November 3, 2026 MMN Editor Filed Under: THE NEWS

NFL superstar and four-time Super Bowl champion Rob Gronkowski made a surprise appearance in New Hampshire on Tuesday, November 3, joining Turning Point Action volunteers at a polling location as Americans headed to the ballot box for the critical 2026 midterm elections.
The legendary former New England Patriots tight end was spotted at a polling station in Goffstown, New Hampshire, where he posed for photographs with conservative grassroots organizers working to get voters to the polls.
According to The New England Signal, Republican state Rep. Lisa Mazur, who leads Turning Point Action’s New Hampshire turnout program, confirmed the surprise visit in a social media post Tuesday morning.
Mazur reported that Gronkowski had stopped by one of the Goffstown polling stations, where he spent time with volunteers beneath a Turning Point Action tent.
The Republican lawmaker celebrated the visit, describing it as an unforgettable Election Day experience.
Gronkowski was also accompanied at the Goffstown stop by WWE executive Paul “Triple H” Levesque, according to Mazur.

MS NOW’s Katy Tur: Trump Closing Message Goes After ‘Voters Who Are Islamophobic’

MS NOW/SnapStream

In the Tuesday afternoon election pre-game coverage on MS NOW, The Moment host Katy Tur continued her progressive network’s disdain for President Trump and Republicans’ overall messaging against far-left Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed, and called Trump’s closing message an attempt to go after “voters who are Islamophobic.”Frequent contributor Molly Jong-Fast first said El-Sayed’s campaign in Michigan was “trying to make right” the issues the party had in 2024 in the state, mainly the far-left uncommitted vote as a protest over Israel’s War on Hamas after October 7th, 2023. She described the new election cycle for Democrats with El-Sayed in Michigan as the party “making peace.”MS NOW Political Director Shawna Thomas also joined Tur’s panel and took time to praise the embattled DNC and chair Ken Martin’s funding for Michigan. She then noted the close race in the 2024 Senate between now-Senator Democrat Elissa Stlokin and Republican candidate Mike Rogers, also running in 2026, while Trump won the state in 2024. MS NOW’s Katy Tur claims Trump’s closing message for the midterms at the reflecting pool speech was “calling El-Sayed a terrorist” and “jihadist,” as he was “going after voters who are Islamophobic, trying to drum that up.” pic.twitter.com/R2y1qzlC3d— Nick (@nspin310) November 3, 2026 Tur responded, “And she didn’t win it by much. And so that’s why Republicans are still so focused on Michigan, as you were saying.”\But she then turned to attack Trump’s closing message, first by mocking the reflecting pool speech: “And, Jon, we heard the president yesterday in his closing message ahead of the midterms to about 60 people on the reflecting pool, 20 minutes of which he spent talking about the reflecting pool and the algae and the disrepair that he says he fixed.”In Tur’s own closing message, she returned to the discussion over El-Sayed and claimed there was “Islamophobia” at play, pointing at voters in the process:When he got to the election cycle, he focused in on Michigan and not on, you know, the policies or the, you know, the affordability crisis, or any of the things that people have said they are worried about on the top of the polling. Instead, he called El Sayed a terrorist, a jihadist, going after voters who are Islamophobic, trying to drum that up.No mention was made of El-Sayed’s alleged ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, which he freaks out at any slight mention of in questions from reporters, including tense interviews with NBC’s Tom Llamas and Fox News’s Bret Baier.Furthermore, Morning Joe co-host Jonathan Lemire chimed in, also mocking the reflecting pool speech, before first claiming the claims of El-Sayed’s connection to the DSA were false, since he was not a dues-paying member: Mornings Joe’s Jonathan Lemrie then echoed disdain for what he called “anti-Islamic rhetoric” and claimed the Stevens’ endorsement of Republican Mike Rogers insulted Black voters and could help El-Sayed. pic.twitter.com/neVopzdnva— Nick (@nspin310) November 3, 2026 But you’re correct that the lead has become in many ways the symbol of the Democratic Party this cycle. At least Republicans are trying to make him that, you know, because of his affiliations with the DSA, though he himself, not a member.Lemire then decided “anti-Islamic rhetoric”:“But of course, we’re seeing this now, this sort of recycled, reheated, I mean, let’s call it for what it is, anti-Islamic rhetoric from President Trump and a number of his fellow Republicans. He’s trying to make El Sayed the boogeyman here.Lemire then coped that Democrat Haley Stevens’ endorsement for Rogers actually helped El-Sayed, and claimed it insulted Black voters:  We’ll see what impact, if any, the Haley Stevens switch here, that her reverse endorsement will have, quite likely not much. And frankly, it might even backfire to what she intended. Certainly, we’ve heard stories in the last 24 hours or so, 48 hours in Michigan, that it’s actually fired up voters there, Democrats there, including some black voters who feel like they’ve been, you know, were used as a pawn at the Black church where Rogers and Stevens appeared together to make that endorsement official and the like.He concluded, “But, you know, this is certainly one of the most closely watched Senate races of the cycle, but it’s not clear that Trump’s attacks have really landed.”The transcript is below. And so in some ways, I think there’s been a sort of like making peace and a sort of kumbaya- ish, like part parts of the party getting together in Michigan.SHAWNA THOMAS: And also trying to rebuild in Michigan. I think if you talked to Curtis Hotel, who is the Michigan Democratic Party chair, you know, I talked to him earlier this year and he said despite the fact that the DNC has taken a lot of BS for not having as much money at the end of this election as the Republicans did, he gave Ken Martin credit for sending money to Michigan early on so that they could build some of that, so that they could act on the fact that Elissa Slotkin won her Senate race. But President Trump won the state.KATY TUR: And she didn’t win it by much. And so that’s why Republicans are still so focused on Michigan, as you were saying. And, Jon, we heard the president yesterday in his closing message ahead of the midterms to about 60 people on the reflecting pool, 20 minutes of which he spent talking about the reflecting pool and the algae and the disrepair that he says he fixed. When he got to the election cycle, he focused in on Michigan and not on, you know, the policies or the, you know, the affordability crisis, or any of the things that people have said they are worried about on the top of the polling. But to be fair, algae is an 80/20 issue, so he’s right on that one. But you’re correct that the lead has become in many ways the symbol of the Democratic Party this cycle. At least Republicans are trying to make him that, you know, because of his affiliations with the DSA, though he himself not a member. But of course, we’re seeing this now, this sort of recycled, reheated, I mean, let’s call it for what it is, anti-Islamic rhetoric from President Trump and a number of his fellow Republicans. He’s trying to make El Sayed the boogeyman here. We’ll see if it works. Polls certainly suggest that El Sayed has a lead, although I agree, I wouldn’t say it’s plus 11. We’ll see what impact, if any, the Haley Stevens switch here, that her reverse endorsement will have, quite likely not much. And frankly, it might even backfire to what she intended. CNN’s Movie Trailer-Style Open to Election Night Coverage Was as Dumb as You’d Expect

Ahead of showing off its brand-new Washington bureau studio, CNN opened Election Night in America with a movie trailer-style opening that echoed the farcical, biased productions that ABC News has become known to churn out (going back through 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020, and beyond), framing Democrats as inevitable and noble while Republicans are fringe and weak. The narrator boomed from the get-go: “Election day is here. The polls are open, and control of Congress is up for grabs.” After a clip of Abdul el-Sayed saying he “we won’t back down” and Mike Rogers telling a crowd “we have a state to save,” the narrator returned with his first thumb on the scale: “Voters across America have a chance to upend the political order in Washington.”

Of course, the insinuation here was that the “upend[ing]” is glorious thing. And, what do you know, it played right into a clip from Texas socialist James Talarico saying, “we are going to shock the nation.”The video grew infinitely more gleeful for the party most of CNN likely voted for, gushing over Democrats delivering Trump “a potentially crippling roadblock.” Also, take notice of how some of the Republican soundbites in the rest of the video are framed as cultural, while Democrat soundbites are pinned as on-message:CNN NARRATOR: Will President Trump’s second term get a green light, or hit a potentially crippling roadblock?PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP: I’m going to be impeached. [SCREEN WIPE] They’re going to impeach me.CNN NARRATOR: From coast to coast, candidates are delivering their closing pitches to voters who are frustrated with both parties and the direction of the country.STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL KEN PAXTON (R-TX): Everything costs more. Everything’s up except your paycheck.SENATOR JON OSSOFF (D-GA): It’s the most corrupt administration of all time.FORMER GOVERNOR ROY COOPER (D-NC): We need to end this war in Iran.MICHAEL WHATLEY: I will stand up to the woke mob.In between a clip of former President Obama swooning over “change…in the air,” the CNN narrator must have suffered a thrill up his leg in framing the Democrats as noble: “Tonight, Democrats are chasing a political comeback, with an energized electorate and history on their side…aiming to take back the House and put a check on the White House.”When it came to the Senate, the CNN narrator briefly fretted: “It’s tougher map in the Senate with must-win seats for Democrats in razor-thin races, and any state could decide at all.”Following another set of el-Sayed and Rogers soundbites and then one each for Maine Senator Susan Collins (R-ME) and cousin-kissing Democrat Troy Jackson, the voice of God quickly restored the hope of the liberal base tuning in:CNN NARRATOR: But the battlefield is full of deep-red states that Republicans are scrambling to keep in their column.TALARICO: Texas is not for sale.PAXTON: If we lose Texas, we lose America.SENATOR ROGER MARSHALL (R-KS): It’s time that modern-day patriots stand up.ADAM HAMILTON: I’m going to fight for the people of Kansas. The ad footnoted the woefully undercovered races: “Outside Washington, both parties clashing for control in governors races across the country.”There was one exception in terms of national coverage of governorships, though.Sure enough, the Ohio race was the only contest to receive mention in the form of a soundbite from Democrat Amy Acton and Republican Vivek Ramaswamy. It closed with a liberal flourish (click “expand”):CNN NARRATOR: And, at the center of it all, a President with everything on the line.TRUMP: Please pretend I’m on the frickin’ ballot, will ya?CNN NARRATOR: This is CNN’s coverage of Election Night in America. The fight for control of Congress, the contests for governor, and the direction of the country at stake.CONGRESSMAN MIKE COLLINS (R-GA): Get out there! Get out there and vote.OSSOFF: Are you ready to win?CNN NARRATOR: It’s democracy in action. Voters are choosing. The world is watching, and anything is possible. To see the relevant CNN transcript from November 3, click here.

Korybko: Washington’s Claims Of Canadian Meddling Are Interesting & Ironic

Korybko: Washington’s Claims Of Canadian Meddling Are Interesting & Ironic

Authored by Andrew Korybko via Korybko (Substack),They’re interesting because few could have predicted that Canada of all countries would one day meddle in American elections, and they’re ironic because the examples cited are a sliver of how the US regularly meddles in other countries’ elections. The US Embassy in Canada released a fact sheet in late October concerning “Canadian Activities In U.S. Politics” wherein nearly a dozen examples of its recently meddling in American politics are shared. They have to do with Ottawa’s reciprocal tariffs explicitly targeting Republican states and its officials extending partisan support to the Democrats ahead of early November’s midterms. Most observers expect, both per the decades-long documented trend and global fuel crisis, that the Republicans will get trounced. It’s in this context and less than two weeks before the vote that the US Embassy released its fact sheet. Quite clearly, Trump 2.0 wants to preemptively place partial blame for his party’s expected losses on Canadian meddling, which can in turn discredit the Democrats in the eyes of some voters as well as possibly justify additional tariffs against Canada on the pretext of retaliation. It deserves mentioning that these examples of Canadian meddling came amidst Trump’s repeated talk of annexing that country. That’s what makes these claims interesting and ironic: they’re interesting because few could have predicted that Canada of all cout6nries would one day meddle in American elections, and they’re ironic because the examples cited are a sliver of how the US regularly meddles in other countries’ elections. Economic restrictions and meetings with opposition officials are the tip of the iceberg. In this particular context, however, they might actually have an effect of sorts on the outcome of the midterms. To explain, Canada’s reciprocal tariffs can compound the economic pain that voters in Republican states are nowadays feeling as a result of the global fuel crisis brought about by the Third Gulf War that the US and Israel initiated last February, thus possibly influencing some to sit out the vote or cast their ballot for someone else out of protest. People can be finnicky like that, especially Americans who are stressed out by growing costs that directly reduce their standard of living, hoping that they’ll make a difference. It doesn’t matter to some of them that Canada is explicitly targeting their states for the purpose of undermining the last two years of Trump’s second presidency since some simply want to signal their displeasure with him. As for Canadian officials’ meetings with the Democrats, this could energize some of the Democrats in Republican states that might not otherwise vote, perhaps inspired by the belief that they can help set into motion some grand coalition against Trump that climaxes in 2028.In the event that the Republicans lose one or both chambers of Congress and Trump doubles down on his claim that foreign (whether Canadian and/or other) meddling was to blame, then this could help the Republicans in 2028 by rallying the base with fears of the aforementioned grand coalition against them. The belief that foreign powers are working with the opposition to undermine an incumbent government can become a potent rallying force as the US itself learned after the blowback from its own meddling.Looking forward, while it’s arguably the case that Canada is openly meddling in the US’ midterms, the impact shouldn’t be exaggerated, even though Trump is likely to do so for self-interested political reasons as explained. He won’t acknowledge that the Third Gulf War that the US and Israel initiated against Iran would be the most reasonable explanation for the Republicans losing one or both chambers of Congress since it would bruise his ego to admit that everything hasn’t gone according to plan.We publish a variety of perspectives. Mike Florio ends ‘conscious voting protest,’ decides to vote in 2026 midterms

Tuesday morning, far-left sports blogger Mike Florio announced that he planned not to vote in the 2026 midterm elections.Florio described his decision as a “conscious protest against a system that is corrupt, ugly, and broken.”The midterm elections will determine control of Congress, with voters also deciding a series of gubernatorial, state legislative, and local races. Pennsylvania Voter Shocked to Find Someone Already Voted in His Name Before He Even Got to the Polls — No Voter ID Required [VIDEO]

November 3, 2026 MMN Editor Filed Under: THE NEWS

Pennsylvania resident Jean Franco Urbaez arrived at his polling place in Lower Macungie Township, PA, to vote in person. To his surprise, someone had already voted in person using his identity at 8:11. Urbaez videotaped himself making the discovery until he was told he was not allowed to videotape in the polling place.
Pennsylvania resident Franco Urbaez
According to Urbaez, Pennsylvania has no requirement to prove a voter’s identity, making it easy to steal someone else’s vote. He explains that after he discovered someone voted using his name and address, poll workers gave him the opportunity to cast a provisional ballot. Urbaez explained that once he cast his provisional ballot, it would be up to him to argue that the person who voted using his identity while Urbaez slept this morning was not him, for HIS ballot to count.
This is obviously a completely avoidable situation. If federal law required each voter to provide a legitimate form of identification to vote, this would never have happened. No voter should walk into their polling place to vote in-person only to find out someone else had already voted for them.
Watch:

MIDTERM ELECTION FRAUD
At 8:11am this morning, someone else went IN PERSON to my local polling place and stole my vote.
They forged my signature and were able to cast a ballot in my name because we don’t ask for VOTER ID.
To make matters worse, the ONLY form of verification we apparently ask for in PA is your street address.
So did I have to provide my street address? No! They provided it to me.
All you have to say is, “yep, that’s me.” and boom, you get to vote.
Why are we still letting this happen in this country!?
Get out there and vote, and remember to vote red. The only people that are taking advantage of voter fraud in this way are those that do NOT want legitimate elections.
Let’s flood the country red and fix this problem once and for all!
The Democrats might have stolen my one vote but if this message finds you and gets you to go out there and vote RED, we can turn my one vote into thousands!! God bless the USA

Never forget: Republicans and Democrats had the opportunity to pass the SAVE Act and make these scenarios rare, not commonplace across America. Every single American citizen should ask their Senator who voted against the SAVE Act to answer for their vote. Citizens have a right to understand why their senators chose to make elections less secure when they had a historic opportunity to make Americans trust elections again.

Verizon and AT&T quietly make major workforce shift amid pressure

November 3, 2026 MMN Editor Filed Under: SUCCESS, The Street

Verizon and AT&T have quietly made new workforce changes as the battle for telecom customers intensifies.

Over the past year, both companies have been reshaping their operations to gain an edge over their rivals. For instance, in August 2025, AT&T CEO John Stankey doubled down on the company’s new return-to-office policy in a memo to employees, encouraging those who prefer remote work to find a new job.

“We run a dynamic, customer-facing business, tackling large-scale, challenging initiatives,” wrote Stankey in the memo. “If the requirements dictated by this dynamic do not align to your personal desires, you have every right to find a career opportunity that is suitable to your aspirations and needs.”

In December 2025, Verizon also shifted gears by laying off 13,000 employees to simplify its operations. Later, at a Morgan Stanley conference in March, Verizon CEO Dan Schulman said he aims to transform the carrier into an “AI-first company.”

Verizon and AT&T cut more jobs

As Verizon and AT&T reshape their operations, both companies have quietly conducted layoffs in the third quarter of 2026.

Verizon’s latest earnings report revealed it ended the third quarter of 2026 with about 93,300 employees, down from 97,600 in the second quarter.

The drop in employees comes after Verizon conducted hundreds of layoffs nationwide in May. In August, it also sold 274 company-owned retail stores and laid off over 3,000 employees, with 500 of those cuts affecting corporate workers.

At the end of the third quarter, AT&T had 127,150 employees, down from 130,870 at the end of the second quarter. This shift comes after the carrier reportedly laid off employees across multiple departments earlier this year.

In an interview with Wired in September, AT&T Chief Technology Officer Jeremy Legg said the carrier will continue to lay off employees as it invests heavily in artificial intelligence.

“We’re not going to have the same headcount in five years as we do today,” Legg says, adding that AT&T is comparing its staffing levels to those of peers, which plays a role in its decision-making.

Verizon and AT&T cut over 8,000 jobs combined in the third quarter. Headcount across both companies has declined by 142,460 between September 2020 and September 2026, a recent Light Reading report revealed.

The job cuts come at a time when employment in the telecom industry is declining. According to recent U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics data, the telecom industry has seen employment drop by 5,700 jobs between June and September 2026.

Verizon and AT&T confront a changing telecom landscape

The recent job cuts at Verizon and AT&T also come at a time when both carriers are facing intense competitive pressures in wireless and broadband.

For instance, wireless carriers are facing tougher competition from cable operators, which have been successfully gaining wireless customers through bundled internet and wireless offerings.

In the third quarter, Comcast attracted 368,000 new Xfinity wireless customers in the U.S., according to its latest earnings report. This growth comes after it began attaching a free mobile line to its internet plans in 2025.

Spectrum also reported healthy wireless customer growth, adding 406,000 new wireless customers in the second quarter, its most recent earnings report revealed.

The additions follow the launch of its $1,000 savings guarantee earlier this year, which promises new and existing Spectrum internet customers who transfer at least two mobile lines from AT&T, T-Mobile or Verizon $1,000 in first-year savings.

Cable companies aren’t the only competitors putting pressure on traditional wireless carriers. SpaceX’s Starlink is another emerging rival.

Starlink, which offers satellite internet packages currently ranging from $55 to $130 per month, has seen its U.S. broadband business grow considerably. New Street Research estimates that Starlink now serves about 4 million U.S. broadband customers, according to a Telecom Gazette report. This figure is higher than the 2.7 million the research firm estimated in May.

SpaceX is also pursuing a terrestrial network for its Starlink Mobile service. On an August earnings call, SpaceX Chief Operating Officer Gwynne Shotwell discussed the service’s potential to draw customers away from established wireless carriers, saying she expects it to “acquire quite a few” customers from Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile.

Telecom industry prepares for an AI-driven workforce shift

Amid rising competition, telecom companies across the globe are preparing to reshape their workforces with AI to improve productivity, a move many expect will lead to future job cuts.

According to a recent survey from EY-Parthenon, 97% of global telecom leaders expect AI to deliver significant productivity gains within five years.

Also, 69% expect three-quarters of their workforce to be either upskilled or replaced over the next five years as organizations increasingly move towards AI-enabled operating models.

“The workforce challenge extends beyond reskilling,” said Cédric Foray, an EY Global telecommunications sector leader, in a press release.

“Telecom companies must also rethink organizational structures, redesign roles and processes, and develop new leadership capabilities to support the next phase of transformation,” he continued. “Leaders that simply add AI to existing ways of working risk missing much of the value. The opportunity lies in reengineering how work gets done across the organization.”
