITHowever, as the Senate campaign entered its final stretch, Rogers has distanced himself with Trump on both issues. In late September, he released an ad calling for a quick end to the Iran war, and in early October, another ad of his demanded an end to the “tariff war” with Canada.Wright, who described himself as “a lifelong Republican,” said Rogers’ shifts on those issues were not enough to win his support.Wright argued that the GOP is “too far toward Trump” and that “Mike Rogers won’t stop it.””The litmus test is, are people willing to hold their nose and vote for Abdul because they are so appalled by Trump? Not that they like Abdul or are a progressive,” Wright said.EL-SAYED, ROGERS CLASH OVER MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD, TRUMP AND GUNS: 5 FIERY DEBATE MOMENTSWhen asked about his reservations about El-Sayed, Wright said he doesn’t like his stance on Israel and Palestine.”I don’t think he has sufficiently disavowed elements that I consider divisive. A man is judged by the company he keeps and he keeps some pretty bad company,” Wright said. “Nonetheless, he is one senator out of 100. I don’t care what he says he’s going to do. He can’t do a damn thing. And if some sanity returns the Republican Party in six years, I can vote for the opposition.”A third Michigan voter, Gerald, said he was planning to split his ticket, telling Fox News he would vote for Rogers for Senate and Democrat Jocelyn Benson for governor.Gerald wasn’t comfortable voting for El-Sayed because he heard he is a “communist.”As in past midterm elections, Michigan could play a pivotal role in determining control of Congress. Polls are open across the state Tuesday from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., with voters still able to cast a ballot as long as they are in line by the time polls close.

WAYNE ROOT: Las Vegas Oddsmaker with Best Record in Modern Media History Makes Final Midterm Predictions.

November 3, 2026 MMN Editor Filed Under: THE NEWS

By Wayne Allyn Root

I’m not always right. I’m human. But I’m right 99.999%. On the record for anyone to see. In writing, and recorded on TV, radio and podcast.
I’ve made thousands of political predictions for the past 12 years. All on the record. And my record is the best of anyone in the history of modern media.
Simply because I’m a Las Vegas oddsmaker by profession. Long before I got into politics, I was branded by the media as “America’s Oddsmaker” and “The King of Vegas Sports Gambling.” Making accurate predictions is how I’ve made my living for 42 years.
So, here are my final midterm predictions.
I made only two actual bets with my money. I bet big money on Ken Paxton winning the US Senate seat in Texas. I have total confidence Texas isn’t going blue for a freaky, effeminate, fake Christian, communist weirdo like James Talifreako.
Second, I made a bet that Republicans will win the US Senate.
My overall prediction was spelled out in my tweet last night…
My final prediction for midterms- which I’ve already given on TV, radio & podcast 100x…and in my columns too. But let’s lay it out. There is no blue wave. Polls are fake. Prediction markets are fake- manipulated by CCP money. It will be tight. History alone gives the House to Dems- as it always happens. The party in power loses seats. GOP has no margin for error. So even if we lose only a few seats- a tiny loss- we lose the House. But Democrats will have NO mandate. I think cheating by Dems will flip 5 to 10 seats. Tough to overcome. So very close House win for Dems- may take days of counting fake ballots. In a fair election w/out cheating, we’d win the House. But I predict we win US Senate. And my biggest bet is Paxton wins the Texas Senate seat. I made a huge bet on that one. Anyone who believes polls in Texas showing Talifreako winning is a fool. Texans aren’t voting for a communist weirdo & sex freak who has no clue what Christianity means. Are you kidding? And Democrats are abandoning El Sayed in Michigan by the thousands. Even Jewish Dems won’t vote for this radical Muslim terrorist who hates Jews and wants Israel destroyed…and wants Sharia Law until the day he dies. So, unless we allow 500,000 fake ballots in Detroit delivered at 3 AM by a black van, Rogers should hold on. Either way, there is NO blue wave. Just Democrats cheating with illegal alien votes via mail-in ballots. Trump spends the next 2 years vetoing them. They achieve 0.
So, to sum it up, no blue wave.
The GOP holds its own. Divided government is the likely outcome.
But there is no clamor in America for us to become France, or the UK. There is no support for socialism, or worse, communism. There is no support for Sharia Law, or open borders, or allowing more radical Muslims into the USA. Most Americans don’t want to shred the US Constitution. As I’ve warned over and over…
“High gas prices are temporary, but communism, Sharia Law, and your son becoming a girl, are FOREVER.”

So, why are all the “experts” and pollsters calling for a blue wave? Simple- they’ve fooled themselves.
It’s like the old joke…
‘A man walks into car repair shop to change the oil in his old clunker. The mechanic says, “How are you today?”
The man says, “Terrible. I need money badly. I want to sell this old piece of crap car, but it has 200,000 miles and no one wants to buy it.”
The mechanic says, “Well I can solve your problem. Give me $200 and I’ll set the odometer back to 20,000 miles. Voila, problem solved. You’ll have a new car!”
The man pays the $200.
A month later the mechanic is at the local supermarket and sees the man with the clunker. He says, “So, did it work out? Did you sell your car?”
The man replies, “Of course not. Why would I do that? My car is a peach. It’s like brand new. It only has 20,000 miles on it!”
This is today’s Democrat Party and mainstream media (I know- I repeat myself).
They are frauds and delusional at the same time. They drank their own Kool-Aid. They believe their own lies.
Part I of the fraud…
First, Democrats and the Deep State produce fake polls. The same fake polls that got 2016, 2020 and 2024 wrong. Not just wrong, but wrong by a mile.
The pollsters are paid to oversample Democrats- to show Democrat candidates with huge leads. The goal is to demoralize GOP voters, and at the same time, create enthusiasm for Democrat candidates.
Part 2 of the fraud…
Democrats and the Deep State have added a new wrinkle this year. They figured out how to manipulate the prediction markets- like Polymarket and Kalshi. Democrat backers with deep pockets (probably led by the Chinese Communist Party) sprinkled huge money on prediction markets- thereby dramatically tilting odds in favor of Democrats.
Now the fake polls match the prediction markets. Brilliant. Double deception.
This is the Democrat’s new version of “fact checking.” Remember that fraud? Democrats lie, deceive, gaslight. But when anyone Googles it- fact-checkers declare the lie as “correct.” Double deception.

Part 3 of the fraud…

Now the PR wing of the Democrat Party- the mainstream media- reports 24/7 on both the polls and prediction market results. They predict a blue wave in every article. Eventually with all this repetition, the voters drink the Kool-Aid. It’s triple deception.
Don’t forget Part 4 of the fraud- count fake ballots for days after Election Night to steal the election- which makes the fake polls and fake prediction markets look accurate after all.
Under normal circumstances, this kind of fraud and brainwashing would work like a charm. But I believe 77 million Trump/MAGA voters who have stayed with President Trump through thick and thin since 2016 are not easily fooled. They will come out in big numbers. They will vote for the GOP- so President Trump can finish the job.
So, there will be no “blue wave.” But Democrats will cheat like crazy- mostly with fake ballots and millions of illegal aliens voting with mail-in ballots. That’s their primary form of cheating for this election- the fraudulent mail-in ballots.
This cheating will probably cost us the House. But we will squeak by with the Senate- by the skin of our chin.
And we will have divided government for the next two years.
Democrats will pass nothing. And a defiant President Trump will run the country via Executive Action.
That’s my final prediction.
Now go vote in the biggest numbers ever. Like your life and your children’s lives depend on it. BECAUSE IT DOES.
