The U.S. Supreme Court, with a 6-3 ruling, is allowing the administration of President Donald Trump to resume sending some deportees to third-party countries, where they have no ties.
It’s because their home nations refuse to take them back.
The court is allowing the process to resume even as it promised to listen to arguments over the national security procedure.
A report at CBS explained the decision suspends a lower court’s agenda that said immigration authorities have to give deportees – those who are in the country illegally and are caught – more due process.

The lower courts found in the rules a demand that the Trump administration give them notice and the opportunity to fight their removals.
That would be before immigration officers would be allowed to remove them from the U.S. to nations that are not their homes.
Those decisions, however, have prevented the Department of Homeland Security from “efficiently” removing illegal aliens, including criminals.
Justices Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan and Ketanji Jackson wrote that they oppose the national security measure.
The Trump policy lets officials send deportees to third-party countries if those nations assure the government the aliens will not be persecuted or tortured.
The high court also asked lawyers for the Department of Justice and the migrants demanding rights to be prepared to answer questions during a scheduled December hearing,
James Percival of the Department of Homeland Security said, “In our second Supreme Court victory in less than a week, DHS’s third country removal policy is back in effect. …A bad day for criminal illegals and open borders activists alike. It’s not too late to get $3,000 and a flight home.”
Trump has negotiated with multiple nations to accept groups of deportees from the U.S. who actually are citizens of other nations, but whose nations refuse to take them back.
The program is part of President Trump’s efforts to crack down on illegal immigration and criminals inside the U.S.

That is when protester Jake Lang dragged Rosanne away from the mush pile, and Trump supporters attempted to perform CPR.
The Trump supporters spent several minutes attempting to resuscitate Rosanne.
