Bruce Springsteen has a message for Michigan voters — and some of his longtime fans aren’t having it.The rock legend faced criticism from some social media users after backing Democratic Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed, prompting angry fans to accuse The Boss of crossing a political line.Springsteen, who has never shied away from politics, took aim at President Donald Trump in his endorsement of El-Sayed, portraying the progressive candidate as a defender of American democracy.”Dr. El-Sayed is a fighter for our American Constitution, he’s a fighter for our American Democracy, and he’s a fighter against the corrupt, lawless, and anti-American leadership currently in the White House. That’s why I’m in his corner 100%. Bruce Springsteen,” he penned on social media.CHRIS ROBINSON, BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN FACE BACKLASH AS ‘AMERICANS HAVE HAD ENOUGH’ OF BEING LECTURED: EXPERTCritics questioned why the New Jersey-born singer was endorsing El-Sayed, given controversies over the candidate’s political associations and positions on Israel.”Bruce Springsteen, the guy who spent 40 years cashing in on ‘Born in the USA,’ finally posts after two years of silence just to call an elected American president ‘corrupt, lawless, and anti-American’ while locking arms with Abdul El-Sayed, the same guy who campaigned with Hasan Piker (the streamer who said America deserved 9/11) and still can’t shake the Muslim Brotherhood questions about his own family.”METALLICA FRONTMAN JAMES HETFIELD BLASTS ENTERTAINERS PUSHING POLITICAL AGENDAS AT CONCERTSAnother commenter criticized the singer’s political activism, writing, “The Boss isn’t fighting for the Constitution. He’s just another rich coastal has-been who needs a new reason to hate the country that made him.””Bruce Springsteen who performed at the concert for NY at MSG on 2001 after 9/11….. is now campaigning for a Muslim brotherhood sympathizer,” another person wrote. “Did I not have this on my bingo card for today.”Another longtime fan expressed sadness and anger over what they viewed as Springsteen’s failure to understand the impact of his endorsement on those who have long fought antisemitism.”Shame on you. You are not educated to understand what your endorsement means to so many life long fans and good people that are fighting antisemitism and hatred for thousands of years. You are acting like an ignorant uneducated school child. You did this for what reason? This is so foolish. I’m so sad., I’m 59 years old.. Shame on me for thinking you were educated and smarter. Take the time to understand the other point of view.”However, not everyone was ready to turn on the rock icon.EL-SAYED’S SILENCE OVER MOM’S FBI QUESTIONING RAISES TRANSPARENCY CONCERNSSpringsteen’s endorsement drew support from El-Sayed backers, including one self-described frequent concertgoer who accused critics of unfairly targeting the Democratic candidate.”As a huge Springsteen fan, and veteran of over 50 different shows around the country, and a resident of Michigan, and supporter of Dr. Abdul El Sayed, I support this message 100%. I suspect that some of your Jewish fans may have issues with this, but that’s their problem. That just shows their bigotry. They’re the first ones to … complain about the racism and bigotry of Maga, and yet here they are doing the same damn thing to Abdul. America is not a socialist country nor is socialism the USA’s belief no matter who has been in the Oval Office.”Meanwhile, El-Sayed’s Republican opponent, former Rep. Mike Rogers, R-Mich., accused the Democratic candidate of misleading Michigan voters about his views on the Muslim Brotherhood, pointing to reported associations involving members of El-Sayed’s family.El-Sayed previously told Fox News that he has “never been” and will “never be” a member of the Muslim Brotherhood. Fox News Digital is not aware of any direct ties between El-Sayed and the organization.Springsteen also released a second video message addressing election officials and government representatives, urging them to protect the integrity of the voting process.”Hi, it’s Bruce Springsteen. Oklahoma City Progressive Church Turns Its Polling Place into Anti-ICE Propaganda Hub with Transgender Pride Flags on Full Display
Voters arriving at the Church of the Open Arms in Oklahoma City on Election Day were met with anti-ICE materials displayed inside the building and multiple pride and transgender pride flags flying outside, according to photos and details posted by Libs of TikTok.
The images show handmade signs inside the church lobby reading “ICE OUT NOW,” along with other messages referencing immigrants and “bye bye ICE,” while the outside of the building featured several rainbow and progress flags.
Libs of TikTok tagged the Department of Justice and asked whether the display violated election laws.
SCOOP: Polling location at the Church of the Open Arms in Oklahoma City is promoting ANTI-ICE propaganda inside.
The outside of the building is covered in g*nital mutilation flags.
Isn’t this illegal??? @TheJusticeDept https://t.co/dxoQnsIUwA
— Libs of TikTok (@libsoftiktok) November 3, 2026
The Church of the Open Arms is a progressive United Church of Christ congregation that describes itself as an “open and affirming” church for the LGBTQ community.
Its own website lists “Voting in the Lobby” as an event beginning at 7 a.m. on November 3, confirming it is serving as an official polling place for Oklahoma County voters.
The church also regularly hosts “Vigil for Immigration Justice” events.
Oklahoma law prohibits electioneering within 300 feet of a polling place entrance and bars the public placement or exposure of any printed material other than that provided by the election board within that same distance while voting is underway.
Under 26 O.S. § 7-108, electioneering includes advocating for or against candidates or ballot questions through visual materials, signs, or other communications.
As of early afternoon on Election Day, neither the Oklahoma County Election Board nor the State Election Board had issued a public statement addressing the materials at this location.
The Department of Justice has not responded to the question about potential law violations.

Lifelong Democrats Are Leaving the Communist/Islamist Democrat Party
Lifelong Democrats Are Leaving the Communist/Islamist Democrat Party
Here is a self-identified lifelong Democrat renouncing his ties to the new radical Democrat Party.
Lifelong Democrat says he’s horrified with what he’s seeing in the current Democrat Party “I’m not exaggerating, I study history, it reminds me of 1930s Germany”
“I used to consider myself a lifelong Democrat. I’m a card-carrying hippie, an environmentalist. I’ve lived with trees and redwood trees to do forest protection. I care about the world. I care about minority rights. I just want to say publicly though, that the course that the Democratic Party is taking right now — commercials coming out of Michigan and and just the movement in general — I would like to publicly say, like, I renounce my standing with the Democratic Party.”
“I’m so disappointed and disgusted with the dangerous turn the Democratic Party’s taking. It reminds me, and I’m not exaggerating, I study history, it reminds me of 1930s Germany.
I don’t get it — I feel like the party’s been infiltrated by, I’d say demonic — the Free Palestine movement, in my opinion, is a Trojan horse. It’s not about freeing Palestine. It’s not about freedoms — it’s about Islamic expansionism”
“It’s been a curse everywhere that flag shows up. Look at Paris today. It’s a curse. Look at those college campuses and the college minds. It’s a curse wherever it goes — I just want to publicly renounce my affiliation — I just want to say publicly I’m not a Democrat”
Everyone in America needs to wake up immediately like this man
It’s no longer Red vs Blue
It’s radical Islam Jihad and an open border to bring down America vs voting Red to Save America from becoming Islamic
We have to Vote Red

Annual health-insurance premiums cost DOUBLE a mortgage in one state
Premiums and out-of-pocket expenses for health insurance can cost more than double the monthly mortgage rate of a sweet home in Alabama, according to a recent report.
A well-known insurance provider holds a near-monopoly on Alabama’s private health insurance market and cost a family of three well over $50,000 a year, according to an article written by independent journalist and former New York Times reporter Alex Berenson and posted on his Unreported Truths Substack on Oct. 29.
Alabama resident Cristopher Hoyt received a renewal notice for his family’s 2027 health insurance plan from BlueCross Blue Shield to the tune of $4,287.61 a month — an increase of almost 36 percent compared to this year, Berenson reports.
In 2025, Hoyt paid BlueCross BlueShield just under $2,487 a month for insurance for his family which added up to a $30,000 annual billing. In 2026, the company raised his rates almost 30 percent — to $3,156 a month — with an almost $38,000 billing, Hoyt told Berenson.
This means Blue Cross Blue Shield in Alabama raised its premium costs over 70 percent in the past two years.
For next year, Hoyt’s new more than $4,000 premium payment is more than double the cost of the average American monthly mortgage payment and his in-network maximum rose to $12,000. That means Hoyt will have to pay $51,451.32 to cover himself, his wife and his 21-year-old son for 2027, Berenson found.
The median monthly mortgage payment for homeowners in the U.S. was $2,134, Bankrate reported in June.
Health Insurer BlueCross BlueShield has the tightest hold on any other state with an 84 percent share on Alabama, according to the American Medical Association.
According to its website, Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) is a national association of independent, community-based and locally operated Blue Cross Blue Shield companies that provides coverage to more than 115 million people across the United States and owns trademarks in 170 countries around the world.
Because BCBSA functions as a hospital system, it technically functions as a non-profit which means it can jump through a number of price-transparency loopholes, Berenson reported.
BlueCross’s executives are shielded from reporting their salaries to the public after an Alabama ruling, Berenson said.
In 2015, Alabama passed a law hiding their salaries from the public according to AL.com. This means it does not file Form 990s with the IRS.
The only other state that has a similar hold from a single company is Kentucky where Elevance Health — an arm of Blue Cross Blue Shield — holds over 65 percent of the market, Berenson recorded.
Hoyt and his wife have a stake in a successful family business and will be able to pay the increase, according to Berenson.
“Whether I can afford to pay the increase or not, I still believe the system is extraordinarily broken and benefits hospitals, insurance companies, and drug companies,” Hoyt told Berenson.

Ultra Mobile: An Affordable T-Mobile MVNO
If you’re unfamiliar with Ultra Mobile, it’s a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) that uses T-Mobile’s network to provide wireless service.
Ultra Mobile offers fair prices at regular rates compared to other T-Mobile MVNOs. However, its multi-month plans and new-customer offers are where you’ll find the biggest savings.
With this offer, light data users can get 8GB of high-speed data for less than $9/month or 12GB for just $10/month. Unlimited plans starting at $17/month are also tough to beat.
To compare, here are a few of our other favorite prepaid phone plans from providers on the same network:
Tello Mobile (Review): Plans start at $10/month for 2GB of high-speed data. You can also get 10GB for $15 or 20GB for $20. The $25 unlimited plan includes 50GB of high-speed data and 10GB of mobile hotspot.
Mint Mobile (Review): Through February, new customers can get any plan for $15/month. You’ll need to prepay for three, six or 12 months. Plans include 6GB, 17GB, 23GB or 50GB of high-speed data (unlimited).
US Mobile (Review): The Light Plan includes 2GB for $10/month or $8/month when you prepay annually. Unlimited plans start at $25/month for 70GB of high-speed data on the Light Speed network. You can also prepay annually for $270 ($22.50/month).
For light data users, Ultra Mobile’s current promotion is especially competitive. Getting 8GB for $8.50/month or 12GB for $10/month gives you considerably more data than competing plans at similar prices.

Jeff Bezos has simple advice for retirees watching the AI market
Jeff Bezos built one of the world’s biggest fortunes by betting early on new technology, so people listen when he talks about AI. Speaking on Fox News about the AI boom, the Amazon founder called it an industrial bubble while acknowledging that it is very hard to know how it will play out. The exchange turned into a quick lesson in how to think about a market that keeps climbing on one big story.
He has been down this road before. Almost exactly a year earlier, Bezos called the AI boom a kind of industrial bubble and said investors struggle to separate good ideas from bad ones amid the excitement. This time, though, the most useful part of his answer was aimed at people living off their savings.
Bezos sees a bubble that still builds something
In the interview with Bret Baier, which aired on October 7, Bezos argued that a bubble can still be good for society even when investors lose money. Speculators can get burned, he said, but the inventions do not disappear when the bubble pops. He also said AI could make people productive enough that some may choose to work fewer days, and that some two-earner households may decide one income is enough.
Also read: Jeff Bezos has a blunt answer for why housing is so expensive
The hard part is timing. Bezos said these periods fund every experiment, the good and the bad, and that it is tough for investors to tell them apart while the frenzy is still playing out. He called that tricky for investors but good for society. That is the core problem with calling a top in real time.
He made a similar case in October 2025 at Italian Tech Week in Turin. There, he described AI as an industrial bubble but said the technology is real and will change every industry. In his view, the frenzy can still leave something positive behind once it fades, as reported by Fortune.
Bezos pointed to the biotech boom of the 1990s as a guide. Investors lost money back then, but the world still got a couple of lifesaving drugs out of it. AI, he suggested, could end up following a similar path.
Why the bubble call is so hard to make
The stock market shows how much is already riding on AI. As of late May, the 10 largest U.S. stocks made up a record 41% of the S&P 500’s market value, 14 percentage points above the dot-com peak in 2000, and nearly half of every dollar in the index went to AI-linked companies, according to Yahoo Finance.
The spending is just as striking. Alphabet put about $51.4 billion into capital projects in its latest quarter and expects to spend between $195 billion and $205 billion for the full year. Its free cash flow was negative for the quarter.
Amazon is moving even faster. The company expects about $220 billion in cash capital expenditure this year, and CEO Andy Jassy said it will spend meaningfully more in 2027. Jassy also said Amazon could have two trillion-dollar revenue businesses within five to 10 years.
That spending is already eating into cash. Amazon’s free cash flow over the past 12 months has swung from an inflow to an outflow. The gap between what companies spend today and what AI earns them later is exactly why nobody can say for sure where the boom stands. For now, investors are being asked to take part of the payoff in faith.

Bezos points retirees to the whole market
Then came the practical question, and Bezos did not tell retirees to shun AI altogether. Baier asked whether Bezos would tell a retiree to own AI stocks today, and Bezos said he would usually tell a retiree to buy the S&P 500. Baier’s reply was short: “Play it safe,” according to Fox News.
Buying the index does not mean skipping AI. Roughly 35 cents of every S&P 500 dollar sits in the Magnificent Seven. A retiree who owns the index already owns the biggest AI names, just without betting the house on any one of them.
Picking winners is hard even for professionals. About nine in 10 actively managed large-cap funds trailed the S&P 500 over the 15 years through June 30, and the share was even higher over 20 years, as reported by TheStreet.

Jeff Bezos explains why Amazon is still cutting jobs
Amazon’s latest report left stock investors with one big question
The index is not perfect for everyone, though. Investors should build an emergency fund first, and an S&P 500 fund holds no foreign companies, which leads some people to add an international fund. Those are fair points for anyone who needs cash close at hand.
Buffett has made the same case for years
Bezos is in very good company. In his 2013 letter to Berkshire Hathaway shareholders, Warren Buffett said the cash he leaves his wife should go 10% into short-term government bonds and 90% into a very low-cost S&P 500 index fund. Short-term government bonds are also easier to tap than longer-dated ones, which can matter for someone drawing on savings.
He has repeated the message many times since then. In his 2016 letter, Buffett said a low-cost S&P 500 index fund had been his regular recommendation, and at the 2021 Berkshire meeting he said buying one was the best thing for most people, according to TheStreet.
Buffett even put money behind the idea, betting $1 million in 2007 that an S&P 500 index fund would beat a group of hedge funds over 10 years. The Vanguard fund returned about 7.1% a year, compared with 2.2% for the hedge funds. For retirees caught up in the AI debate, two of the most famous names in business are pointing to the same simple path.

MS NOW’s Soboroff Cheers Can-Banging Radicals Harassing ‘Depraved’ ICE Agents
On Sunday’s Connect show, MS NOW host Jacob Soboroff gave a commentary cheering on left-wing activists who have, among things, harassed ICE agents whom he demonized as “depraved.” He even went so far it to celebrate efforts to sleep-deprive federal agents by making noise outside of hotels where they were staying — which is arguably illegal. The liberal MS NOW host began a seven-minute commentary by recalling protests against Trump administration actions like budget cuts:January 20, 2025 marked the start of President Trump’s second term in office. It also marked the beginning of a fight that would bring millions of you — of Americans together — a fight over their jobs and their communities and their neighbors, and the very idea of what it means to be an American. It started with DOGE when the President brought billionaire Elon Musk into the administration to lead an effort to — to slash government spending. Thousands of federal workers suddenly found themselves out of a job. Programs that millions of Americans rely on were put on the chopping block.A bit later, he turned his attention to anti-ICE agitators.

Across the country, people began to organize rapid response networks. They watched their neighborhoods. They sounded the alarm when ICE arrived. They accompanied people to appointments. They made sure families knew their rights, and they refused to let their neighbors face fear and uncertainty alone. And then came Minnesota. As ICE agents flooded the streets, two Americans — Renee Good and Alex Pretti — were killed, shot in broad daylight by agents. The community response was immediate. He added:I watched as people took to the streets, demanded that agents leave their neighbors alone — as they gathered outside hotels where ICE agents were staying. They were banging on pots, and they were blowing brass instruments to keep the agents from sleep. The depraved actions of those armed and masked federal agents — Greg Bovino’s troops, the so-called commander at large in his military-style costume. He was no match for the people in the streets who drove him out, not stopping Trump and ICE, but making clear that they could not terrorize their community without coming face to face with that same community they were tearing apart. He went on to invoke the No Kings demonstrations to “reject the administration’s increasingly authoritarian tactics.” He added:Their message was simple: We are stronger together. And that is really what the people have proven over the last two years. When the going got rough, they did not wait for someone else to act or for permission. They showed up and they kept showing up.Transcript follows:MS NOW’s Connect with Jacob Soboroff11:38 a.m. EasternJACOB SOBOROFF: January 20, 2025 marked the start of President Trump’s second term in office. Programs that millions of Americans rely on were put on the chopping block. We’re talking about all kinds of stuff — public health research, environmental protections, services for veterans — the people who keep those programs running. In response, federal workers took to the streets protesting the cuts at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health Workers who had been fired came together to challenge the administration’s decision. I got to meet some of them back in 2025 when the agency faced almost total elimination on a street corner outside of one of the agency’s major research labs in Morgantown, West Virginia. I talked to federal employees and their supporters who had been or were in the crosshairs of losing their jobs.I remember signs they held up — “NIOSH Workers for Miners.” It was amazing. Firefighters and American drivers-by honked to make literal noise about the cuts — cuts that were later restored because of their fights. Not too long after that came devastating cuts to SNAP and EBT as a result of policy changes from the so-called One Big Beautiful Bill, over five million Americans lost or were dropped from their SNAP benefits — food stamps. That’s a lifeline for millions of families struggling to put food on the table, suddenly gone. But as benefits were threatened, communities across the country stepped up. Neighbors organized food drives — restaurants, small businesses donated meals. Volunteers showed up at food banks and churches and community centers to try to prevent people from going hungry in their neighborhood. And then there’s ICE. Within the first month of the administration, the Department of Homeland Security Launched an aggressive campaign of immigration enforcement. Tens of thousands of people were detained, families were torn apart. students and workers were taken from their communities — and those, the people trying to do it right, as the administration loves to say, they were detained while attending their immigration court hearings. I saw it myself at 26 Federal Plaza in New York City. People were brutally accosted and detained while trying to play by the rules, but instead they were punished for it. In the same hallways, I met and saw activists and lawyers determined to protect them, and journalists and photographers there to document the injustice, to stand up to an obvious and blatant abuse of power. And as the arrests spread from those hallways to the streets across the country, so did the resistance. In Los Angeles, thousands of people flooded the streets to protest ICE’s presence. They refused to leave. The President sent in the National Guard, but protests continued and the resistance spread. In Chicago, residents organized to monitor immigration enforcement and protect their neighbors in North Carolina. I saw it firsthand at Dilworth United Methodist Church — a group called Siembra, North Carolina brought community members together to learn how to observe and document immigration enforcement activities. Ordinary people — students, elders, neighbors — people who understood that protecting their community meant showing up for one another. And they did.It did not stop there. Across the country, people began to organize rapid response networks. They watched their neighborhoods. They sounded the alarm when ICE arrived. They accompanied people to appointments. They made sure families knew their rights, and they refused to let their neighbors face fear and uncertainty alone. And then came Minnesota. He was no match for the people in the streets who drove him out, not stopping Trump and ICE, but making clear that they could not terrorize their community without coming face to face with that same community they were tearing apart. And they kept going, even as the administration attempted to silence them. As fear grew and violence continued, they kept showing up. They were not alone. Across the country, Americans continued to gather in protest at the No Kings demonstration. Millions of people took to the streets to reject — reject the administration’s increasingly authoritarian tactics. They were there to remind us that in democracy, power belongs to you, to the people, and that the right to protest is not a privilege granted by the President of the United States.(recalls some demonstrators that he interviewed who held a protest walk in California)Their message was simple: We are stronger together. And that is really what the people have proven over the last two years. When the going got rough, they did not wait for someone else to act or for permission. They showed up and they kept showing up. And this year, more than 52 million Americans have already cast their ballots in the midterm elections. And, look, not every American agrees on the issues facing us today, but they have shown that they’re going to show up. They’re going to show up to fight for what they believe in. And that is what inspires me most about this country. It is why I show up every day to do this job. The millions of ordinary Americans who have refused the last two years to turn their backs on one another, to care for one another, and on Tuesday, they are going to have the chance to do it again.
